Biden Reportedly Kept Families of Service Members Killed in Afghanistan Waiting While He Slept on Air Force One

After the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in August of 2021, Biden’s approval ratings tanked and never really recovered. The murder of 13 U.S. service members by a suicide bomber at Abbey Gate made the public furious.
Biden then provoked more controversy by checking his watch when the bodies of the service members were being transferred home.
Now, it gets even worse.
It’s being reported that Biden kept the families of these service members waiting while he slept on Air Force One.

Joe Biden kept the grieving relatives of the Marines killed in Afghanistan waiting for three hours while he napped on Air Force One on the tarmac before a dignified transfer, multiple military families have told Daily Mail.
The shocking allegation comes today amid growing calls for the Biden administration to be investigated over its scandalous cover-up of the president’s ailing health.
Biden, it has emerged, has not been present for key moments of his presidency, nor has he been involved in major decisions like the disastrous withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan in August 2021.
Instead, an unknown team of handlers made the decision to hastily pull out of the region, triggering an onslaught of panic and a rush of Afghans and foreign citizens to Kabul Airport.
On August 26, a Taliban suicide bomber capitalized on the busy crowds, killing 13 US Servicemembers and over 170 Afghans.
This is low, even by Joe Biden standards.

“(Biden) made us wait an extra three hours to receive the bodies of our dead family members because he couldn’t pull it together,” Roice McCollum, sister of fallen Marine Rylee McCollum, told the DailyMail, the outlet reported.
While McCollum and other families waited for the President, a military officer told them he was napping on his plane, the outlet reported.

The service members’ families described Biden as a President “who was clearly not well or fit for the position he was in.” His seemingly obvious unfitness prompted many of them to ask whose call it really was.
“If the President was not answering his phone or taking advice from anyone, who really made the final decision to go through with the withdrawal?” Darin Hoover asked, according to the DailyMail.
Everyone in America should be grateful that this man will not serve a second term.
What a disgrace.

Key word is “reportedly”. Remember how often they used the word “reportedly” in reference to Trump and Russian collusion?

Then why haven’t we heard this story before last week? There are no end to outlets that would run with this story but this is the first I’ve heard of it. I did love people like Joy Reid saying it was a fake story that Biden checked his watch when the video was right there to watch with your own eyes

With the state of the media in 2024, do you really have to ask that question? The MSM has been covering up Biden’s decline and everything to do with it since 2019.
The story only became reportable once Harris lost the Presidential election.
Now, the long knives are out for Biden, and he’s going to get shanked.
It’s not at all difficult to believe that he kept the families waiting because he was napping, and now that the MSM is no longer covering for Biden, much easier to believe it.
The bigger issue, and the article in the Daily Mail raised it, is who in the administration was actually responsible for making the decision to withdraw from Afghanistan in such a poorly thought-out manner, and why it took so long for the investigation into Biden to start.
I hear ya but diver64 has a valid question. OAN, Spicer, Kelly, Tucker, Breitbart, Beck, Kirk, even Rogan and perhaps Fox either didn’t interview these people or the interviewees self-censored until now. It’s hard to believe, bc until late July FJB was the sure thing to keep Trump from returning for a second term.
I mean, WTF was Hairball doing that entire time? How could THAT question not get asked during the campaign?
I’ve listened and read the “alternate media” for years. That story would have been somewhere if anyone had brought it up and no one did. As for Afghanistan, how about we start with the Generals in charge and work up from there. Someone ordered them to do what they did, who was it?

However, it would likely be fair to speculate that these families were caught up enough in their own grief to be far less concerned about making a big deal out of that until the coverup became front page news. Why didn’t the news orgs you noted interview the families? Maybe they did and maybe the subject didn’t come up. I don’t know and they aren’t telling.
Regarding starting with the Generals… frankly, I think that’s where it ends. First, you find out who set the garbage ROE and who set the terms of the withdrawal, to include handing over Bagram Air Base and billions of dollars of equipment, and you prosecute them to the fullest extent you can. Barring that, fire them and take their pensions.
Then, you move on to the cowardly generals who executed what was clearly a completely flawed plan. Not one of them spoke up, not one of them stepped down, not one of them refused to carry out a garbage order and then resigned.
Same thing. Court martial for conduct unbecoming, reduced in rank to PVTE1, and separated sans pension.
Do either of you actually trust any arm of the media right now? There was more than enough smoke from the handling of the withdrawal, culminating in the disgraceful dignified transfer, to justify coverage. No one did, not any of the MSM and none of the “alternative media” either. Perhaps Biden sleeping on a plane while the families waited was a bridge too far to believe even for them.
Since all this maladministration has done since its inception is lie, we can assume there’s no truth to be found here either.
Biden wasn’t sleeping. He was medically incapable of disembarking from the plane.
Doubtless they loaded him up with enough drugs to put Saint George of Fentanyl in the emergency room before they could roll him out.
Joe Biden is a disgrace to the presidency. Not only is he not worthy of being included on Mount Rushmore, he’s not worthy of having the rest rooms named for him.

On survey forms, when they ask for your employment status, I’ve always been confused by the choice they offer, “Retired but working a second job.” Now I think I understand what they mean by that classification a little better.
There is nothing surprising about this. Joe Biden has always been a selfish, self-centered azz who reveled in being a criminal and was a nasty, vindictive prick. Traitor Joe has never had even one decent bone in his body. Never.

So…why is this coming out now? Or rather, why did it take so long for someone in the media to talk to those families? Imagine if Trump was looking at his watch during a dignified transfer. They would have been on every network trashing him. And if Trump had been delayed for five minutes, he would have been crucified in the media. But the media apparently ignored these families until now.
The watch thing was immediately put out on a number of outlets but the corporate press refused to cover it the way it should and the story died. As for the napping, I’m not interested in people waiting years to say something about it much like the stories coming out now from his administration about Biden not being mentally there for years. Where were those people years ago? Holding onto jobs at the expense of our country so they can shut up now.
If this was due to his senility then I don’t blame China Joe*. It’s like asking someone with a broken leg to run faster. Not capable of doing that.
