We call it egomania masking low self-esteem. Build up the external walls to conceal the absence of a soul within. For a lot of people, alcohol is the glue which holds it all together, and it works pretty well until it stops working. Two things come to mind here, and both are Joni Mitchell songs on the same album. “Trouble Child” and “Twisted” seem to accurately summarize what is going on here. The only escape is to embrace rigorous, but in my 41 years of experience in that area, the two groups which seem to have a lot of difficulty there are politicians and the news media. They rarely show up, and they never stick around despite our keeping an empty seat for them

The campaigning part, though, was only for about 72 days, since Komrade Kamala spent the first 35, or so, days hiding from everyone. They even made her hiding the “focus” of her “campaign”, like Pee Wee Herman crashing his bike – “I meant to do that!” The press toadies all went to work explaining how Kamala’s hiding out was such deft strategy … And that went on and on and on.
And even after that Kamala never allowed for any back and forth with anyone in public. Everything was scripted or contracted or edited (right in front of our eyes, too!!) to make her appear to be someone that everyone knew she was not, never had been, and never would be. It was quite insane. Fitting, I guess.
So, Komrade Kamala, who has been nothing but a blight on the American political scene and a destructive retard, will have to spend the rest of her life lounging around in mansions drinking herself into oblivion. IF we ever hear from her again, for any reason, it will be too soon – far too soon.

The media (i. e., the legacy media, AKA the mainstream media) and its agenda (evidenced by it’s total lack of objectivity) is indeed the problem. It used to be that the media performed the role of checker and balancer. The media kept the politicians honest (or at least partially so).
Now the media has become an adjunct of the Democratic Party. I don’t like Wikipedia (they’re as biased as the rest), but they haven’t yet woked out their definition of the Fourth Estate: The term Fourth Estate or fourth power refers to the press and news media in explicit capacity of reporting the News without advocacy nor framing political issues.
Without advocacy died years ago; it took a turn for the worse with Watergate and slid into the abyss from there.
I think the “new media” may be our salvation. Trump’s landslide victory is overwhelming evidience that the dogs are no longer eating the mainstream media dog food.

Today we learned that the Secret Service cannot protect from a character assassination, and that is exactly what this was. To me, the order came from on high, that Kamala is never to be taken seriously at all on any political stage.
There was simply no reason for this video to happen except to permanently ruin her reputation. She was either sent out in that state deliberately, or, those who were previously in charge of preventing things like this from happening are no longer present to do their job, or perhaps even care to do it.
We could spend days coming up with ‘follow the money” strategies as to why it happened and why it happened now.
It reminds me of an interview that Mark Harmon, the actor, did after being let go from “St Elsewhere” early in his career. He had done some outside work without getting approval from the show runners. As he put it, the way he was written out of the show by contracting AIDS, it was obvious that the producers wanted Hollywood to actually think that he was dead in real life as well. Who ever arranged this wants the public to not only think that Kamala is out of politics, but that she has also been institutionalized for mental issues. I simply do not see her coming back from this. And they did it while her cheerleader squad, the MSM, are taking direct fire as well. Yes Kamal, THIS is what it is like to get cancelled.
