Translation of the job requirements:
1. Be Black.
2. Have at least a Masters degree, even if it’s in Education.
3. Act like a stereotypical Black person, ie ultra-progressive.

The people who are used to there never being consequences for folly have a delicious learning experience in their future.

Diversity: no Republicans permitted. After all, Republicans are racist. Which is why 20% of Black male voters and over 50% of male Hispanic voters voted for Trump.

Equity: Who won the lower income vote in 2024? Republicans. But Republicans don’t count. Republicans do not comprise “The People.”

Inclusion: no Republicans permitted. Include them out. So what if Republicans won the popular vote? Republicans do not comprise “the people.”

(Slogan from 1973 legislative elections in Allende’s Chile: “The People 43%, Mummies 55%.”)
