Obama Scolds Black Men in Pennsylvania for Not Showing Enough Support for Kamala Harris

Obama Scolds Black Men in Pennsylvania for Not Showing Enough Support for Kamala Harris

“You’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I’ve got a problem with that”

You can tell that Democrats are nervous about Kamala’s chances in Pennsylvania because they’re rolling out the big guns. Obama showed up in Pittsburgh this week and gave a speech in support of Harris.

While he was there, he also took the opportunity to lecture other black men about their tepid support for Harris.

Men who don’t support Kamala Harris are sexists, you see.

Politico reports:

Obama: Black men have ‘excuses’ for not supporting Harris

Barack Obama is urging Black men to step up their support for Kamala Harris, a sign that her campaign is worried about what is typically a reliable demographic for Democrats.

Referencing reports that support for Harris is lagging among Black males, the former president gave what amounted to a scolding as he made an unscheduled stop at a campaign field office in Pittsburgh.

“You’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I’ve got a problem with that,” he said. “Because part of it makes me think— and I’m speaking to men directly— part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that.”

The former president is the most popular figure in the Democratic Party and his campaign blitz was expected to inject a jolt of momentum in the final weeks of the race — capturing some of the energy that propelled his historic rise to the White House. But it has also surfaced some weakness in Harris’ own history-making effort.

Obama told volunteers that a lack of enthusiasm appeared to be “more pronounced” among Black men who will be key if she hopes to triumph over Donald Trump, especially in battleground Pennsylvania.

As we recently noted, Harris has a problem with men. Even MSNBC is noticing it. How else are they dealing with this? They’re going to send out former ‘assistant football coach’ Tim Walz.

What could possibly go wrong?

More from Politico:

Walz to launch media blitz to woo male voters

Kamala Harris is dispatching Tim Walz to turn out male voters.

Faced with a serious polling deficit among young men, Harris’ campaign is sending the Minnesota governor on a man-focused media blitz on Friday, including football-focused TV interviews and pheasant hunting with digital influencers, according to details shared first with POLITICO.

It’ll start with a one-on-one interview with ABC Good Morning America’s Michael Strahan, a former NFL football player, at the University of Minnesota’s football stadium, airing on Friday morning.

Here’s part of that ABC News interview that was released last night. It looks like things went swimmingly.

Never occurs to them that black men just don’t like her.

Let’s be frank here:

Barry Soetoro wants to use his skin color (again) as rationale for scolding black men, treating them as a separate but equal group, segregating them in other words.

Whether and for whom black men vote, or not, is deeply rooted in urban black culture, a toxic swirl of awful music, violence, drugs abuse, single motherhood, welfare dependency, rejection of education (have I missed anything?) that, in my view can be traced directly back to law and policy put into place by white southern men such as LBJ under the guise of forming a “Great Society”.

Now comes Obama, born to an absentee African father and a white American communist mother, raised by his affluent white professional grandmother in Hawaii.

I have *white* friends that are more legitimately allied with urban black culture than this dude. It’s time for him to retire from public life. He’s done enough damage.

“Tough talk”? I’ve heard Don Knotts give tougher talks than that.

Wow, good thing the blacks have a half black man, who lives in a parallel universe, to explain their misguided feelings about having Kamala as president. I hope he straightened them out. Maybe if he spoke fluent jive, he’d reach more people. How audacious of him.

He could add that Kamala would be the first heterosexual, black president.

Zero said “I’ve got a problem with that.”

To which the proper reply would be “I’ve got a problem with you thinking you have any say over how I vote. So why don’t you shut your c*cksucking mouth before I shut it for you, punk”

Could somebody inform 44 that we’re all substantially poorer since OBiden took office

Nothing to do with misogyny

What a vicious, toxic, pompous ass this guy is

I confess, the signs were there in 2007 and 2008, but I just did not put it all together

He reminds me of Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu right before the firing squad shot him dead. (There’s video of it on YouTube)

Obama’s act has run its course. Like Ceausescu Like Robespierre Like Mussolini

Well, I suppose we’ll find out soon enough
