Kamala Harris Now Pandering to Latino Men

Kamala Harris Now Pandering to Latino Men

Harris has lost ground with Latinos and polls horribly among men.

VP Kamala Harris rolled out the “Opportunity Agenda” aimed at Latino Men.

It’s, um, similar to the Opportunity Agenda for black men, except Harris left off the marijuana portion.

However, Harris quickly opened the “Opportunity Agenda” to everyone because, in the case of using race in college admissions, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote, “Eliminating racial discrimination means eliminating all of it.”

So even though it says Latino men, the email her campaign sent said, “Vice President Harris will build an Opportunity Economy where everyone—including Latino men—has the opportunity to not just get by, but get ahead.”

I wonder if Harris will repeat her excuse. This time, she would say the Latino “men agenda is intended more at reassuring a voting bloc that the candidate knows their concerns than promising exclusive government benefits.”

Let’s get real. Harris polls low with men.

The latest USA Today/Suffolk poll showed Harris and Trump virtually tied with Latinos:

“I’m not too fond of either candidate, but if I have to, I’d vote for Donald Trump,” said Jacob Rossow, 24, a college student from Oklahoma City, saying it had been a difficult decision. He was among those surveyed. “I just feel that he’s been more clear on his policies and what he wants to do. I’m still unsure of Kamala’s plan for the country.”

The poll of 1,000 likely voters, taken by landline and cellphone Oct. 14-18, has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.

By double digits, voters said Harris hadn’t done enough to explain the specific policies she would pursue in office, 57% to 37%. Those who want to hear more include nearly 1 in 4, or 23%, of her supporters.

Trump leads men overall, 53% to 37%.

fwiw
I am a competitive cyclist in the north texas metroplex. A large portion of cyclists are middle class hispanics. (bikes costing $4-$8, not a cheap sport).

Its extremely rare that we discuss politics of any sort primarily because the discussion center on riding, training and racing.. On a few rare occasions when politics comes up, there is a quiet but definite Trump tilt.

LOL, how about clearly articulating a policy agenda that will result in economic growth and prosperity for everyone, regardless of race, religion or creed?

No pot for Latinos? That’s racist, but at least she’s giving them free sombreros, 20% off Mariachi lessons, and government subsidies for Taco Tuesday.

“Donald Trump has disrespected and insulted Latino me…”

I’d ask why I should accept this as received wisdom, but then I remembered that it’s Kamala Harris we’re talking about and when someone shouts “wisdom” she replies that they’re in the wrong rally.

The most beneficial thing that Trump could do for Latino men right now is to consider them to be American men first and foremost, and to deport ruthlessly anyone of any ethnic heritage that has entered our country illegally. A very strong case can be made that the Latino men that Harris pretends to support are the very people most harmed by her refusal to respect our nation’s borders.

Then she needs to stop saying Latinx.

That’s not helping her.

It’s amazing how tone-deaf the progressive left is on the whole latinx thing. It’s really unpopular among Latinos.

Then there’s the Tranny nonsense. Plus the d/prog seem to mistakenly believe, based on their pandering, that the majority of Hispanics are either illegal immigrants or sympathetic to illegal immigrants. LEGAL immigrants and descendents of LEGAL immigrants don’t want illegal immigrants jumping the line. It ain’t complicated but because the d/prog view everything through the prism of ‘race’ they mistakenly assume all Hispanics feel the same way.

Maybe she will head to Dillon, SC and give a moving speech from atop Pedro at SOTB.
Myrtle Beach travelers from the 1960s-70s understand.

Every time a politician says ‘invest’, it always means “I will extort more tax dollars from you, then spend like a drunken sailor on whatever the hell I want, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Every. Time.

Love seeing whatever crazy plan she announces – it tells you where she is getting killed in the polls.

Kamala is running the Democrat / Oprah vote buying plan… “You get a $20k free loan, and You get a $20k free loan … (but only some of you get free weed, sorry)”

I much prefer Trump’s plan of “You ALL get to keep more of what you earned” … Simple and fair.

Just reading the headline, I thought she was planning a shift working the cash register at Taco Bell.

Kamala Harris Now Pandering to Latino Men

Is she taking the Madonna route of pandering for votes?

Kamala, you have a lot of ‘splaining to do.

I’m an old Anglo guy so pardon any cultural appropriation here.
Fairly sure that Hispanic guys like getting head as much as anyone else.
Time is running short, Kamala. Get some breath mints and do what you know best.

Latinos getting ahead starts in childhood. They need access to education which places more emphasis on actual learning and less on pronouns and other DEI nonsense.

Otherwise Latinos need what every other demographic needs: inflation that doesn’t outpace wage increases, freedom from crime and access to employment without competing with illegals.

Latinos don’t need or want the tables stacked in their favor; they just don’t want them stacked against them, which is the reality under the current administration.

The LA Times didn’t endorse any presidential candidates for the last few decades of the 20th Century. In 2008, they endorsed both Obama and McCain. But, ever since 2008, they’ve only endorsed Democrats. Apparently this year, the Los Angeles Times will not endorse a presidential candidate. Make of that what you will…the newspaper of record for the city in America with the greatest concentration of Latino-Americans choosing to not endorse anyone.

Who is La Opinion endorsing? Any endorsement from KWKW or KALI? On those last two, I don’t know if broadcasters are allowed to endorse. But, I believe those broadcast outlets still exist and they are Spanish language radio stations for the Los Angeles basin market.

That’s nice. Trump is going to be on the largest podcast in the world, JRE. Harris continues to flail. I bet Rogan and Trump pull in over 20,000,000 listeners.

Kamala should be putting all her effort into boosting female turnout. Nothing else. And concentrate hard on Texas. She has the money, and it is worth 40 electoral votes.
