Kamala Harris Aide Claims She Doesn’t Want to Ban Plastic Straws
So that’s nine issues she’s flipped flopped on.
An anonymous Kamala Harris aide told Axios she no longer wants to ban plastic straws.
Why are anonymous aides telling the media she’s changing her positions?
Why can’t Harris say it herself?
Both are rhetorical questions!! We all know why.
In 2019, Harris said we should ban plastic straws and improve paper straws.
Axios asked Harris’ current campaign if she still supports that idea.
- “She doesn’t support banning plastic straws,” a campaign official told Axios.
- “She cast the tie-breaking vote on the most consequential legislation to combat climate change and create clean energy jobs in history, and as President, she is going to be focused on expanding on that progress.”
- “She joked even then about how crappy paper straws are and the need to come up with better eco-friendly alternatives,” the official said.
New: When Harris ran in 2020, she said plastic straws should be banned.

So that’s nine issues she’s flipped-flopped on.
It’s weird seeing Chris Cillizza doing some actual journalism. He published a list of nine issues on which Kamala Harris has changed her position.
We know abortion will never show up on the list unless Harris shifts even harder left on the issue.

No one should believe Harris (or any politician because they’ll say and do anything to get elected) because we remember how the Democrats promoted Joe Biden as a moderate.

Her entire campaign, so far, seems to be “Don’t believe your lying eyes/ears!”
Keep in mind that Democrats do not ‘flip-flop’ on issues; they ‘evolve’. Then, when the election is over, they evolve back.
Mr. Trump traveled to NYC yesterday (a city in which you can find ample tangible evidence of his success as an executive) and gave a lengthy detailed speech on his economic platform.

Meanwhile, his opponent is busy backtracking claims that she wants to ban plastic straws.
If this giggling airhead manages to steal the election (the only possibility of her occupying the White House is by fraud) plastic friggin’ straws will be the LEAST of our worries.

Hope everyone sees why Vladimir Putin vociferously supports Kamala Harris to become president. She is the ultimate metaphor for what America has become: A once mighty nation that has to hide itself to avoid dealing with reality.
Remember she said she hasn’t changed her views.
