Democrats Want Green Party Candidate Jill Stein Removed From Wisconsin Ballot

Plenty of leftists blamed Stein for spoiling the election for failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016.

The Democrats want to remove Green Party candidate Jill Stein from Wisconsin’s ballot.

David Strange, as an individual and deputy operations director of Wisconsin for the DNC, filed the complaint, claiming the Wisconsin Green Party (WGP) did not “comply with Wisconsin’s election statutes.”

From the complaint:

The August 13, 2024 primary was the last opportunity for WGP to nominate a candidate for Wisconsin Senate or Assembly before the 2024 general election. But, WGP failed to nominate any candidates for Wisconsin Senate or Assembly, and a sufficient number of electors did not nominate a candidate by writing in any WGP candidate for Wisconsin Senate or Assembly, according to the requirements of Wisconsin Statute section 8.16(2).

Thus, WGP conclusively has no candidates for Wisconsin Senate or Assembly in the general election, nor are there currently any WGP state officeholders or holdover senators. Consequently, no individual will be authorized under Wisconsin Statute section 8.18 to nominate presidential electors to represent WGP when the nomination meeting is held on the first Tuesday of October.

WGP’s presidential ticket is therefore ineligible and unqualified to appear on the ballot for the November 2024 general election.

Plenty of leftists blamed Stein for spoiling the election for failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Stein received 31,000 votes in Wisconsin in 2016, but President Donald Trump beat Clinton in the state by only 22,000 votes.

I know the Democrats pressured Ralph Nader not to run in 2000 and 2004.

The Republicans hated Ross Perot.

“We take the nomination process for President and Vice President very seriously and believe every candidate should follow the rules,” said Adrienne Watson, a senior adviser to the DNC, according to WisPolitics.com. “Because the Wisconsin Green Party hasn’t fielded candidates for legislative or statewide office and doesn’t have any current incumbent legislative or statewide office holders, it cannot nominate candidates and should not be on the ballot in November.”

The Wisconsin Elections Commission approved a spot on the ballot for the Green Party in February.

“This is a fishing expedition conjured up by the DNC, and is in line with their statements back in March that they will hire an army of lawyers and infiltrators to find any angle of attack to prevent Green Party ballot access,” declared Jason Call, Stein’s campaign manager. “We absolutely will be hiring counsel to defend our ballot line in Wisconsin.”

If Harris wins, they’ll get there. We have something more than 30M illegal aliens in this country. Should Harris win and the Dems take back the House, they’ll nuke the filibuster, pack the Court and then enact amnesty…all in the 1st year. They’d enjoy permanent governing majorities in TX, FL & GA (minimally) and probably enough House seats that they would never have to worry about either a presidential election or Midterm election again.

lol, these are the same people who have spent the past years running around screeching….

reeee….reeeee……reeeee….. MUH DEMOCRACY!!!!….. reeeee…..reeeeee……reeeeee

Democrats really don’t seem to be very big fans of democracy do they? Whatever happened to the idea that you should be able to vote for who you want to?

Democrats once again showing what they really think of Democracy.

This can’t be true. I’m constantly assured the Democrats are going to steal this election like they stole the last one, without even breaking a sweat. Why would they be worried about the impact of a fringe candidacy like Stein’s?

Sadly, it’s not just the Dems who engage in these kind of ant-democratic shenanigans.

Here in NY, when Bush jr was running and Pat Buchanan was opposing him in the Republican primary the local RNC office sued to get him off the ballot – disallowing enuf signatures to kick him off – because the sheets were improperly stapled. Seriously.

NY State election laws are a labyrinth of obscure requirements whose main purpose seems to be to prevent 3rd party and maverick main party candidates from being candidates.

This is the thanks Jill gets for allowing Hillary to use her as a puppet to demand recounts in the states where it would’ve been unseemly for Hillary to be the one demanding them. As if a recount was going to make any difference to the Greens’ showing.

“We take the nomination process for President and Vice President very seriously and believe every candidate should follow the rules”

Except when it’s the Democrats who are noncompliant, and then they force the state to change the rules.

watch for the dem/rino party to have their solution of

we must have rules where anyone who wants on the ballot

must have 25 million signatures …no mail in signatures will be accepted …if you want to be on the ballot

THEY WILL CALL IT THE

PROTECT THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN FROM DONALD TRUMP ACT

Don’t pay attention to the polls in the media.

Watch what the campaigns and parties are doing.

The Democrats are mounting legal attacks to keep independents and other left wing parties off the ballot.

In states that should be safe. Like New York.

Trump’s campaigning for down ballot tickets. Trump’s picking fights with huge influencers.

And he’s campaigning in states he should have no chance in.

I’d vote for Ben Stein.
