Mother and Father of Israeli-American Hostage Speak at RNC: ‘Bring Them Home’
“This was not merely an attack on Israel. This was and remains an attack on Americans.”
Hamas has held Ronen and Orna Neutra’s son Omer hostage for almost 300 days.
Ronen and Orna spoke at the RNC on Wednesday night to bring attention to Omer, the other four Americans, and all the hostages still held by Hamas:
“President Trump told us personally right after the attack when Omer was taken captain. We know he stands with the American hostages,” says Ronen Neutra who addresses the RNC alongside his wife Orna.
The crowd of thousands greets the couple with chants of “Bring them home.”
Orna begins by sharing a little bit about her son, Omer.
“He was born in New York City, one month after 9/11. Eight months pregnant, I walked across the Queensborough Bridge toward home that day. And here we are 23 years later, and he’s the victim of another vile terrorist attack,” she says.
“During the brutal October 7 attack on Israel,” stressed Ronen. “Over 1,200 people were slaughtered — of them 45 were American citizens. Where is the outrage?”
Ronen added: “This was not merely an attack on Israel. This was and remains an attack on Americans.”

If the right starts acting like the left, we’re doomed. That happens because of women voters.
Women are good at neighborhood sized things, not worldwide sized things. They’re subject to soap opera on the most soap-operaish thing happening anywhere in the world there. They make bad decisions based on it.
There’s a social function for sympathy. If your boss says “Sorry about your father,” he’s not expressing sorrow. He’s tacitly saying he’ll give you slack for a while on work deadlines, on not laughing at the same joke he tells again and again, and so forth. You have a use for that sympathy. It has a social purpose.
If you sorrowing over some family you don’t know, your sympathy is worth exactly zero to them. It’s you entertaining yourself with your goodness, partaking of the soap opera entertainment. Far from virtuous, it distracts you from things that actually call for your attention locally among people you do know.
Women always fall for it, which is why they’re idiotic voters, but we’re doomed if the part of the right panders to it.

Democrats have surely ignored and forgotten their fellow Americans. A pathetic and revealing illustration of why they do not deserve power, but cling to it by any means.

If it was up to me I would tell Hamas to surrender and give up the hostages or they would feel the full fury of the American military and it would start with precision and saturation bombing by our B52z.
Hamas has been hiding and moving the hostages around quite well – at least the ones that are alive. The Israelis simply do not have the manpower to perform a proper clear & hold campaign. The Biden administration would just as soon the whole matter be forgotten because it is reminiscent of Carter’s Iranian hostage crisis. But Hamas has got to realize that the current friendly & feckless American administration is on the outs and they better scramble to get the best deal.
