‘Here, These are the Girls Who Can Get Pregnant’: Israel Releases Video of Hamas Kidnapping Five Females

‘Here, These are the Girls Who Can Get Pregnant’: Israel Releases Video of Hamas Kidnapping Five Females

REMEMBER THEIR NAMES: Liri Albag, Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, Daniela Gilboa, and Naama Levy.

Israel released a video of Hamas kidnapping five females: Liri Albag, Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, Daniela Gilboa, and Naama Levy.

The families gave the government permission to release the video so the world could see the evil their daughters faced with Hamas.

It’s a three-minute video. I haven’t watched it. I doubt I will watch it.

(added)

The release of the video comes after the Ireland, Norway, and Spain governments said they would recognize a Palestinian state.

I’m not shocked with Ireland.

Hamas celebrated the decision:

Notably, Hamas celebrated Ireland, Spain and Norway’s decision as a significant “turning point,” according to a statement shared on X by the Palestinian news agency Quds News Network.

“Hamas welcomes the announcement of Norway, Ireland, and Spain recognizing the state of Palestine, considering it an important step towards solidifying our right to our land and establishing our independent Palestinian state with its capital in Jerusalem,” the statement said. “We call on countries around the world to recognize our legitimate national rights and to support our people’s struggle for liberation, independence, and an end to Zionist occupation of our land.”

Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Israel Katz wants to show the ambassadors of Spain, Norway, and Ireland in Israel the video.

UPDATE 5-24-2024 (waj)

An dispute has broken out on social media as to the translation of what the Hamas terrorists said to the captive women, with some claiming the words “who can get pregnant” were not said. This seems to be an issue as to whether referring to them as sex slaves suggested that purpose.

I believe she’s a non-practicing Druze…Lebanon is home to one of the larger Druze populations in the Middle East. There’s not the antipathy between the Muslims and the Druze in Lebanon like there is (was) between the Muslims and the Christians, which is probably why her uncle had no problems selling weapons to Lebanese terrorists.

Right. But, in Islam – unlike Catholicism, Protestant Christianity and the Hebrew faith – faith generally follows the father, not the mother. Grotesquely, this is why the savages of Gaza will deem any children born to the captivate Israeli female hostages as ‘Muslims.’ In any event, I suspect she’s a devout secular humanist, devoid of any real faith at all.

ahad haamoratsim in reply to TargaGTS. | May 23, 2024 at 1:10 am

Community survival is a paramount value among the Druze. Like many groups in the Middle East they look to the strong horse before making a decision.

Fortunately, even before Israeli independence the Druze living in the Mandate decided that the Jews were the strong horse in Israel.

But that does not make Israel the strong horse elsewhere. Druze living under Syrian, Lebanese or other rule give their loyalty to the state absent other compelling factors.

The world is seeing the unleashing of hatred against Jews and Christians. One’s simple expression of belief as a Roman Catholic before a Roman Catholic audience brings the blatant hatred to the fore …in the NFL. Democrat New York judge brushes off the dust on a 1757 law against Catholic ownership of firearms. Everything old is new.

“Since the 1960s, the Knights of Columbus have held a Memorial Day event at the Poplar Grove National Cemetery in Petersburg, VA.
For the last two years, however, The National Park Service (NPS) has refused permission for the event due to a new policy prohibiting “religious services” and calling the ceremony to honor this nation’s fallen heroes a “demonstration.”
The park service has instead said the event must take place in a nearby “free speech zone.”
The Knights and their attorneys say the decision by park officials violates the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.”

Well, this is par for the course. Government seems to have the attitude that no matter what restrictions they put on the exercise of our rights, so long as the right can be exercised in some manner it believes (or at least asserts) that it has not infringed upon the right. This is like shutting down newspapers, or outlawing Seventh Day Adventism and Lutheranism and saying that our First Amendment rights have not been curtailed, because there are sources of information other than newspapers, and other religions that we may adopt.

This form of incremental encroachment has been allowed to pass muster for decades with respect to restrictions on firearms and their ownership. Gun owners warned for decades that the assault on the 2nd Amendment was only the beginning of a general attack on our rights, and we are now witnessing the same tactics and techniques being employed against our other rights.

        Welcome to the future.

MDs have been leaders in Hamas, PLFP and other Palestinian terror groups, and have actively collaborated with Home as in turning hospitals and clinics in terror bases.

Terror groups rely on members who are engineers to develop newer, and better ways of blowing Up innocent people. With suicide bombs and improvised explosive devices.

America happened to have been blessed with pretty much ZERO muslims until just about 30 years ago. About the only muslims that were in America were the “nation of islam” freaks and the muslim world didn’t consider them muslims (until they realized, after 9/11, how they could have an easy entre into the belly of America). Most of the arabs that came to America before that were Christians who were driven out of the middle east by the muslim arabs.

islam, itself, is antithetical to Western civilization. Period. Now, whether there are some non-practicing muslims who are not a threat … sure there are some. But most muslims around the world support – strongly support – pretty much all of the terrorism carried out by their muslim brethren. Sure, Sunnis and shiites hate each other and want to wipe each other out … but they both hate non-muslims even more and are happy to work together carrying out atrocities against “infidels” until they are left and can battle each other out for the smoking embers that are left of the world.

Most of what you say is complete BS and just plain retarded.

Somehow, I doubt it.

          There are honorable Muslims

          No. There are not.

There can be no ‘honorable Muslims’ because Islam is an affront to honor and decency.

It advocates genocidal murder as a prerequisite for paradise.

It advocates lying to get past the guard of the people it demands be murdered.

To be an ‘honorable’ Muslim, one must first wholly abandon honor in favor of submission to the will of Allah.

CommoChief in reply to gonzotx. | May 22, 2024 at 8:14 pm

Are these particular Muslims engaged in horrific vile acts? Unquestionably yes they did. Are most ‘Palestinians’ probably supportive of these acts? Again yes most are, a few not, but the vast majority of Gaza residents celebrated the 0ct 7 attacks, kidnapping, rapes and brutality.

Let’s not invoke tribalism and paint all of the nearly two billion Muslims with same brush. I sure as heck don’t want to be lumped in with the 2.4 ish billion Christians and judged upon their collective actions and not my own merits. Certainly not by the actions of those loons at Westboro Baptist among others.

My daughter is around the same age as the girls in this video. I can’t begin to imagine what the parents and families of these girls have been going through for all these months.

I do know one thing though. Were I in those parents shoes I would want vengeance in the form of every single member of Hamas from top to bottom being killed. Be it by bomb, bullet, or otherwise, eliminate them all. No prisoners.

If Israel were going to do that, it would have done so on Oct 8 last year. The fact, unfortunately, is that the initial tough talk was immediately walked back and the response was not what it should have been, because the government decided to worry about the “world” and about its own left-wing judicial and legal establishment.

With dwindling world support for Israel , temporizing now for some “favors” later on has closed needed options for Israel. As the populations of Muslims increase in the West this will be more evident. “Never again” is fading. I understand it is tough being on a constant war footing, but what has the world given Israel as an alternative? Zippo!

Cutting a deal now is just delaying cutting of their throats later.

A “parent” who is a member of Hamas does that. I thought my initial post was quite clear. To quote myself-

“every single member of Hamas from top to bottom being killed. Be it by bomb, bullet, or otherwise, eliminate them all. No prisoners.”

What part of killing ALL of the Hamas terrorists once and for all do you not understand?

      Milhouse in reply to JohnSmith100. | May 22, 2024 at 10:28 pm

A parent who truly believes that eternal life is worth more than life in this world, and that he is teaching his children a sure and guaranteed way to get there quickly.

The same as all the medieval Jewish parents who taught their children that it’s better to commit suicide than to be forced to worship Christian idols. And the early Christian parents who taught their children the same thing about Roman idols. Any religion that venerates martyrs is teaching its children exactly this.

The problem is not that the parents don’t love their children; it’s that the things they believe are so evil. It’s their premises that are wrong, not the conclusions they correctly draw from those premises.

ahad haamoratsim in reply to Milhouse. | May 23, 2024 at 1:27 am

Am I to take it that you are opposed to the celebration of Chanukah?
It IS better to commit suicide than to worship idols of any kind. Thank G-d for our loyal Phil Behr, who had the strength and the courage to teach that, or there would be no more Jews today.

ahad haamoratsim in reply to ahad haamoratsim. | May 23, 2024 at 1:28 am

Forbears. I have no idea who Phil Behr is.

Milhouse in reply to ahad haamoratsim. | May 23, 2024 at 1:50 am

No, of course I’m not. But see Rabbi Meir Kahane’s essay that starts “If I were a Reform rabbi I would abolish Chanukah.” He was exactly right; Chanukah stands for everything that the “progressive” Jewish movements oppose, and had they been there they would have fought on the Hellenists’ side.

My point is that martyrdom is good and right and just, and therefore parents who teach their children about it, whether they are Jewish, Christian, or Moslem, are displaying exactly the same, correct view of what is in their children’s best interest.

The difference between them and these “Palestinian” parents is not in the conclusions they draw from their premises but in the premises themselves. Jews, Christians, and Moslems are all correct in believing, each in their own way, that loyalty to God is a supreme moral value; “Palestinians” are incorrect in believing that murdering Jews is equally a supreme moral value. Given their false premise, though, their conclusion is validly drawn from it.

alaskabob in reply to ahad haamoratsim. | May 23, 2024 at 12:13 pm

Milhouse… I’d slightly change “loyalty to God” since Mohamed’s house worshiped hundred or so gods before he chose Allah, the moon god as his sole deity. The Judeo-Christian G-d is entirely a different entity than Allah. “Loyalty to a god for some and Loyalty to G-d for others.

ahad haamoratsim in reply to Milhouse. | May 23, 2024 at 5:37 am

I appreciate your clarification. Yes, I had R. Kahane’s (HY”D) classic essay Down With Chanukah in mind. If anything it is even more relevant today than when he published it in 1967. (BTW I was privileged until my recent illness to take beginners’ lessons from a graduate of his Chaya Squad.

So if I understand you correctly, the problem isn’t in valuing the world to come, it’s in believing that committing heinous acts as a means to get there. As a classmate of mine used to say, I could hardly fail to disagree with you less.

Prof. Phyllis Chesler has been ostracized from the left for asking that question too many times. She has been asking it for decades.

Following the 1967 (1973?) war, socialist Golda Meir addressed an international conference of socialists and socialist countries and demanded to know why not one of them supported Israel during its 1967 existential battle for survival. She was met by an embarrassed silence. (Source- Yehudah Aviner, The Prime Ministers. Recommended reading.)

Absolutely. What could possibly go wrong?

Sure thing. And give them a few nukes, too.

Ironically, if Palestine were given Statehood and recognized as a sovereign nation, they’d last maybe a month before being bombed to glass. And they damn well know it, which IMO is one of the biggest reasons they consistently reject the “two-state solution”.

Right now, Gaza fires rockets at Israel and builds tunnels to smuggle terrorists and weapons into Israel. Because they are an “occupied territory”, Israel must limit its response.

But if Palestine were a sovereign nation, well, that’s a different story! Every rocket and every terrorist attack is now an unprovoked act of war from a near-peer State, justifying a military counter-offensive to make sure it NEVER happens again! The U.N. could ask Israel to temper their response, but Israel would be within its rights as a sovereign nation to end any and all threats to itself AND to politely tell the U.N. to f*#k off, er, mind their own business while they deal with this local dispute.

Since negotiated cease-fires tend to last a few weeks at most, if Palestine got its own State, I’d give them a month, six weeks tops.

BierceAmbrose | May 23, 2024 at 8:32 pm

“The release of the video comes after the Ireland, Norway, and Spain governments said they would recognize a Palestinian state.”

Well, in case it wasn’t clear before, the international diplomatic apparatus has understandings, values and priorities that don’t track with a lot of people. And they don’t much bother to explain why what they do is good or useful.
