U.S. Customs Puts Third Gender Option on Immigration Forms

U.S. Customs Puts Third Gender Option on Immigration Forms

“We have revised Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, to provide a third gender option, ‘X,’ defined as ‘Another Gender Identity.'”

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) put a third gender option on the Application for Naturalization.

You can choose X on Form N-400:

Historically, USCIS forms and associated documents have only offered two gender options: “Male (M)” and “Female (F).” This has created significant barriers for requestors who do not identify with either of those options. Limiting benefit requestors to two gender options also creates administrative challenges for USCIS when we receive birth certificates or other official government-issued documents with a gender other than M or F. Adding a third gender option helps ensure that secure identity documents and biographical data are accurate and helps both external stakeholders and individuals requesting immigration benefits. It is also consistent with federal and state agencies that have adopted a third gender option, such as the U.S. Department of State’s expanded passport services to offer gender X in their application.

First of all, there is no such thing as gender. It’s sex. You’re either a male or female. You either have XY or XX chromosomes. Or in those those extremely rare cases, you have only one X or one Y or a mix like XXY.

Either way, the only choices are male and female.

So, yeah, that is why historically USCIS only accepted male or female because those are literally the only options.

Stop the madness:

We have revised Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, to provide a third gender option, “X,” defined as “Another Gender Identity.” We are also updating guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual accordingly to account for this form revision and other forthcoming form revisions that will add a third gender option; see the Policy Alert (PDF, 344.77 KB).

The 04/01/24 edition of Form N-400 will be the first USCIS form to include the X gender option. Applicants filing this edition of Form N-400 on or after April 1, 2024, will have X immediately available as a gender option on their form.

Applicants who have a pending Form N-400 using the edition in effect before April 1, 2024, may request to update their gender on or after April 1, 2024, as well. For all other forms, individuals must wait until USCIS revises those forms to include the X gender option.

You do not need to supply USCIS with any documentation to select the X option.

“The gender you select does not need to match the gender listed on your other immigration documents or on supporting identity documents, such as your birth certificate, passport, or state identification,” the statement read.

Oh, look. Social Security Services has started the process of accepting an X option.

“Note that if you select the X gender option on the new Form N-400, you may need to visit a Social Security office for a Social Security card or to update your citizenship status,” USCIS continued. “The Social Security Administration is still developing systems to accept the X gender option.”

But what about the people who identify as cats?? Or aliens – space aliens?? What about them? Why does the nasty USCIS presume everyone to be a human?? What about those people who identify as rocks (or the midgets who like to think of themselves as pebbles)?? What about all of them??

And what about the other alleged 54 different “genders”??

And what if someone picks one gender but then changes its mind 5 minutes later, which the left claims is entirely possible and “permissible”?? Should there be a gender hotline that USCIS monitors 24 hours a day to take emergency calls from people who need to change their gender on the spot … because there isn’t much worse than having the “wrong gender” on your customs documentation, if even only for a few minutes. People die from stuff like that.

Seriously, what kind of bulls—t is this?

The vile Dhimmi-crats’ obnoxiously and fascistically misogynistic and child/teen-abusing/manipulating/mutilating “trans” BS.

What a load of crap… Pandering to mental health cases…

What’s the point of being in power if you can’t pander to your constituency of frauds, headcases, grifters, and agitators?

This is the leftist machine creating an opportunity for pandering/social engineering.

We are speaking of the Application for Naturalization form. This form is used to attest to physical identity where eye color, hair color, height, weight, tattoos, marks, scars, and sexual organs are physical indicators of identity, to physically identify the bodies we occupy.

Your feelinz and perception of your gender/sexuality is useless for the task of identifying your body and thus the question shouldn’t even be asked on this form.

    ‘Sex’ yes, ‘Gender’ no.

We are men and women. It almost always matters which we are. Men and women are aggressive. Their regard for each other is clouded by grudges, suspicions, fears, needs, desires, and narcissistic postures. There’s no scrubbing them out. The best you can hope for is domestication, as in football, rock, humor, happy marriage, and a good prose style. Jokes trade on offensiveness; PC is not a funny dialect. The unconscious is a joker, a sexist and aggressive creature. Our sexuality has always been scandalous.

This is nonsense. They are just making up fake terms.

This legalized fraud is yet another death of the west update.

Reality is for chumps…. without it… anything is possible.

We must elect Trump

The updated form is effective April 1, 2024. How appropriate.
.

Why is gender even on the form? It should list sex instead. If gender is a “feeling” it has no business being on an official government document.

It offers another layer of protection for a “marginalized” group, in this case, asylum due to persecution for being a transwhatever in their country of origin.

A simple solution. Check “X” on your Form N-400, you’re denied entry, We’re full up with homegrown nuts. We don’t need any more.

Thank god adults are back in charge eh? 😂😂

Minor point, those with Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome are XY females, that is they have male chromosomes but due to issues in the womb they develop as female sans uterus – thus no menstrual cycle, and the testes never emerge but instead remain internal and undeveloped.

Most with CAIS will never know they’re not 100% female.

This administration is trying to force mental illness into being normal.

>>Oh, look. Social Security Services has started the process of accepting an X option.<<

Oh, look. The State Department was the first to "set precedent" and allow the "X" gender marker on U.S. passports applications and U.S. passports two years ago.

“Adding a third gender option helps ensure that secure identity documents and biographical data are accurate”

No it doesn’t even remotely do that. Given the left’s pollution of the word “gender” it is a worthless question on a form designed to facilitate physical identification.

“Sex” on the other hand gives useful information. It designates one’s equipment for lack of a better word. The Govt doesn’t care about ‘biographical data’ when filling out passport applications, They want physical identification data, reality points which they can use to identify your body.

So no, this is abuse of a government function to conduct social engineering on an audience which has no choice and on a massive scale.

I’m perfectly ok with allowing “X” on customs or immigration forms. So long as checking that option provides evidence you shouldn’t be allowed into our country. Ever.

This is a slap in the face to the genderless.

So this is something I thought of (maybe I watch too many crime shows). What happens when dna evidence is collected at a crime scene and it shows a male committed the crime. Are all the “X” gender included in the pool of suspects because no one is sure if they are male? Doesn’t this make it a lot harder for investigators to narrow the pool? Kind of a minor issue in all of this mess but it is going to start happening.

The third option should be “Neuter”, because that is what you get when you remove genitals.

healthguyfsu | April 3, 2024 at 2:36 pm

On the lists of priorities for ICE, this doesn’t even make the list.

“Gender identity” is BS.
Gender is science. XX or XY.
Boys have a penis and girls have a vagina.
PERIOD!
