Columbia Mob That Took Over Hamilton Hall Demand ‘Humanitarian Aid’

Columbia Mob That Took Over Hamilton Hall Demand ‘Humanitarian Aid’

Give me a break.

They took over Hamilton Hall.

Now we must give them food.

It sounds like one reporter asked her why they think Columbia is obligated to give them food.

“They’re obligated to provide food to students who paid for a meal plan here.”

Then he asked if they asked for the school to bring food and water to the building.

“To be brought in. I mean, I guess it’s ultimately a question of what kind of community and obligation Columbia feels it has to its students. Do you want students to die of dehydration and starvation or get severely ill, even if they disagree with you. If the answer is no then you should allow basic..I mean, it’s crazy to say. We’re on an Ivy League campus but this is basic humanitarian aid we’re asking for. Like could people please have a glass of water.”

A reporter points out the mob put themselves in that position on purpose.

“Nobody is asking them to bring in anything. We’re asking them to not violently stop us from bringing in basic humanitarian aid.”

So, leave the building, go to the cafeteria or the local choke-and-puke, and buy your own food. You can use your meal plan. But the meal plan doesn’t include delivery service.

like safe and easy access to classes?

sidenote – this is the problem with scholarships based on characteristics instead of merit – there is no OWNERSHIP of the education. SO those students who DO want an education are out of luck.

and these are supposedly educated people?

Me and my wife went to UCLA in the mid 70s and it is clear the intelligence level is different from then to now. These people are stupid and are expecting everything given to them.

The Gentle Grizzly in reply to JG. | April 30, 2024 at 8:16 pm

Back in your day, and mine which were the late ’60s and early ’70s, there were fewer nonsense majors, and fewer sympathy admissions.

henrybowman in reply to JG. | May 1, 2024 at 4:45 pm

The difference is that our generation didn’t expect all authorities in the world to “keep us from feeling unsafe,” while we felt free to doxx, vilify, and pummel people we didn’t like, and trespass on their property.

And all dressed up in their fashionable Hamas scarfs. What a hilarious display of vapid immaturity.

These people committing criminal acts in support of a terrorist organization along with fellow travelers before them along with others after them, will, without immediate course correction, leave with the elite CV/credentials to enter into our corporations, Federal/State/Local Govt, academic, legal, medical, research/scientific professions and ultimately have their hands on the reins of power across the Nation.

Either the current set of leaders in a position to hold them individually accountable with permanent consequences such as a criminal conviction, dismissal from the University with revocation of potential job/Grad School admissions offers as well potential deportation for those criminals with a Visa/DACA/TPS or other irregular immigration status will choose to wield that power or they won’t. I suspect in many cases that the leadership will meekly roll over and let the criminals skate without criminal convictions b/c they actually agree with ideological views of these criminals.

These people committing criminal terrorist acts
FIFY. Violence to attempt political change is terrorism. They’re committing terrorism in support of terrorism.

CommoChief in reply to GWB. | May 1, 2024 at 12:12 pm

More accurate to say criminal acts which are intended to terrorize but I do take your point. I’d be happy just to get convictions on straightforward State level criminal charges, then let the Feds bring charges re terrorism and/or Federal Civil rights actions.

“They’re obligated to provide food to students who paid for a meal plan here.”

Yeah maybe, before you shut down the campus and barricaded yourself into a building illegally. You see, actions have consequences, a lesson your parents apparently never taught you.

Think of it as being sent to bed without your supper.

I have a friend whose daughter goes to Columbia and she can’t get on campus because of these whiney little snots. What about her, she can’t access her meal plan either. Though the University did make arrangements today to allow students who can’t get on campus to use their meal plan cards at local establishments around the campus.

What about the people who live in the building are they being allowed to come and go to use their meal plans?

Here is reality, no one is keeping you from using your meal plan except for you. The meal plan allows you to eat a designated areas on campus that do not deliver to you. Your meal plan does not allow you to eat outside of these areas nor does it provide for delivery.

If you need water then there are toilets and sinks, you have access to water.

The university isn’t going to make anyone sick and dehydrated, they are doing it to themselves.

“actions have consequences, a lesson your parents apparently never taught you.”

How do you credibly teach this lesson to children who grew up in the age of “Didn’t mean it” Hillary, “But he’s such a nice old coot” Biden, and “Who is” Ray Epps? You can do anything you want if you’re on the left right side of history.

“Mob Demands Humanitarian Aid”

Ha! Humanitarian aid is for humans you lousy animals!

Her name must be Karen. She will make a great Hamas wife.

Subotai Bahadur | April 30, 2024 at 6:43 pm

Given the inclinations of the terrorist occupiers, might I suggest that if any food is sent that it be pork and other non-halal menu items?

Subotai Bahadur

What an absolute bunch of f*cking idiots.
And these pukes have Columbia bent over a desk?
Pathetic.
Do NOT send your kids to Ivy League colleges.

Leave the doors unlocked and do not go in. However, do not allow any food or water in either. When they get hungry enough they’ll come out. When they get thirsty enough they’ll come out. Otherwise they’ll simply raise the IQ of the studentOtherwise they’ll simply raise the IQ of the student body

Why hasn’t Columbia turned off the electricity and water to the building yet? Columbia should refuse to allow anyone or anything to enter. When the jerks come crawling out in about 3 to 5 days, cuff ’em and stuff ’em and immediately expel them all permanently along with any professors who have supported them.

lc in reply to Boblon. | April 30, 2024 at 9:49 pm

Thankfully, they are FINALLY clearing out the trash! Waaay too late. What feckless “leadership”. The president should be fired asap.

Here’s my former of the anti semetic universe at USF today also known as known as terrorist central. Several James cheerleaders tried to set up their little green tents and got tear gassed by the hillsborough police department. Lovely. I hope they are also suspended and expelled.

Send them to prison. They can eat there.

Heard that almost half of over 30,000 Columbia students are on visas. WOW!

It’s like a mini-Gaza!!

The terrorists seek humanitarian aid from the people they have attacked.

Seems to be working for Hamas, so why not try themselves?

They want the hand they’re biting to feed them?

caseoftheblues | April 30, 2024 at 8:08 pm

So Columbia’s response is threatening to suspend (not actually doing it so far) and grounding (they can’t leave dorm rooms except for well basically almost everything)…. For students who took over and trashed a building, threatened Jewish students lives and refused them access to classes and held 3 janitors hostage. Now if you won’t use preferred pronouns you will get expelled and quickly because THAT makes other students FEEL unsafe SMH!

So doordash is refusing to deliver to their building?

Imagine that.

What’s next? Puppies, coloring books and video gaming equipment so they can deal with the “stress” of being felons?

One of the mouthpieces for the terrorists earlier today was described as:

“a paid instructor & PhD candidate at Columbia studying “theories of the imagination & poetry as interpreted through a Marxian lens.”

Un freaking believable. There is only one possible career path utilizing that degree, employment as an ‘educator’ cloning herself.

Otherwise maybe she will be a barista or a burger flipper… until she is replaced by not-to-bright AI.

Yes, the university has an obligation to provide food for those who have paid for a meal plan. That’s what cafeterias are for. If a student doesn’t show up at the cafeteria during meal time, the university has no obligation to bring food to wherever the student may be.

henrybowman | May 1, 2024 at 5:54 am

Draw a bright yellow line across the front threshold.
Label it “SouTHeRn BOrdEr.”
Tell them they can have all the humanitarian aid they want free from Joe Biden if they can just find a way to cross it, and IRL nobody is really going to try to stop them.

“Do you want students to die of dehydration and starvation or get severely ill, even if they disagree with you.”

Well, now that you mention it, YES, That sounds like a great idea. How dedicated are you to your ’cause’? A ‘die in’ sounds dandy.

henrybowman in reply to wanderer. | May 1, 2024 at 5:07 pm

Do you want to eat? Then leave. No one is stopping you.

This is the same stinkin’ thinkin’ that doesn’t recognize that Hamas could have their cease-fire tomorrow just by surrendering.

Gosport in reply to wanderer. | May 1, 2024 at 6:28 pm

I guess the old holding your breath until you got what you wanted trick worked on your parents.

We ain’t your parents and frankly couldn’t care less.

Do you want students to die of dehydration and starvation or get severely ill, even if they disagree with you.

Are there not cafeterias they can go to, to procure food and drink on their meal plans? Do they not have housing where they can find water, toilets, showers, beds, and other necessities of civilized life?

People like this is where the expression “doesn’t know enough to come in out of the rain” comes from.

GWB in reply to Flatworm. | May 1, 2024 at 8:14 am

Ah, but Columbia shut down the cafeteria and such. Because the rioters had shut down campus. Because they made it unsafe for students to use such facilities.

“Please, Mr Big Man, you have to feed us while we trash your place and defame you!”

Let the beatings begin. NO ONE needs these pathetic pukes.

Humanitarian aid = snacks. So the violent terrorist loving “protestors” were demanding snacks? Do you think Joe Biden will be build a floating island of snack food for them, or drone drop in fruit roll ups? Possibly Turkey can organize an emergency flotilla to end the siege of these brave young crusaders, they must have their mineral water ASAP!!! How else can the wash down those melatonin gummies they need to sleep? Hopefully AOC will pose with them and sign autographs for them while they temporarily get arrested. And then she can organize a freedom parade for them when they are quickly released and back to screaming for the death of Jews and blocking traffic.

A reporter points out the mob put themselves in that position on purpose.
That’s the most shocking bit in this post. A reporter asked a pointed question of leftists?
