Shooter at Joel Osteen’s Houston Church had ‘Free Palestine’ on Gun
Another buried lede: “Moreno had a criminal history dating back to 2005, and previously identified as Jeffery Escalante, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety records search.”
Sources told KHOU that the woman who opened fire at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church in Houston, TX, was Genesse Ivonne Moreno.
CNN reported that federal law enforcement said the woman’s gun had ‘Free Palestine’ on it.
The network buried it in the story.

Off-duty cops shot and killed Moreno. She had a child with her, who is in critical condition.
Another portion buried in the news? Moreno also went under the name Jeffrey.

[Houston Police Chief Troy] Finner said before Moreno died, she mentioned she had a bomb. Finner said a bomb squad searched the church and the vehicle and backpack and found no evidence of explosives.
Finner also said Moreno sprayed a substance on the ground. He said investigators weren’t sure what it was.
Moreno had a criminal history dating back to 2005, and previously identified as Jeffery Escalante, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety records search. Prior arrests include failure to stop and give information, assault of a public servant, assault causing bodily injury, forgery, possession of marijuana, theft, evading arrest unlawful carrying weapon.
The motive behind the shooting is unknown.

thus PROVING once more that having citizens armed and prepared to SHOOT BACK is the BEST means of ending, and preventing, mass shooting attempts. As it is, the perp is the only dead one. Two innocents hit but seems they will make it back to normal. This one won’t make it into the list of “mass public shootings”.
Texas has had it as law on the books for many years now that private citizens who are lawfully able to carry firearms upon their persons in public may also do so in “houses of worship”. I have had the privildege of doing that myself on a number of occasions in the state of Texas.
Hah, one time, visiting with friends, I simply went into the church with my “friend” on my hip, never said a word. Before the pastor began his sermon I had the sense HE was armed. During the offering I “smelled” that at least some of the ushers were as well, and at least half of the elders. Didn’t SEE anything, just got that feeling. After I met one of the members and as we chatted I noticed that HE was armed.. he also had a military bearing and awareness. No blatantly so, but discernible. He let me know that all the “officers’ of the church (pastor, ell elders, deacons, and nearly three fourths of the rest of the men were always armed, and the wives of all the elders and deacons were as well, along with about half of the adult female population. No winder I felt so comfortable, safe, at ease in their midst. None had any “tough guy” air about them, nor were they beady-eyed always searching. Just very aware, at peace, and comfortable. I have no idea how many others thought I was armed, but did not care.
That’s how it SHOULD be. Protected but not “nervous” and suspicious. .
It’s been reported that the off-duty cops who shot the perpetrator were employed by the church as security guards.
Also that this particular church permits concealed carry but not open carry.
Trans appear to be abnormally entitled and violent. I spent quite a bit of times yesterday looking for information about this shooter without success.
Who was the child and will it be ok?
One report (I got it second hand, so add salt) said the child was the child of the shooter’s “husband” (by a previous arrangement), but he wasn’t supposed to be around the child because he was a sex offender. But I’m still confused over the pronouns used in the stories….

She describes how her experience of everything was different, like describing being on a psychoactive drug. In one conclusion, she said she in a sense got men in a way she didn’t before.
None of this means it’s bad or wrong to be under the influence of any of these hormones. Being supplemented to different level than you’re used to will put you in a state you’re not used to managing. Maybe forewarned might keep you from shooting up a church.

Zimmerman’s trial is fairly described as a show trial in the sense that the prosecution was transparently vindictive, the prosecution was manifestly politically motivated (to sate the Dhimmi-crat mob’s bloodlust), and, the trial never should have taken place (given that the facts and law supported a clear-cut conclusion that Zimmerman exercised a lawful right to lethal self-defense.
That should be clear enough for any rational person to understand.

But the reason that he was tried at all was to put on a performance. It was so the prosecutor could signal her virtue. I think that justifies the term “show trial”.

The shooter was definitely born in El Salvador and for some period of time, was on ICE’s radar. I guess it’s possible she married someone and found herself on a path to citizenship, possibly obtaining US citizenship sometime before 2020. Or, she voted illegally.
No one claims it’s impossible for an alien to illegally register and vote. Likewise no one claims it’s impossible for a person to register and vote under a false name. The claim is that this is very rare, and the “proof” is that almost no one is caught doing it. Which makes as much sense as going fishing with a six-inch net, not catching any fish under five inches, and claiming this as proof that there are no such fish in the water.

I can’t shake the feeling that people are hanging transgender on this case gratuitously. On the contrary, it appears not only that the shooter is biologically female, but that, as you speculated yesterday, she has never identified as male but has merely used masculine aliases.
Also, it appears, at least according to this source, that reports of the weapon bearing a sticker reading “Free Palestine” were incorrect, and all it said was “Palestine”.

Perusing this creature’s list of “Priors” I noticed at least three causes of arrest that would disqualify any person from the lawful use of arms. WHY IS IT that such persons are allowed to be freely roaming about in public, armed or disarmed? Can’t trust someone with a gun, why trust them without one? If they can’t be trusted in public WITH a gun, assign them a custodian. Or lock them up. Nearly every one of these significant shootings SHOULD have been prevented by locking up the perp BEFORE they opened fire.
