Grand Jury Indicts Seven Illegal Immigrants Connected to Beatings of NYPD Cops

DA Alvin Bragg is trying to play “all tough on crime” after he didn’t request bail for all but one of the suspects.

A grand jury indicted seven illegal immigrants in connection with the beating of two NYPD cops in Times Square.

Five of the illegal immigrants face felony charges.

It’s a shame that only one is in Rikers because George Soros-backed District Attorney Alvin Bragg didn’t request bail for them.

It’s believed four of the illegal immigrants are on the run.

“Based on our thorough investigation, I stand here today confident that we have identified the roles of every person that broke the law and participated in this heinous attack,” boasted Bragg at a press conference.

The police arrested eight people, but NYPD believes 13 or 14 people may be involved.

Yohenry Brito, 24, is the only one not released without bail:

Yohenry Brito, seen on video in a yellow jacket wrestling with the officers on the ground, had previously been indicted and is being held on charges of assault, obstruction and evidence tampering.

Four others arrested last week have now been indicted: Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, Wilson Juarez, Kelvin Arocha and Yorman Reveron are all charged with assault and obstructing governmental administration.

Two other people who have been indicted will not be identified until their arraignment.

Unfortunately, the illegal immigrants arrested in Arizona are not those connected to the beating.

NYPD has been looking for two more suspects:

Case assigned to Judge Engeron, News at 11.

The Grand Jury was obviously comprised of racists! So unwoke!

Watching Dhimmi-crat hustlers play “tough on crime” is as farcical as watching them play “tough on spending.”

Not getting my hopes up that these illegal criminal thugs will face any real penalty for their crimes. The Grand Jury indicts seven illegal immigrants connected to beatings of NYPD cops and prosecutors plea bargain the charges down to slap-on-the-wrist misdemeanors with no prison time and the court quickly releases them back on the street.

That is all.

Alvin Bragg need to be indicted for gross malfeasance, depraved indifference, aiding n abetting, and conspiracy to commit.

Illegal ALIENS, not illegal IMMIGRANTS!

I guess it’s too bad that they got to go all the way to Arizona before they were brought back so that they could be arrested again in order to be tried for beating up a couple of cops. I mean there’s incompetent and there’s incompetent. And then there’s Alvin Bragg.

“Unfortunately, the illegal immigrants arrested in Arizona are not those connected to the beating.”

I don’t understand this. Are you claiming the Arizona arrestees had nothing to do with the NY incident, or just that they weren’t the ones who laid hands on the cops?

Love the photo up top. Needs to be captioned: “Hey hey heyyyyyyyy…!”

Don’t indict … just kick them in the head until they no longer move. I’ll volunteer as a kicker!

For Bragg to do this after letting them go with no bail, the blowback must have been absolutely furious.

Guess the public backlash got to be too much.

I’ve got the tune of “Commander McBragg” stuck in my head now 🙂

Another reminder that Alvin Bragg is a dumb*ss and I would bet there is a high probability he’s broken federal, state, and local laws. Every dog has its day 🙂

If seven NYPD officers knocked down and kicked two migrants for no apparent reason, would the Manhattan District Attorney have done anything different?

(That’s a trick question because the DA would have done the same thing even if the police had a legitimate and justifiable reason)

There are a lot of takeaways from that video. But, the one that really jumped out at me is the absence of a baton for both those officers. It’s a huge mistake to have only one option – a lethal option – available to officers in the continuum of force; I don’t really count a taser as a viable option in CQB for a variety of reasons. For instance, in London in December, a Muslim immigrant was sentenced to life for the stabbing of three cops…a stabbing he was able to perpetrate even after being pepper-sprayed and TASED three times. No one is stabbing anyone after getting bashed in the face with a 2′ fixed baton.

Apparently the ones who fled were picked up by ICE in Arizona. I think this is Bragg’s way of trying to get them out of federal charges so he can be lenient on them.

do notttttt deport them

FIRST INCARCERATE THEM FOR 7 YEARS

AND THENNNN DEPORT THEM

otherwise they are just coming back in no time

they were willing to attack police

theyyyyy are the ms13 that is being sent to america

In the Magnificent Seven, seven brave men took on a gang of rapacious Central American bandits to restore peace to a village. Today seven brazen Central American gangsters take on the NYPD to spread destruction and mayhem throughout an American city.

Lock that fat ass commie Bragg up along with the other criminals.

This is a legal blog. I am not a lawyer.

My understanding is that bail can be denied for two reasons: a danger to themselves or the public, or a flight risk.

Illegal aliens are by definition a flight risk. All illegal aliens that are intercepted by law enforcement should be held without bail, regardless of the severity of their crime.

After they are indicted, tried, convicted, and incarcerated they should be deported.

Oh, and as an afterthought, this notion of anchor babies.

If a parent says they will not take their US born child with them when deported, they should be charged with child abandonment.
