Report: Biden Admin Set to Reward Palestinians For October 7 Massacre With a State and East Jerusalem as Capital

Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Office: “Now is not the time to be speaking about gifts for the Palestinian people.”

The Biden administration is planning to reward the Palestinians for the October 7 massacre by enabling them to create a state with its capital in East Jerusalem, a report published by The Washington Post on Wednesday indicates.

Barely four months after Hamas terrorists slaughtered 1200 Israelis as they raped and pillaged their way through Jewish communities in southern Israel, the Biden White House has reportedly joined hands with Arab states and the European Union to clear the path for statehood for Palestinians — who overwhelmingly support Hamas and other terrorist groups.

The roadmap for the establishment of a Palestinian state could be announced in the coming weeks, the article suggests. “The Biden administration and a small group of Middle East partners are rushing to complete a detailed, comprehensive plan for long-term peace between Israel and Palestinians, including a firm timeline for the establishment of a Palestinian state, that could be announced as early as the next several weeks,” the WaPo noted.

Under the proposed plan, President Joe Biden is likely to penalize Israelis while rewarding Palestinians. The deal being worked out by the White House would involve the “withdrawal of many, if not all, settler communities on the West Bank” as well as “a Palestinian capital in East Jerusalem; the reconstruction of Gaza; and security and governance arrangements for a combined West Bank and Gaza,” the newspaper added.

The Washington Post reported:

The Biden administration and a small group of Middle East partners are rushing to complete a detailed, comprehensive plan for long-term peace between Israel and Palestinians, including a firm timeline for the establishment of a Palestinian state, that could be announced as early as the next several weeks.

The urgency of the effort is tied directly to a proposed pause in the fighting and release of hostages held in Gaza by Hamas that is being negotiated by the United States, Qatar and Egypt.

An initial cease-fire, projected to be at least six weeks, would provide time to make the plan public, recruit additional support and take the initial steps toward its implementation, including the formation of an interim Palestinian government, according to U.S. and Arab officials. Planners hope a hostage agreement can be reached before the beginning of Ramadan, the month of Muslim fasting that begins March 10, lest it compound the deprivation and pressure-cooker atmosphere in Gaza.

“The key is the hostage deal,” said one U.S. official among several American and Arab diplomats who discussed the subject on the condition of anonymity to avoid derailing the plan before it is completed.

But even as planning participants — including Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Palestinian representatives, in addition to the United States — work to reach agreement among themselves, there are new fears that a looming Israeli attack on Rafah will throw the Gaza crisis into overdrive and bury both the hostage deal and long-term peace efforts. (…)

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given no indication that he is ready to budge on either Hamas demands for a hostage deal, or his opposition to a Palestinian state.(…)

Recent trips to Arab capitals by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and visits to Washington by Qatar’s prime minister and Jordan’s King Abdullah II have focused on what Blinken, on a stop last week in Doha, called “the substance and the sequence of all the steps” needed to set “a practical, timebound, irreversible path to a Palestinian state living side-by-side in peace with Israel.”

“It’s coming ever more sharply into focus,” Blinken said.

The circle of support for a firm plan extends beyond the small group of those working on it directly. British Foreign Secretary David Cameron has expressed public interest in early recognition of a Palestinian state.

The European Union is “reaching out … to see how we can work together to have a larger plan that actually focuses on getting to the end of the conflict,” said Sven Koopmans, the E.U. special representative for the Middle East peace process. “That’s an actual peace process that wants to get to an independent, fully recognized Palestinian state and a secure state of Israel fully integrated in the region. Is that feasible? It’s extremely difficult, but in the absence of any other plan, we are interested in pursing this. (..)

Many believe that only U.S. recognition of a Palestinian state at the beginning of the process, even one whose final borders and institutions are not yet finalized, could convince the Arab world that this time will be different.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government slammed the Biden administration for offering sweeping concessions to the Palestinians while their terrorist groups still held nearly 130 Israelis hostage, and they overwhelmingly supported the ongoing terror campaign against Israel.

“Now is not the time to be speaking about gifts for the Palestinian people,” Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office said.

The Times of Israel reported the official Israeli response:

In the wake of a Washington Post report that the US and Arab allies are preparing to present a plan that includes a firm timeline for a Palestinian state, Israel says that it is not the time to be discussing plans for the “day after” Hamas.

“Here in Israel, we are still in the aftermath of the October 7 massacre,” says Prime Minister’s Office spokesman Avi Hyman in a briefing.

“Now is not the time to be speaking about gifts for the Palestinian people, at a time when the Palestinian Authority themselves have yet to even condemn the October 7 massacre,” he continues.

“Now is the time for victory, total victory over Hamas,” he insists.

“All discussions of the day after Hamas will be had the day after Hamas,” he says.

IDF finds drones hidden within UNRWA donations entering West Bank

Less than a week after the IDF exposed Hamas’s underground terrorist command center built right beneath the GAZA headquarters of the United Nations Palestinian aid agency UNRWA, the Israeli security services on Thursday found military-grade drones in the humanitarian aid packages dispatched by the disgraced UN agency to the Palestinian Authority-controlled West Bank, he Israeli TV i24NEWS channel reported exclusively.

“UNRWA donations that entered into the West Bank from Jordan through the Allenby Bridge earlier this week contained six military drones, i24NEWS’ military correspondent Matthias Inbar has learned from Israeli security sources,” the TV channel reported Thursday. “The drones have been confiscated by Israeli security forces.”

The discovery again highlights the deep and longstanding collusion between the UNRWA and the Palestinian terrorist organizations. According to recent official Israeli reports, hundreds of UN staffers are Hamas operatives, and dozens of them took part in the October 7 massacre — killing, raping, and kidnapping Israeli civilians.

IDF eliminates another Hamas commander who took part in Oct. 7 massacre

Meanwhile, the Israeli military and security agencies continue the hunt for Hamas terrorists, including those who took part in the October 7 massacre.

“The IDF and Shin Bet on Thursday announced the targeted killing of a commander in Hamas’s Shati Battalion who held IDF soldier Noa Marciano hostage in the Gaza Strip,” the Jerusalem Post reported. “Ahmad Ghoul was involved in the October 7 massacre of southern Israeli towns and, following his return to the Gaza Strip, held Marciano hostage inside the Shifa Hospital, where she was murdered.”

The military was carrying out counter-terrorist operations across Gaza, the IDF revealed in a statement on Thursday:

Over the past day, the IAF completed a series of strikes on terror targets in the Gaza Strip as part of assistance to the ground forces. During the strikes, underground terrorist infrastructure, military compounds, and launch posts belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization were struck.

In the central Gaza Strip, IDF troops killed a number of terrorists over the past day. In one of the operations, aerial and ground forces killed a Hamas commander of observational activities. In addition, an Israeli Navy ship identified terrorists approaching forces in the area, following which ground and naval forces struck and eliminated the terrorist cell.

In recent days, the IDF struck Hamas terrorists in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip. Approximately 15 Hamas terrorists were killed, including terrorists who took part in the October 7th massacre, and a Hamas general security operative.

In Khan Yunis, IDF troops are continuing to kill terrorists and conduct targeted raids on terror targets. Over the past day, the IDF special forces located numerous weapons, including various guns, explosives, and additional military equipment. In addition, two enemy spotters were identified operating in the area adjacent to the forces, who directed an aircraft that struck and killed the terrorists.

In western Khan Yunis, IDF troops killed a number of terrorists with sniper and tank fire over the past day. In addition, the forces conducted targeted raids on terror targets in the area, and located AK-47 rifles, grenades, magazines, and explosives.

It’s the Dhimmi-crat way. The vile Dhimmi-crats have been enabling, whitewashing, funding and otherwise deferring to Muslim supremacism, terrorism and Islamofascism, since at least the 1990’s.

guyjones in reply to guyjones. | February 15, 2024 at 6:13 pm

Or, one could fairly go back even further, to Jimmy Carter’s feckless and inept response to the 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran, which set the utterly emasculated, obsequious and deferential tone for every subsequent Dhimmi-crat presidential administration to not only fail to hold this evil regime to account for its brazen support of proxy attacks on U.S. civilians, military personnel and allied civilians and military personnel, but, to actively court it, fund it and enable its dictators and its malevolent deeds.

So insane so literally insane

No, you’re quite right, but he can have his UN envoy bring it up there and guess what?
It’ll become a UN recognized state (with its capital in East Jerusalem), no vote required.
I wonder if Joe Biden has converted to Islam – just a thought!

Israel should make it clear that they will no share East Jerusalem, refuse to acknowledge any Pale state. and stand tough until Trump is reelected.

This has Obama’s slimy fingerprints all over it.

Racist Traitor Joe is showing his true colors here.

ThePrimordialOrderedPair | February 15, 2024 at 1:40 pm

Trump moves our embassy to Jerusalem, the capital of Israel.

Traitor Joe and the dems try to give Jerusalem to the Fakestinians and to move the annihilation of Israel four steps forward.

At some point, Israel is going to be forced to eject all fakestinians and to take back SInai (and possibly the Suez Canal). Large buffer zones around the rest Israel’s borders would also be in the offing.

Traitor Joe and his dem scumbags are looking to really plunge the world into major war. They are the most dangerous and stupidest people on the Earth.

The problem with establishing a Palestinian state is that the Palis don’t view a two-state solution as a permanent solution. Recall the number of times that Memri recorded Arafat informing Arab audiences that the two-state solution was transitional, not permanant. Pure Hudna, as Arafat never said that to Western audiences.

Hamas certainly doesn’t view the two-state solution as permanent. Hamas had made in clear from its founding charter and numerous times after, that its goal is a judenrein state from the river to the sea.
Polls indicate that Palis don’t support a two-state solution.

AWRAD: Public Opinion Poll – Gaza War 2023 – Tables of Results November 14

Table 33: Do you support the solution of establishing one state or two states in the following formats:
Two-state solution for two peoples 17%
A Palestinian state from the river to the sea 75%
One state solution for two peoples 5%

Less than a fifth of the Palis support a two-state solution. Less than 5% support a one-state solution with Arabs and Jews living together. The poll makes a choice between a “One state solution for two peoples” and “A Palestinian state from the river to the sea.” It is thus apparent that the Pali goal of “A Palestinian state from the river to the sea” envisages a judenrein state.

Tionico in reply to PostLiberal. | February 17, 2024 at 1:09 am

Calling it a two state solution is deception. What it should more accurately be called is a two STEP solution. Step one, create the illusion of “getting along” for an extended period. Step two, annihilate the other “state” (Israel) and becom the only surviving political entity. They are nowhere near subtle enough. They have no intention of long term peace. READ their set of satanic verses. They reveal their ultimate goal.. the whole planet under the perverted thumb of the ‘religion of peace”.
It won’t work, though, because within their own sick system there are thre irreconcilable factions that war against each other like greedy and petulant triplet brothers.

Let US take comfort in the hard FACT this world takeover will never happen. How do I KNOW this? Simple: God has declared in His word that He will ALWAYS have a remnant of His people in this earth, and that that remnant will continue to increase whatever else happens.

Israel needs to make sure East Jerusalem doesn’t go anywhere

Anyone who supports this is insane…or senile

Biden shoring up his Michigan voting block.. giving away sovereignty of another country’s land. How Sudetenland of him.

This is Biden’s final solution for Israel!

The moral of this story will be: Want your own sovereign nation? Just kill some Jews…maybe even decapitate a few dozen of their babies.

I can’t wait to watch Biden plead diminished capacity at his treason trial brought by the Trump DoJ. That’s going to be entertaining.

This is a continuation of the “Fundamental Transformation” of the United States that was a promise made by Barack Obama, and a substantial part of his campaign for president. Don’t forget to thank him and his co-conspirators for this.

Seems like just another thing in the long list of things a DICTATOR does.

BTW, that’s about the best picture of The Oval Office Resident they could find, unlike the Memory Care Patient he actually is…which is truly sad. However, he refuses to fade away, which if it weren’t for the sovereignty and protection of our Nation, makes his refusal egregiously harmful. (to be polite)

Used to be when you saw the snake-oil salesman coming down the lane you could hide in the barn until he went away, nowadays there is no escaping them, they’ll make themselves right at home in your living room.

I’m not surprised Biden is doing this. I suspect this is all part of the pressure to end Hamas’s war in Gaza.

But that’s fine. Biden wants to play silly buggers then two can play at that. The Jews should let it be known that should Biden decide to create a Palestinian state then the Jews will open the Temple Mount to Jews and take over running the site from Jordan and when they do that they will exclude Muslims from going there in the name of safety for Jews.

The time for games has ended and the Muslim world needs to understand that all decisions they make comes with consequences.

And then the Jews just need to hold on until January next year.

Incredibly stupid people. The whole thing is completely fake. They don’t want a “2 state solution” they want the destruction of Israel and all Jews. Wake the F up.
“In March 1978 I secretly brought Arafat to Bucharest for final instructions on how to behave in Washington. “You simply have to keep on pretending that you’ll break with terrorism and that you’ll recognize Israel — over, and over, and over,” Ceausescu told him for the umpteenth time.” Ion Mihai Pacepa/ Wall Street Journal 9/22/2003.

    mailman in reply to Frogger42. | February 15, 2024 at 3:27 pm

Palestinians have already turned down a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. What has changed since then to suddenly make this such a wonderful thing?

What strings is Biden pulling in the background to facilitate this?

guyjones in reply to mailman. | February 15, 2024 at 3:31 pm

And, on top of that, one could also fairly state that the “Palestinians” have already had de facto states under their exclusive control in the West Bank and Gaza, for decades, and, what have they produced? Not democratic, peaceful and economically prosperous states, but, utterly corrupt, totalitarian, impoverishing and misery-laden terrorist states devoted 110% to waging unrelenting jihad/Islamic “holy war” upon Israel and Israeli Jews.

Putin has weighed in on his preference for the 2024 election:
https://www.independent.co.uk/tv/news/trump-biden-us-election-putin-b2496922.html

This despicable, indefensible and morally bankrupt decision, if true, is all about winning Michigan. Vile Biden and the Dhimmi-crats don’t give a damn if they have to unjustly reward Muslim supremacists, terrorists and Islamofascists for their blatant and unrestrained Jew-hate and genocidal ambitions/violence, in order to do it.

Evil and contemptible dhimmitude; there’s nothing else to say.

Also, the gall of crime boss, Biden, and, his chaperones/handlers, in not even waiting for Israel to defeat Hamas and secure the rescue of the hostages, if alive, or, their bodies, if dead, before announcing this utterly farcical act of dhimmitude and rewarding terrorism and genocide, is absolutely stunning and off-the-charts.

This is all a despicable, pandering and obsequiously deferential sop to Jew-hating Muslim supremacists and Islamofascists living in Michigan and elsewhere in the U.S. (I don’t call them “Americans,” for obvious reasons, whatever their citizenship status.

It will be a first step to having a country before expanding into Israel when its taken over.

“Robert Gates Thinks Joe Biden Hasn’t Stopped Being Wrong for 40 Years”

https://news.yahoo.com/robert-gates-thinks-joe-biden-hasn-39-t-212615128.html

Not too complimentary of Obama the instigator either:

“”I think he has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades,” former Defense Secretary Robert Gates says of Vice President Joe Biden in his new book coming out later this month. Gates’ assessment of Biden’s boss is only slightly better, depicting an Obama administration with very murky lines of communication on military issues.”

Part and parcel of this dhimmitude is Dhimmi-crats’ utterly stupid and gullible worldview that fallaciously posits that the terrorism and genocidal aspirations/attacks carried out by the perennially belligerent, jihad-embracing, Arab Muslim “Palestinians,” are exclusively a product of their fallacious and contrived grievances and alleged victimhood, as opposed to being grounded in the ideology of “Submission’s” inherently supremacist and totalitarian doctrines and tenets that vilify Jews and exhort Muslims to wage war against them.

Not at all surprised that the pedophile in the White House is supporting terrorists.

Everybody says “This is Joe Biden’s work.”
I doubt i strongly; this comes from his handlers and the the US. State Dept, known for decades for its strong love of things Jewish.

This is really unwise but from a political senile hack destroying the world is secondary to getting his share of the money

Stolen elections have consequences.

Subotai Bahadur | February 15, 2024 at 6:30 pm

The Left will do what it will do. We will do what we will do. And only the Great Blue Sky Tengri Nor knows what the outcome will be.

Some questions:

The Left, through Biden, intends to give away territory occupied by the IDF and Israelis. Does Biden intend to use American troops and equipment to forcefully take it away from them? You think you have recruiting problems now . . .

It is obvious that when the Left, the Democrats and their allies are in power, that Israel is at risk from the US. Further, it must be noted that we here, let alone the Israelis, have grave doubts about the honesty, integrity, and validity of an election involving Democrats. Therefore, it is in Israel’s interest to regard the United States at best as a hostile semi-neutral and likely an open enemy. This consideration should inform Israel’s strategic policies.

It is an open secret that Israel has nuclear weapons and delivery means. Going back an awful long time ago, decades [bugger-all I feel old], I used to have a sideline writing for defense journals, I have contributed scenarios to various interesting places, and have been an invited guest to places that were highly classified. And I have had interesting discussions with similar people.

The open source estimates of the size of the Israeli nuclear arsenal back then ran from 70-300. I think 300 was more than a little on the high side then, but that was a while ago and I have been out of the field for those decades.

I mentioned those discussions. One topic that came up was what it would take to break and destroy the Ummah as a military and political force in the world. It involved a surprisingly small percentage of even the low end cited, and I am sure the numbers have grown by now. It may behoove Israel to revisit that kind of calculation.

And while Islam will not be deterred in the Western sense, because they very much believe that Allah is on their side; practical effects and reality exist. I am also sure that Israel has developed contingency plans for dealing with hostile Western countries. One advantage of that is that Western countries know and accept the concept of deterrence.

Of course the greater the Israeli stockpile and delivery means are, from an Israeli point of view, the better it is for Israel in these perilous times.

A final thought. We can be sure our current government will do absolutely nothing to stop, limit, or return the multi-million person invading army that is streaming into our country as we speak. How many people here think that our current government would NOT expel, deport, or imprison Jews in this country in our own version of the Endlösung der Judenfrage?

Subotai Bahadur

Biden is forging a new low standard for the word “craven.”

The vile Dhimmi-crats are too manifestly stupid, immoral and feckless to demand what any person possessing a scintilla of common sense and moral probity would demand of the Arab Muslim “Palestinians:”

You want an independent state? First, you renounce Islamic supremacism and jihadist “holy war” against Jews and Christians; secondly, you acknowledge Israel’s right to exist in peace, unmolested by Muslim supremacism and terrorism; as the resurrection of a state that pre-existed the founding of the ideology of “Submission,” by millennia; and, thirdly, you demonstrate your commitments in deeds and behavior; not just by offering promises and words.

The evil, dim-witted and feckless Dhimmi-crats are all carrot and no stick, where Muslim supremacism, totalitarianism and Islamofascism are concerned.

If true, unbelievable. East Jerusalem is Israel and has been for over 50 yr. How can these idiots think this time will be any different than the last 75 yars.

Why does this scheme sound so familiar?

— Coalition of people who don’t live there gonna lay down how it’s gonna be.

— Let’s draw some borders!

— An unarmed World-authoritah gonna give it legitimacy.

— A plan of steps that’ll work out one after another; not like any party will look to sabotage that progression.

— No plan to resolve the built in conflicts between the people being adjudicated.

— And some sap anglosphere country on point to directly administer The Plan on the ground.

BierceAmbrose in reply to BierceAmbrose. | February 15, 2024 at 9:52 pm

    Oh, wait.

Maybe it sounds familiar because the Obama administration was constantly coming out with fantasy “plans” like this to magically fix hard issues; always with some vague “deal” to kick it off.

This is completely insane. They are going to leave the party winning the war and near victory out of the negotiations?

What the actual fuck is going on where anyone would allow such nonsense even among at least half of the Dems?

The deal being worked out by the White House would involve the “withdrawal of many, if not all, settler communities on the West Bank”

“Withdrawal”. What a bland word to use for it. No biggie, entire communities will simply be “withdrawn”. Withdrawn how? Like from a bank?! Military units can be withdrawn; they’re assigned somewhere and then they’re assigned somewhere else. These people haven’t been assigned anywhere; they’re home, and we’re talking about forcibly expelling them from their homes.

You know, when we talk of England expelling the Jews in 1298, Spain in 1492, various parts of France and Germany doing it multiple times over centuries, we understand that we’re talking about a crime against humanity. Something that would nowadays be classed as “ethnic cleansing” or “genocide”.

The last time the USA did something like that was the Trail of Tears, and that was a response to terrorist attacks that couldn’t seem to be stopped any other way. In this case it’s not the terrorists being forcibly moved but the victims.

When people say Israel has never committed any atrocities, I say not quite. It hasn’t committed any atrocities against Arabs, but it has done so against its own people. The forcible evacuation of Jewish residents of a place the government has decided must be Judenrein is an atrocity, and the fact that it’s Israel doing it doesn’t change that.

If this is plan is real, the day it is announced, Israel should cut off all support it gives to all Muslim Arabs in Gaza and the West Bank, including electricity, water, and tax collection. It should then retake the Temple Mount and send the Waqf packing. And as it is doing in Gaza, all Muslim Arab communities in the West Bank within 1 kilometer of the border of Israel (at Israel so determines the border) or within 1 kilometer of any Jewish settlement should be bulldozed.

Capitalist-Dad | February 16, 2024 at 8:43 am

Just how does the senile Prez Afghan Rout think he has the power to force a ridiculous two state solution through? Amid guffaws from any country whose leadership has brains? Hopefully Israel give him a big FJB! in response. In any event rewarding terrorists is exactly what normal Americans would expect from Biden’s puppeteer the Democrat Party’s America-hater in chief Obama.

How any religious or cultural Jew can still support the Democrat party is beyond logical comprehension.

As stupid as his plan is, part of the truth is no one wants any of the Palestinian refugees (terrorists) in their countries. So, make them stay in Gaza and rebuild their hell hole again.

What are those old expressions?
Crime pays.
Extortion works.
Democrats destroy everything that they are allowed to touch.
You can’t fix stupid.

Yet another policy initiative from the White House. How does the administration propose to overcome:

A few weeks ago, Hamas stated that they would not accept a Palestinian State.

Hamas corruption and organized theft of donated financial and humanitarian aid.

Palestinian Authority corruption.

PA security personnel that moonlight as terrorists.

PA payments to families of terrorists in Israeli custody, as well as West Bank “martyrs.”

Egypt does not have Palestinians from Gaza. They have an actual border wall.

The other Arab states involved don’t support Gaza. They live in fear that Hamas will infiltrate and destabilize their countries. They support a two-state “solution” in the hope Palestinians will not migrate.

Israel knows that a two-state entity will not end terrorist attacks.

There is a question that must be asked. Why does the Biden Administration financially support UNWRA, a now-proven Hamas conspirator, and continual pressure to “not escalate”?

For those not paying attention, we are in the Third term of Barack Hussein Obama’s reign with Slow Joe as his ventriloquist’s’ dummy. Such are the results of a stolen election and the unwillingness to contest it. Obama’s minions are salted through the Biden Administration to make sure his orders are followed to the letter. Idiocy like this “Pali State” fantasy are part and parcel of Obama’s (and the UN’s) hatred of Jews. Israel will NEVER allow such a travesty to take place and they have the firepower and the expertise to prevent it. Americans had better wake up and make sure the November election is legitimate and REAL President Trump is elected or this country is headed for a 1776 style Revolution. REAL Americans are fed up with this Leftist dictatorship and censorship and are ready to fight to retain their freedoms. Lock and load, Patriots, it’s gonna be a stormy year.

Our country along with Europe, is run by anti-Western liberal idiots. They learned to be this stupid in college.

The Democrat Communist Criminal Terrorist Organization of America, is all done.
