Swing State Muslim Leaders Call To #AbandonBiden In 2024

Swing State Muslim Leaders Call To #AbandonBiden In 2024

“We are not powerless as American Muslims. We are powerful. We don’t only have the money, but we have the actual votes. And we will use that vote to save this nation from itself”

First, Muslim parents were outraged over Critical Race Theory and kiddie porn being taught and made available in elementary schools, and now swing state pro-Hamas Muslim leaders (who were pretty darned silent about graphic pornography in public school libraries) have launched a campaign to “abandon Biden.”

Apparently, Biden isn’t sufficiently pro-Hamas terrorists slaughtering, raping, sodomizing, beheading, torturing, and burning innocent women, children, and the elderly. Or something.

Politico reports:

Muslim leaders from several swing states on Saturday descended on Dearborn, Michigan, to launch a national campaign against the reelection of President Joe Biden — a response to his handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict.

Organizers from Michigan, Minnesota, Arizona, Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania are calling the campaign #AbandonBiden, vowing to ensure that Biden is a one-term president. These leaders have run separate pressure campaigns in their respective states, members of the coalition said, but they felt now was the time to coordinate their response ahead of the 2024 election.

“We’re looking into finding ways to build a mechanism of coordination between all the swing states so that we’re constantly working together to ensure that Muslim Americans will come out in all of these states, and that Mr. Biden will lose each and every one of them,” said Hassan Abdel Salam, a professor at the University of Minnesota and a member of the #AbandonBiden National Coalition during a press conference Saturday. “Right behind me, what Mr. Biden should see is 111 electoral votes. And he won last time with 74.”

It’s unclear how expansive or successful the campaign will be, but its creation speaks to the mounting political pressure facing Biden amid the conflict in the Middle East. For nearly two months, Muslim and Arab leaders have pushed the president to call for a cease-fire, and now, with more than 15,000 dead in Gaza, this new coalition is dialing up the pressure.

The bubbling anger among Arab and Muslim Americans could threaten Biden’s chances of reelection in many of the swing states in 2024, all of which contain key pockets of Arab American and Muslim American voting blocs.

“We are not powerless as American Muslims. We are powerful. We don’t only have the money, but we have the actual votes. And we will use that vote to save this nation from itself,” said Jaylani Hussein, a member of the coalition. He’s also the executive director of CAIR-MINNESOTA, though the organization is not involved in the #AbandonBiden campaign.

The Biden campaign doesn’t need to worry, though. They can just assure Muslims that they will take away their children if they fail to affirm their chosen gender through proper pronoun usage. Oh, wait!

All levity aside, this is unlikely to be a thing, but it is hilarious to watch the patchwork of identities the Democrats have hobbled together fray apart over various Democrat policies from open borders to Bidenomics to kiddie porn in elementary school.

In fact, this whole Abandon Biden thing actually kicked off a month ago in Minnesota. And no one noticed.

Watch the report:

Earlier on Sunday, #AbandonBiden was trending on Twitter (X), and it was hilarious . . . often in that train wreck sort of way where you don’t want to look but can’t help yourself. For example, “genocide” gets thrown around a lot by people who clearly have no idea what genocide is.

Or by people who can’t grasp that we are a Constitutional Republic and not a “democracy.”

Or by the just plain cray-cray.

So of course the right got in on the action.

Somehow I don’t think that they’re a large enough demographic to swing an election.

TargaGTS in reply to alien. | December 3, 2023 at 8:29 pm

They could definitely swing an election because they’re a potential critical demographic voting block in Michigan. Michigan is, of course, one of a number of states that next year’s GOP nominee will be targeting. Other states that could possibly (though less likely) be impacted are: Virginia, Pennsylvania and Texas. The GOP nominee is probably going to win Texas comfortably. But, Virginia and Pennsylvania could EASILY be decided by 100K-votes or less and both states have Muslim voting blocks larger than that number.

Even if they swing Michigan, our rep as a rino paradise won’t make a huge difference in the way the votes in congress will go. Our rinos are really good about reaching across the aisle to accommodate the fascists.
After all, it’s more important not to take care of America than it is to have bad things written about you in the legacy press.

alien in reply to TargaGTS. | December 4, 2023 at 5:46 am

But they’re threatening NOT to vote for either major-party candidate.

Tough to swing an election when you don’t participate. And you can’t count votes when they aren’t cast.

LibraryGryffon in reply to alien. | December 4, 2023 at 7:26 am

Are you sure about that? When you have 2000 more votes counted for an election than you have registered voters, (King County, WA, 2006) it would seem that some don’t find that an insurmountable problem.

          That did not happen.

King County had 974,340 active registered voters; it counted 635,753 ballots.

To the best of my knowledge there has never been an election anywhere in the USA in which any division reported more votes cast than registered voters (obviously only in those places where there is such a thing as registration, and where same-day registration is not allowed).

          @Milhouse

You are aware I definitely do not agree with you on everything and sometimes we fight pretty intensely.

However thanks for standing up for objective reality.

TargaGTS in reply to alien. | December 4, 2023 at 9:53 am

Lol. Sometimes I’m legit shocked how little people really think through the election process. If 50K people who would have otherwise voted for Joe Biden stay home and not vote for anyone, you don’t think that can have a material impact on an election? Really?

Donald Trump won Michigan in 2016 by 10,704 votes.

alien in reply to TargaGTS. | December 4, 2023 at 11:37 am

I’m saying that their numbers are diluted, as they’re talking about an organization of Muslims across nine states.

Riddle me this: first, exactly how many voting Muslims reside in each of those states?

Then explain how that number could possibly decide the Presidential election in any one of those states.

TargaGTS in reply to TargaGTS. | December 4, 2023 at 12:46 pm

Again, focusing only on Michigan – because I think Michigan is one of the only Battleground states where they have enough Muslim voters to matter – almost 150K Muslims voted in Michigan in 2020’s election. There’s a reason that the first public comment offered by Gretchen Whitmer after the October 7th massacre did NOT include the words: Hamas or Palestine…or even Israel. Like any other statewide office holder in MI, she simply cannot afford to alienate a voting block that is so unified.

Biden (likely) had a big enough margin in 2020 that he could have lost the Muslim vote and still would have won. But, it’s easily conceivable that 2024 will be a much tighter election and Biden is going to need every one of those 150K Muslim votes.

      Who counts the votes again?

      Joe-dallas in reply to TargaGTS. | December 4, 2023 at 11:21 am

Careful what you wish for. The enemy of my enemy is not always my friend.

There are very few things that you or i agree with that voting bloc. Their stance with virtually every issue is not compatible with a free society including their treatment of women.

The current main objection US muslims have with the democrats in Washington DC is that they havent fully condemned Israel.

        inspectorudy in reply to Joe-dallas. | December 4, 2023 at 1:13 pm

Joe, you see the truth about them like many others do not. They have one goal and that is the conquering of our country and enslaving any non-Muslim. Many parents sided with them over porn in school books but that’s like being friends with a cobra. Would anyone care if the Ku Klux Klan said that they would not vote for him? If Biden cared about our country he would say, “I don’t want your vote, because you stand for hate”. Of course, he won’t because he will take any vote he can get, buy, steal, manufacture!

        TargaGTS in reply to Joe-dallas. | December 4, 2023 at 1:52 pm

I’m just wishing that they simply decide not to participate in the 2024 election, in any capacity. That would be a big win for America.

    JohnSmith100 in reply to alien. | December 3, 2023 at 9:33 pm

I agree with Muslims about schools exposing children to inappropriate sexual issues.. I also agree with Winston Churchill’s comments.

I finally found something good with Muslims, now they need to lose their Jew hatred and actually assimilate.

Thad Jarvis in reply to JohnSmith100. | December 4, 2023 at 7:14 am

Wow this must be some special moment in your life.

JohnSmith100 in reply to Thad Jarvis. | December 4, 2023 at 8:15 am

You should take time to read Churchill’s comments, basically he said that some Muslims have admirable qualities but collectively they do not. That was true then and now.

Those in Palestine could have enjoyed prosperity by living in peace with Israel. Instead we have seen generations knowing destroy their own children. They are not fit to reproduce. Those who are in America should abandon their hate of Jews, if they do not America & other countries will likely find a way to expel them.

Weak troll game even for south park.

    Never going to happen

Muslim leadership wearing the Hamas-Waffen SS checkered black/white scarf.

I don’t think Biden is actually going to be on the ballot next Fall. Still, even with a different candidate, the Hamas problem is going to be a problem. While the Jewish vote isn’t really large enough to impact any Battleground state (with the possible exception of Florida in a razor-thin election), the DNC relies heavily on campaign money from gigantic Jewish-American contributors.

If the DNC nominee next fall signals a substantive change in the support he/she will extend to Israel in order to curry favor with American-Muslims), how will Jewish Democrats respond? I honestly don’t know.

Or by people who can’t grasp that we are a Constitutional Republic and not a “democracy.”

This again. It is wrong. We are in a republic and a democracy. Republics are not necessarily democratic; ours is.

When they say “democracy” they mean mob rule. You know this.

JohnSmith100 in reply to Fuzzy Slippers. | December 3, 2023 at 9:44 pm

Mob rule, flaky sudden changes in opinions, are why the founders created our unique form of government. Their foresight was amazing.

No. When people say the USA is a democracy, they mean exactly what it was always intended to be. When people insist it’s not a democracy, they are being ignorant.

Danny in reply to Milhouse. | December 4, 2023 at 2:55 pm

George W Bush failed to win the popular vote in 2000, and Donald Trump failed to win the popular vote in 2016. If the United States was intended as a Democracy neither man would have ever entered the White House without a ticket and a tour guide.

Principles behind the founding fathers included the bible (not exactly a Democracy book) the concepts of the Classical Republic, and traditional English concepts of balance of power politics.

When George Washington was president we couldn’t even vote for senators hypothetically.

Democracy was tacked on to public talk but only as a point of rhetoric. The United States has never been a democracy.

You could argue the states are democracies; well they are more democratic than the U.S. Federal Government and they have a much higher floor of how Democratic they must be at minimum but they all have constitutions that impose strict limits on what the people are permitted to do making them republics within a Republic (remember all of those gun statutes shot down in court just this year? All of them had popular support in their states).

Milhouse in reply to Danny. | December 4, 2023 at 9:27 pm

George W Bush failed to win the popular vote in 2000, and Donald Trump failed to win the popular vote in 2016. If the United States was intended as a Democracy neither man would have ever entered the White House without a ticket and a tour guide.

That doesn’t follow at all. It’s pure BS. There is nothing about democracy that says a government must win the most votes overall. There are plenty of democracies where that doesn’t always happen.

And we know the USA was intended as a democracy, because several of the founders said so, repeatedly and without challenge. Did you bother reading the post I linked to?

BierceAmbrose in reply to Fuzzy Slippers. | December 4, 2023 at 12:15 am

      …and not a “democracy.”

Oh, most any idiot knows what putting the word in quotes that way means. Perhaps it needed a “(sic)” as well, to roll up the rest.

Look, I didn’t know this. And they had me confused. If their point was that there was mob rule, then there’s no need to cutely contrast a democracy with a republic. As a rhetorical device, it’s not a good one.

In control systems there is a type of control called a PID loop, in many ways that control is similar to our system of government.

    DSHornet in reply to JohnSmith100. | December 4, 2023 at 11:11 am

And entering PID values that don’t work well can result in a control loop that either responds so slowly that it’s almost inert or hunts to the point it’s out of control high-to-low. Getting it right can be frustrating and autotuning software doesn’t always do the job. (Honeywell tech with over two decades’ experience.)
    .

Can we just send all those muslims back to where they came from? Phook allah and his gangsters.
They get enough politicians pandering to them and we’ll be in even more danger than Ashlely is at shower time with pedo joe at home.

    Milhouse in reply to 4fun. | December 3, 2023 at 10:16 pm

No, we can’t. Not without a constitutional amendment. Not to mention that most of them came from right here, and this is their country as much as it is ours.

alaskabob in reply to Milhouse. | December 4, 2023 at 12:22 am

Interesting dilemma. Islam’s goal is total domination which historically was by any and all means. Your position in this would be strongly reinforced should you choose to move to Dearborn.

Milhouse in reply to alaskabob. | December 4, 2023 at 1:27 am

That makes no difference. The fact is that people who are from here can’t be sent back to where they came from! That’s not even a matter of law, it’s one of simple logic. And the fact is also that without a constitutional amendment US citizens can’t be deported, and can’t have their citizenship revoked, regardless of where they’re from. And the fact is also that without a constitutional amendment aliens, who can be deported for various reasons, can’t be deported merely for expressing the wrong opinion. How anyone feels about it doesn’t change any of those facts.

Thad Jarvis in reply to 4fun. | December 4, 2023 at 7:16 am

Yeah how dare those Muslim citizens vote, pay taxes, raise their children, and participate in the government! Let’s revoke their citizenship and deport them!

JohnSmith100 in reply to Thad Jarvis. | December 4, 2023 at 8:26 am

If they rile up the public enough we can find ways to deport or imprison them. France is now moving to do so. Tread lightly, as in assimilate and understand we are not going to accept Muslim BS.

I see a possibility of a twofer here.

They don’t vote for Biden and he loses. Then they move to Canada when Trump is elected.

Win/win.

    JohnSmith100 in reply to Stuytown. | December 4, 2023 at 8:30 am

Just north of Waterloo University there is a complex of condos which had been mostly student housing, today that complex is Muslim. Canadian leaders seem intent on cultural suscide.

Nah. Didn’t you watch that video, where you can see the drool running down Jill Stein’s jowls? She’s giddy in unjustified anticipation of a new source of votes that she doesn’t have to fellate Hillary for.

If Sponge-brain Sh!t-pants loses MI, it is over for him. He’s already losing GA. The election is being de-“fortified”. There aren’t enough ballot printers to go Brrrr this time around.

Pity these people don’t really understand the electoral college fifty state separate elections we use for president. Most states practice first past the post (plurality of votes gets all the electoral votes the state has, except in Maine and Nebraska). The two major party candidates with their party organizations will usually come in first and second in each state. Absent a direct split in a major party, other party candidates have never garnered electoral votes. One such candidate running against Bush (41) and Bill Clinton got 18’% of the popular vote and not one electoral vote. So, if Muslims sit home or vote for a minor party candidate, they will help elect the Republican candidate, a gift to the Republican party. And if they continue in this way, perhaps for the first time the Jewish voters will realize they should break with the pattern of largely voting for Democrats. The Jewish vote does still matter in some swing states. In any event, identity politics is coming home to roost as some of the groups move in diametrically opposite directions. Biden may try to please both groups and lose both of them. The Democrats will suffer down ballot as well, a Republican tsunami in the making.

If you are cheering this you don’t comprehend what is really happening.

So michigan muzzies going to sit out next election?

If there are enough Muslims in this country to influence the vote like that, we have too many who are not loyal to the United States and is detrimental to our ally Israel.

This is what happens when you try to treat all religions, cultures, creeds, ethnicities, and races as equal. There will eventually be a clash between disparate groups.

Ironically Michigan being likely out of play will make Muslims look like a paper tiger to the Democrats.

“with more than 15,000 dead in Gaza”

Fuzzy – this figure is straight from Hamas and has not been confirmed by a trustworthy source.

The fact that we have let enough Muslims into our country to even have a political voice is frightening. They have a high birthrate and hate the west. WTH are we doing?

Danny in reply to rebar. | December 5, 2023 at 8:41 pm

Part one of what you said true, part two (High birthrate in America) citation needed. There are reasons to suspect they will have a much lower birth rate in America (i.e. major difference in class).
