Anti-Israel Protesters Seize Capitol Hill Rotunda, Including Linda Sarsour
Looks like an insurrection to me!
Antisemite Linda Sarsour appeared at an anti-Israel rally! I don’t think she’s shown up to one before. If she has, please let me know.
A bunch of anti-Israel protesters took control of the Capitol Hill Rotunda. The police arrested over around 60 of them.
Will the House form a committee to investigate, and the DOJ throw them in jail? I doubt it:
It is illegal to hold demonstrations inside the Capitol, though violators of the prohibition are inconsistently prosecuted by the DC US Attorney’s Office after being arrested.
“We were aware of a group’s potential plan to take a tour of the US Capitol Building and then start a protest,” Capitol Police said in a statement.
“It is against the law to demonstrate inside the Congressional Buildings, so we brought in additional officers to be prepared for the moment the group would break the law. The group was screened when they entered the building. Once they broke the law, roughly 60 people were immediately arrested for [violating] D.C. Code § 22–1307 — Crowding, Obstructing, or Incommoding.”
It looks like the usual suspects participated in the riot, like “Jewish” groups such as Jewish Voices for Peace, Within Our Lifetime, etc.
“Action Center on Race and Economy, Adalah Justice Project, Grassroots Global Justice Alliance, and the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights were the sponsoring organizations for Tuesday’s protest, though about 80 other anti-Israel groups also participated,” reported The Washington Examiner.
The woman being arrested in the video above is notorious antisemite Linda Sarsour.

The rioters spread out children’s shoes to symbolize the dead Palestinian children.
2) Capitol Police issued warnings as protesters demanding "ceasefire now" sat down in the Hart Atrium and began arresting one by one.

Looks like all of the signs were professionally done, with the same font, and from the same source. Maybe it was funded by some woke Harvard grads.
Such interesting reactions I got when I pointed out the same about spontaneous BLM signage, appearing on my own block.
Hey, they had a “neighborhood meeting” outside my front door, and asked me what I thought. Perhaps I was uncomfortably direct. They were between me and my morning coffee.
Whatever. I’m just effing tired of hearing about these idiots. Especially when we all know that nothing, absolutely nothing will happen to them. Even those 60 who got arrested. They’ll simply get a slap on the wrist and be told not to be naughty again. That will be all. And they will all be quickly back out on the streets “peacefully protesting” that their favorite Arab terrorists are being mistreated. It’s all just an effing farce when it comes right down to it.

And why the heck should there be another ‘ceasefire” in Gaza. The Arab Terrorists have already had a ceasefire which they reportedly violated within fifteen minutes of its imposition. All Hamas did during the ceasefire was to regroup, rearm, and get support from other terrorist organizations. Israel would be insane to allow another ceasefire for that reason alone.

Yeah. The very least should be a plea with a suspended sentence with an order not to do this crap anywhere. That plus an arrest record and the entry of the conviction. If they violate the order put them away for max time. Personally I would prefer doing that to start with but a suspended sentence is probably the most we will see.

There was a ceasefire in effect when Gaza attacked on October 7.

But then I figured out what it really meant. I would applaud if I thought she would get the sentence she deserves but never mind.

What needs to be pointed out every time they shriek about “ceasefire” is that they only want Israel to obey a ceasefire. If Hamas sends rockets into Israel or kidnaps Israeli citizens, Israel is supposed to lay down and take it without any response. They have the same mentality as a spousal abuser or a rapist.
