Hospital Employee Leaks DEI Training Materials That Say Three Year-Olds Can be Transgender

“My name is Rose. I’m a transgender girl. I was born a boy, but I always knew that I was a girl”

An employee at Kaiser Permanente recently leaked some DEI training materials, which suggested that children as young as three can be transgender.

People on the left keep insisting this sort of thing isn’t happening, yet we keep seeing examples of it.

FOX News reports:

‘Horrified’ hospital employee leaks DEI training pushing 3-year-olds identifying as transgender

A “horrified” hospital employee at Kaiser Permanente leaked a sex change training for diversity, equity and inclusion, which promoted the idea that a 3-year-old can be transgender.

“The employee, who wishes to remain anonymous for fear of losing her job, was horrified,” according to the Wednesday report from Libs of TikTok.

As part of the hospital system’s DEI training, medical employees were expected to watch a video with children explaining they knew they were transgender at age 3 and 4.

“Many transgender people have ALWAYS known their true gender,” the video said.

“My name is Rose. I’m a transgender girl. I was born a boy, but I always knew that I was a girl,” a child said.

Rose’s dad then explained the child would write notes to Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy asking to be turned into a girl.

Here’s more from the Libs of TikTok report:

SCOOP: New mandatory hospital staff training promotes transitioning 4-year-olds

An employee at Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest healthcare providers on the West Coast, reached out to us after she was mandated to take a new staff training on “gender affirming care.” The employee, who wishes to remain anonymous for fear of losing her job, was horrified that a healthcare facility would be promoting the mutilation and castration of children.

Let’s take a deep dive into what Kaiser is teaching their staff about children transitioning. First, the learning objections state that employees should be able to “explain the importance of gender affirming care to patients.” Doctors need to be able to explain to teenagers why it’s so important to get their breasts chopped off! Makes complete sense.

Next, providers employed by KP are required to watch a forty-five minute course featuring a series of videos about Transgender and Gender Diverse care.

In the training video, a young boy who now identifies as a girl, discusses how he always knew he was a boy from age 4. Another individual, now an adult identifying as a man, says she knew she was trans at age 3…

On their website, Kaiser has a chart on “Culturally Responsive Care” for transgender and gender-nonconforming people. They claim sex is “assigned” at birth and suggest there are many genders.

In May, Laura Ingraham interviewed a young woman who is suing Kaiser Permanente for giving her a double mastectomy at age 13.

DEI = the suicide of humanity. People seem determined to reduce the birth rate to “saaaave the planet” and are going about it in the kinkiest of ways. Note to everyone taking part in this craze: Cyanide is quicker. And incredibly efficient. Just poison the kids — the end result is the same — actually better. Less environmental degradation

Mental illness, should be treated as such.

Exactly. Therapy NOT surgery!!!! If a person is uncomfortable with his/her body, that person should be given the therapy needed to become comfortable. Surgery will not change the fact that a person is y-positive (a male) or y-negative (a female). It only disguises the issue; it does nothing to change it.

Good luck with that. AMA/APA, licensing authorities, gov’t money, democrat politicians pretty much insure any “therapy” will reinforce and worsen this insanity.

We also need to recognize the influence that social media has on these children. The way the Tiktok algorithm works, if I child watches one or two videos of “transitioned” youth happily espousing how body mutilation has been wonderful for them that child will then be endlessly bombarded with more and more of that content and the comment sections of these videos is owned by the alphabet mafia which professes total support for mutilation and shouts down and attempts to ban anyone who dares to inject rationality into the picture.

Many of these kids spend hours a day on this crap and it alters their brains and leads to outcomes like this.

The poor girl, physically mutilated by a profession that claims to first do no harm, basically abandoned by her parents and left with a permanently altered body and voice.

I have long been fascinated by the ways in which teens rebel against “conforming to social expectations”. I am old, and remember hearing about older kids embracing that evil rock n’ roll music. In my day rock was normalized, so we grew our hair long (!) and followed that with taking drugs. We later got the Punk movement movement and then the Goths with spikes in their hair. Satanism got a brief fling (too much work) and then piercing especially tongues became a thing. Piercing was followed by “everybody’s secretly gay!” Thug life had a pretty good run. Next came tattoos which have had a remarkably long run – but are now normal – yer mum has one and maybe yer nana.

So you can see the trend – (whatever) must outrage and shock but that gets harder and harder to do. Now we’re at the Transsexual era, but it will fade when:

      A. It becomes normalized

      B. Somebody come up with a new outrage for parents.

The question is what? I can never seem to anticipate these trends, sadly.

That is largely why I am now old but still not rich.

“I am not sure this fits into the “rebellion” category. Certain parts of gender hysteria do like identifying at non-binary or bi sexual or pan sexual but I believe the girls/young women who are falling under this spell are the same ones who in the past few generations ended up with eating disorders or cutting or other self destructive behaviors that are linked to an underlying mental health issue.

Unfortunately those in charge of treating the mentally ill are not only mentally ill themselves, but demonic

Fallout, misery from this trans shit will be far worse than thalidomide babies.

Litigation followed by staggering damages is probably the best way to derail what has become a huge profit center.

The truly disgusting thing I realized when reading this article was that I wasn’t shocked and I doubt many others were either. When we have arrived at a point where three year olds are seemingly allowed (encouraged IMO) to make choices of this magnitude and the adults around them not only don’t slow down the process but seek to peed it up. History will not judge us kindly.

Fire anyone pro-DIE.

Am I surprised the same ‘trust the science’ crowd that pushed experimental vaccines for children who were at ZERO risk from infection are now ‘transitioning’ those same children, some as young as three? No, I am not surprised.

Before this is all over, they’ll be throwing kids into volcanoes to sate the God of Climate.

Diluting the gene pool by adding a dangerous flocculant that causes rational parents to “drop out” and not have children that will be stolen “by any means necessary”

I was born too late. As a child I was firmly convinced that I was the lost Dauphin of France. Today’s healthcare system might have provided me with a chateau and royal court as affirmation.

Yessir, and today’s government will deliver you about a hundred illegals to live there with you. After all, you don’t really need all that space..

Problem is that so few of the rising generation actually HAVE CHILDREN. They see their nieces/nephews, friends’ kids, a few times a month, and think that is all there is to a child. PARENTS know that kids go through phases, kids attach meaning to things that have no long-term meaning, kids internalize criticism or unfairness.

Yeah, that 3-yo who wrote letters to Santa? – wanna bet HIS parents (or other adult in his life) bemoaned too many times in HIS hearing that HE was not the little princess they wanted? Or compared HIS behavior (negatively) to his sisters, female cousins, the girl next door? “If I was a girl, they would love me.”

I have a 16-yo who STILL bemoans the fact that she does not have a cat tail. It has become a joke, that I am such a mean mom to not give her a cat tail – her kitten’s mom gave HER a cat tail, why didn’t I? She doesn’t REALLY want to be a cat (anymore), but the idea has lasted long enough for it to become a family joke.

And then there are the parents who are facilitating this, for kudos and likes socially. Those are the truly evil people, I think. The others, the childless, are just ignorant and stupid. The parents – they are evil incarnate.

If a three year-old thinks they have cancer, will KP initiate expensive chemo just on the kid’s say-so?

I believe there are laws against that. But some laws are just made to be broken in the service to insanity.

This is so sad. I was with Kaiser decades ago. Excellent care, innovative, and saved my sis in law’s life more than once.

And Kaiser Permanente is based in…
Come on, guys.
Three guesses, the first two don’t count.

And, they started off in, I believe, Oregon. The Oregon of the Kkan, sundown laws, and other tasty tidbits.

      Mmmm, nope.

“Kaiser Permanente was founded in 1933 in Eagle Mountain/Desert Center, California, by Dr. Sidney R. Garfield and Henry J. Kaiser. Garfield opened the Contractors General Hospital with 12 beds to treat construction workers building the Los Angeles Aqueduct in the Mojave Desert….”

Hence why I quit working in the hospital last year, or was it two…

I pray that they pay the price when this madness ends. But I’m afraid it will be like COVID. Everyone will slither away. No one will be held responsible.
