Arkansas Man Arrested on Charges Stemming from January 6

Arkansas Man Arrested on Charges Stemming from January 6

Leftist rioters have done way worse than Nathan Earl Hughes. The double standard exists.

WHY are authorities arresting people almost three years after the Capitol Hill Riot?

Authorities arrested Nathan Earl Hughes of Fayetteville, AR. He faces a felony offense of civil disorder and “misdemeanor offenses of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and impeding passage through the Capitol grounds or buildings.”

I don’t know why the FBI keeps doing this because it just reinforces every non-leftist’s knowledge that they are treated differently than the BLM, ANTIFA, and every other leftist rioter.

(That’s a rhetorical statement, by the way. I KNOW WHY.)

I mean, COME ON:

Court documents say that, at various points, Hughes pushed against the police line in the tunnel and helped other rioters physically fight police in an attempt to breach the line and enter the U.S. Capitol building. At approximately 3:15 p.m., Hughes was at the mouth of the tunnel and signaled the crowd of rioters, “C’mon! C’mon!” while waving his hand in the direction of the tunnel. After signaling to the crowd, Hughes entered the tunnel and charged toward the police line.

Inside the tunnel, Hughes continued to signal others to enter and confront the police line. Hughes then stood shoulder-to-shoulder with others and began to rock back and forth in a synchronized movement with the crowd. At about 3:18 p.m., Hughes assisted the mob with forcefully removing police riot shields and passing them out of the tunnel. Hughes also personally attempted to forcefully pull away police shields and pass them out of the tunnel back to the other rioters.

At approximately 3:19 p.m., as Hughes was being forced out of the tunnel by police, he was observed using his elbow to strike in the direction of police. After he was pushed out of the tunnel, Hughes remained in the vicinity of the tunnel for at least 90 minutes, encouraging other rioters to “Pull them out!” Earlier in the day, Hughes had witnessed the mob forcibly pulling police officers from the tunnel and into the crowd.

They’re not going to stop until they identify, arrest, and throw in prison all of the people on all the tapes from January 6.

Line dancing is illegal in DC?

Illegal? If it was the Macarena, I’ll allow it.

This J6 hunt is a national disgrace and the legal officers presiding over this shame are a professional disgrace themselves. It’s going to take a new president to put an end to this madness and hopeful, where he can, remove from authority all the corrupt hacks who furthered this legal atrocity.

Now do Trumps inauguration, and the violence and damage they caused and all the arrests they HAVEN’T done for that. THAT was more of an insurrection, than anything that happened on January 6th.

The Democrat Stasi both state and federal also aggressively arrest and prosecute the little people for violations of the new liberal world order such as:

A parent who verbally complains when the transgender rapist of his daughter is not punished by the school or legal system.

Parents are targeted by the FBI and DOJ for calling for the removal of transgender and DEI curriculum for schools including grade school and kindergarten.

Protestors are targeted by the FBI swap teams and DOJ for peaceful anti-abortion protests. They have recently sentenced a group of these protestors to lengthy prison sentences for violations of the FACE act. What was their actual terrorist activity? Sitting in a hallway partially obstructing passage.

Parents are accused of white supremacy for arguing that their White, Hispanic or Asian children should not be excluded from acceptance into schools or jobs because of race when their academic performance far exceeds the lefts chosen tribes.

Family members of crime victims are smeared by the media, local and federal governments for their outrage when criminals who assaulted, raped or murdered their loved ones escape punishment.

The bottom line is submit to the establishment or else. Your outdated concept of individual rights guaranteed by the constitution is obsolete. The liberal administrative regime will determine which groups or tribes have rights and to what degree.

The reason is to show that they can and will crush middle class and working class opposition to the uniparty globalist agenda.

If you protest against abortion, endless war in Ukraine to capture resources for the globalist oligarchy, or question the 2020 election irregularities and fraud you can be crushed.

In fact, the chief DC prosecutor stated he was going to prosecute another 1000 individuals to discourage Trump supporters from ever coming to DC again.

The most repugnant aspect of this witch hunt is that the GOPe either stands by doing nothing to oppose the blatant misuse of Government power or in some cases actually cheering it on.

Civil disorder is a felony?!?

CommoChief in reply to randian. | September 5, 2023 at 7:57 pm

Depending on the location and the type of disorder yes it can. Another word for civil disorder is a riot. If you meant peaceful, civil disobedience like a sit in where folks wait passively to be arrested that’s another thing altogether apart from civil disorder.

Yet none of the Fedsurrection ever gets picked up
Here is when they are, from Doug Ross Journal
https://tinyurl.com/ywufthfp

Imagine if they had really wanted insurrection.

Imagine what would have occurred in the streets and on Jan 6 if Trump was the one elected.

There was hope, but now it’s learned that Kevin McCarthy has surrendered to the swamp:

“The pledge by GOP to release all the Jan 6 videos has been broken. I believed my involvement to make footage available was a temporary fix until staff could protect innocents from DOJ and thugs like Sedition Hunters. Now I see GOP has capitulated to DOJ and Capitol police.”

What the hell are they hiding (as if we didn’t know)?

Still and again: We are at war. Prepare accordingly.

The tunnel was *not* an “unguided tour” like some other areas were. There was significant violence against the police including empty hand attacks, clubs, thrown missiles, and aerosol weapons, robbery (like the shields and batons taken from them), and kidnapping (officers being overpowered and dragged into the crowd.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/public-safety/police-capitol-injuires-trump/2021/01/11/ca68e3e2-5438-11eb-a08b-f1381ef3d207_story.html
– In the first video you can just barely see an officer being dragged away and being beaten while he’s down.
– In the second video you can see the crowd acting in concert like a battering ram as described in the complaint and attacking with an aerosol.

Complain all you want about Antifa and BLM rioters not being punished, but don’t complain about any violent rioters that are caught.

    Go away

“The tunnel was *not* an “unguided tour” like some other areas were.”

It’s the site where Capitol police beat Roseanne Boyland to death. How many police were killed on J6?

“…don’t complain about any violent rioters that are caught.”

I’ll be concerned about them after the violent police who killed Ashli Babbitt and Boyland are punished for their crimes.

CommoChief in reply to alien. | September 6, 2023 at 10:23 am

While probably 95%+ of those entering capital grounds/building that day were more/less peaceful there were some folks in the crowd who scuffles with LEO. Was it justified? Maybe the folks who pulled out the one woman who got badly beaten probably were justified. Were all of these scuffles justified? No there were some folks in that crowd looking for trouble and not just Fed Bois either.

GravityOpera in reply to alien. | September 6, 2023 at 12:15 pm

I just realized that the same video used to claim that is the same as the first video at the link I posted. Amazing how the officer being pulled into the crowd and beaten while helpless isn’t mentioned! The only videos I’m aware of shows rioters attacking police over Boyland’s body and the police defending themselves and not having the time or energy to waste beating an unconscious woman. Further video shows the police pulling Boyland to safety and attempting medical aid.

“Amazing how the officer being pulled into the crowd and beaten while helpless isn’t mentioned!”

Amazing how the murder of Ashli Babbitt isn’t mentioned!

How many police officers died on J6?

GravityOpera in reply to alien. | September 6, 2023 at 7:03 pm

I just rewatched the Boyland videos several times and did not see anyone get shot. Perhaps Babbit was in a different location with a different part of the mob facing a different officer wearing different equipment and therefore irrelevant to this piece of the incident?

What’s your hangup with how many officers died? Are you wishing the rioters had murdered enough officers to post a “winning score”?

Behold the principles, everyone! The Conservative Case for a 2 Tiered Justice System.

GravityOpera in reply to Paddy M. | September 6, 2023 at 7:04 pm

As opposed to the liberal position of no justice for anyone?

“I just rewatched the Boyland videos several times and did not see anyone get shot.”

No one said that Boyland was shot. You’ll need to brush up on your reading comprehension.

‘What’s your hangup with how many officers died?”

That’s the point — there were none. Unless you want to try to make the case that Brian Sicknick died as a result of the riot. I’ve had trolls better than you try to convince me of that. But two civilians died at the hands of the police that day.

GravityOpera in reply to alien. | September 6, 2023 at 11:31 pm

Reading comprehension indeed. What I said and what you think I said are unrelated. Babbit getting herself shot had nothing to do with the events at the tunnel or Boyland’s OD and is irrelevant.

What is your point? Is it good or bad that no officers were murdered?

Boyland was not killed by the police.

A 2 tiered justice system is no justice, genius. Don’t worry though. You’ll be eaten last.

GravityOpera in reply to Paddy M. | September 6, 2023 at 11:36 pm

The solution to a two tiered system is to bring the lower tier up to the appropriate punishment level. Advocating to bring the higher tier down to a lower punishment level exacerbates the problem and forfeits the moral high ground making it impossible to fix the real problem in the future.

          Paddy M in reply to Paddy M. | September 7, 2023 at 8:52 am

Ah, yes. The moral high ground. There is nothing moral defending what is happening to the J6 folks. A guy who wasn’t even there just received 22 years and he wasn’t even in DC that day.

You either have the rule of law or you don’t. At the federal level, we don’t anymore. One side runs roughshod over the law and rights of its enemies. The other side talks of “moral high ground” and “it’s now who we are”. I wonder which side will prevail.

GravityOpera in reply to Paddy M. | September 7, 2023 at 2:31 pm

“I wonder which side will prevail.”
When two sides engage in a race to the bottom all THREE sides lose.

How about we get ALL the video and not the video Capitol Police want to release to .are January 6 look more violent than what it was, okay?

The only “insurrection” where everyone forgot to bring firearms.

They took selfies and left voluntarily within a few hours. I’ll bet the people living in the cities targeted by BLM/Antifa wish they’d had Jan 6th protesters instead.

Very sad

And “we” do nothing

MarkS in reply to gonzotx. | September 6, 2023 at 7:44 am

and what do you suggest that “we” do?

Mauiobserver in reply to MarkS. | September 6, 2023 at 8:14 pm

Not we but the house should hold hearings.

Bring in the former capitol police chief who said on his Tucker interview that he got no briefing from the FBI or DOJ. Pelosi was briefed as was the Mayor but not the guy responsible for security.

Bring in the officer in charge of senate security who not only was not briefed but had no radio communications during the event. He evacuated the Senate on his own authority.

Show all the videos in the tunnel including officers beating a defenseless woman to death as she pleads for her life.

Show the video of officers firing projectiles and gas into protesters who up to that time had been loud but were not engaged in violent activities.

Question Pelosi and the Mayor under oath as to why they refused Trumps offer of National Guard security.

Show tapes of protesters engaging in no violence or property damage entering and leaving an open capitol building after a few minutes inside. Then grill the DOJ on why they prosecuted and convicted many of them for simply being there sometimes for felonies.

You forgot the most significant videos: Those showing who actually tore down barricades and opened doors on all sides of the building. I suspect those people have not been identified and charged because they were FBI provocateurs.

I think that most so called conservative congressman are just as happy to let things play out this way. They want an example made so that the equanimity of their privileged asses never again be disturbed.

Mauiobserver in reply to E Howard Hunt. | September 6, 2023 at 8:22 pm

Most GOP pols claiming to be conservative now like Pence or Romney are not conservative other than they mostly oppose tax increase.

Some are just traditional establishment types. Some like the Cheney Bush faction started out as establishment but evolved into a neocon hybrid.

Others like Romney are just plain globalist grifters.

They have absolutely nothing in common with the core principles individual rights principles of Goldwater and Reagan.

in a restricted building or grounds
And I have to ask the question: Why is the capitol building a “restricted space”? It belongs to the people. Yes, people work there and the owners should show decorum when they visit. But it’s MY house. Same as the White House. It should never be off-limits, and the people should always be able to observe the goings-on. (And, especially, they should never have their rights limited in such a place. Period.)

CommoChief in reply to GWB. | September 6, 2023 at 10:29 am

That’s not realistic. The fleet of nuclear submarines also belongs to the people as do our nuclear missile silos but we ain’t allowed in those locations either. Rights limited? Does that extend to allowing Civilians carrying firearms onto the floor of the HoR and Senate? Onto AF One?

dmacleo in reply to CommoChief. | September 6, 2023 at 10:37 am

Does that extend to allowing Civilians carrying firearms onto the floor of the HoR and Senate? Onto AF One?

I think it should. politicians should be scared of the populace. keeps them in check.

alaskabob in reply to CommoChief. | September 6, 2023 at 10:58 am

FJoe Brandon rattled his nukes/fighter jet saber. At the end of Rome,, people wanted to be captured and saved from THEIR government. Let Joe up the ante with Russia….some good may come of it.

Again, rules are there for keeping things sane and allowing people to do their jobs.
It should not limit carry of firearms into the gallery. But non-Senators/Reps shouldn’t be on the actual floor while they’re in session – that’s disruptive to the business of the people.

AF One is a military plane (not really a primarily executive one). And military matters require more strict rules to be followed. However, why would civilian weapons not be allowed to those on AF One? They’ve all been properly vetted, right?

And military facilities are not “the people’s house.” Those have readiness issues associated with them.

I am offended by the fact that I cannot simply walk in (capacity limits being considered) to the business portions of the people’s houses, and if I desire to do so, I am subjected to an unwarranted search and my constitutional rights are taken from me. It’s a violation of the very principles upon which those houses were built.

GWB in reply to GWB. | September 6, 2023 at 11:51 am

And, btw, I am also offended by the Bush policy of not allowing civilian weapons onto military facilities. It’s classic elitist thinking and contrary to the values for which the military is supposed to stand. (And it’s stupid at that.)

markm in reply to GWB. | September 11, 2023 at 9:43 am

I can see why they don’t want their “properly vetted” staff carrying guns on Air Force One or into the White House. Remember Harvey Milk and George Moscone? They were killed in the San Francisco city hall by one of those “properly vetted” people, who felt he was being treated badly. Such assassinations and coups by trusted staff are common in tin horn dictatorships – which Democrats had turned SF into.

The left always needs useful idiots look at members of the 60s radial groups some were in Obama’s WH.
