Donald Trump thanked his fans and supporters on Truth Social after another indictment came out yesterday:
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH SUPPORT ON ANYTHING BEFORE. THIS UNPRECEDENTED INDICTMENT OF A FORMER (HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL!) PRESIDENT, & THE LEADING CANDIDATE, BY FAR, IN BOTH THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AND THE 2024 GENERAL ELECTION, HAS AWOKEN THE WORLD TO THE CORRUPTION, SCANDAL, & FAILURE THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE IN THE UNITED STATES FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. AMERICA IS A NATION IN DECLINE, BUT WE WILL MAKE IT GREAT AGAIN, GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
Trump is also scheduled to appear in a DC court on Thursday:
Trump is expected to make his first appearance in Washington federal court for his arraignment in the Jan. 6 case on Thursday.
- He’s been scheduled to appear before Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya at 4pm ET, per the Department of Justice.
- Trump will appear “either virtually or in person,” depending on what the judge asks, his lawyer John Lauro told CNN.
- U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan has been assigned to oversee the case.
The indictment didn’t name the six co-conspirators. None of them have been indicted.
