Trump Indictment: GA Gov. Kemp Claims 2020 Election Wasn’t Stolen But Old Tucker Clip Raises Questions

Tucker’s 2021 monologue addressed the situation in Fulton County: “‘Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and zero for Trump.'”

President Donald Trump announced a new conference next Monday in New Jersey over the Georgia indictment.

Gov. Brian Kemp responded, claiming no one stole the election in Georgia:

The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen.

For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward – under oath – and prove anything in a court of law. Our elections in Georgia are secure, accessible, and fair and will continue to be as long as I am governor.

The future of our country is at stake in 2024 and that must be our focus.

Kyle Becker attached a Tucker Carlson monologue from July 2021. Here is the transcript of the long video It is a long read but worth it. Read the transcript and watch the video:

PITTS: “Again, our elections are open, fair and transparent.”

[Clip ends]

CARLSON: “‘I can guarantee you. We already know what happened, we counted those same ballots four times. The election has been certified, stop already.’ And that’s the argument that Fulton County has used in court to keep those ballots locked away in a warehouse. Except it’s not true. It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, last November. That is not a conspiracy theory, it’s true. From the beginning, this show has tried to be fact-based when we talk about the 2020 election results. So here’s what we know tonight, factually. At least 36 batches of mail-in ballots from the November election were double counted in Fulton County. That’s a total of more than 4,000 votes. Those numbers come from a group called VoterGA, which along with Bob Cheeley, sued to get them. The final tally from the double counts we know about amounts to more than 3,300 votes for Joe Biden and 865 votes for Donald Trump. Now before you dismiss Bob Cheeley and VoterGA as dishonest partisan actors, keep in mind that the strongly left-of-center ‘Atlanta Journal-Constitution’ appears to agree with this, at least in outline. The newspaper reviewed the available digital ballot images independently and concluded that hundreds of ballots were improperly duplicated. What does that look like exactly? Well, here’s what it looks like. At a press conference yesterday, a consultant with VoterGA call David Cross showed how we can be certain that votes in Fulton County were counted more than once. Watch.”

[Clip starts]

CROSS: “What I’m going to show you here is two ballots side-by-side. One of them is marked for Jason Shaw and it’s got a little squibble mark next to it, you have the identical mark on the second one, and the ballot image is stored up here on the top left. So this one over here is standard 5162, that’s standard number 3, batch number 235, this number 19. And that matches 234, image 59. So you have the same ballot counted twice in the images and counted in the audit. How that’s possible, I don’t know.”

[Clip ends]

CARLSON: “‘How’s that possible? I don’t know.’ Every American should want to know, because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections, otherwise known as our democracy. We’re not talking about a couple of ballots here. We are talking about a lot of ballots, at least hundreds of ballots involved, enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election. Here’s another example.”

[Clip starts]

CROSS: “Here’s one, the next, all right? So, same batch number, 234, image number 2; and 235, image number 61. Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican all the way down to the point where this little spot up in Fani Willis matches this one over here. There’s no question that that ballot was counted twice.”

[Clip ends]

CARLSON: “So what’s the explanation for this? If you ask Fulton County, these discrepancies, the ones you just saw on the screen, were isolated incidences, just handful of bad ballots. It happens all the time. The county claims that any errors were caught in previous recounts. The problem is that neither one of those claims is true. Surveillance footage obtained by VoterGA appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention, in the tape we’re showing you, to the woman wearing yellow at the desk. According to VoterGA, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots and then re-inserts the same ballots. This happens multiple times. The question is, how many times were those ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won’t answer that question. One way to know the answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly, for months after the presidential election, Fulton County failed to provide more than 100,000 of those tally sheets, including 50,000 of them for mail-in ballots. When VoterGA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here’s what the audit found: ‘Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and zero for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, and 0 votes for Jorgensen.’ Wait, did you just follow that? How is that not flat out criminal fraud? We’d love to know, because it certainly sounds like flat out criminal fraud. We’ve obtained photographs showing what went on during the recount process for mail-in ballots in Fulton County. These pictures were taken by a whistleblower who participated in the recount. She said she noticed something odd, and she did. None of the ballots she saw had any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen now. That’s strange because of course mail-in ballots need to be bent in order to be mailed in. These ballots clearly had never been inside an envelope. And then the whistleblower noticed something else. All of the ballots, the whistleblower tells us, have been filled out by a printer, not by hand, and many of them supported the exact same candidates, Democrats, including Joe Biden. VoterGA detected a series of other apparent irregularities in the recount. The group’s audit found, for example, that ‘Over 200 Fulton County mail-in ballot images contained votes that were not included in the hand count audit results for the November election.’ Now why is that? We don’t know. Keep in mind, once again, the results in the state of Georgia were decided by fewer than 13,000 votes. It was a close race. Every vote mattered. And then there’s this. And then there’s this. An elections expert called Mark Davis analyzed data from the Post Office. He found that nearly 35,000 Georgia voters moved out of their county of residence more than a month prior to Election Day. They were ineligible to vote, and yet they did. They still voted in their old county. That is illegal. It’s not a small thing, violating election law is something we should care about. And by law, their votes should have been excluded from the total, but they were not excluded. Why are we okay with that? Why are we okay with any of this? We are okay with it because we’ve been told we have to be okay with it. We are undermining democracy if we ask questions about what happened during the 2020 election. And of course, that’s a perfect inversion of the truth. Without answers to legitimate questions like the ones we just posed, and those are legitimate questions, democracy dies. People begin to understand that the system they’ve been told is on the level is, in fact, rigged. And when they believe that, God knows what they do next. So let’s find out what actually happened. Let’s find out immediately. Let’s find out without shame. It’s our right to know, it’s our responsibility to know.”

Texas has its Abbott. Georgia has its Costello. Kemp is only good in that he is not Stacey Abrams.

For an election that is supposed to be perfect and clean, they certainly are fighting like rabid weasels to keep anybody from examining the process or the ballots.

Ironclaw in reply to georgfelis. | August 15, 2023 at 2:27 pm

That’s how you know it’s crooked. They never wanted to allow any sort of analysis. When they had a partial audit in Maricopa, AZ it was fought tooth and nail every step of the way. and they legally blocked the last step which I believe involved inspecting the voting and tabulators themselves. The truth likes being questioned, lies hate being challenged.

DaveGinOly in reply to georgfelis. | August 16, 2023 at 2:13 am

They say there’s no proof of fraud. This may be true. But there’s also no proof that the elections were fair and proper. We the people don’t have a responsibility to prove there was fraud in an election, but our servants in government do have a responsibility to prove there was no fraud. The laws that authorize the forensic examination of election data and records exist so that our servants can both find fraud and demonstrate an election was, in fact, “fair and free.” Why do they resist employing these laws? We all know the answer to that question. We now know we have two tyes of public officials, those who know the election was stolen, because they helped to steal it, and those who were responsible for preventing such a thing, and failed to do so out of sheer incompetence. Both of these groups have an interest in not investigating the record.

The problem is in part the legal standard judges employ in voting lawsuits. You can’t get an investigation authorized because you don’t have iron-clad proof of fraud, nor can you investigate to find that proof if you offer reasonable suspicion that there might be fraud. Imagine if criminal investigations were treated like this. The police would never get a warrant signed.

Not that it would matter, since vote fraud cases somehow never, ever involve the defendant offering state’s evidence about their co-conspirators and paymasters.

DaveGinOly in reply to randian. | August 16, 2023 at 11:05 am

Certainly that is part of the problem. But government officials have the tools necessary to demonstrate conclusively whether or not an election was fair and not “stolen.” It should not be necessary to sue to force them to prove their claims. They should be more than happy to do so. They could have an “I told you so” moment. The reluctance of courts to deal with this would never become a problem if our servants would just do what is right. They are at the root of the problem, the buck should stop there.

RINOs can’t be trusted. Why is this a question?

We already saw it at the State Farm center after they ran out the observers and then pulled hidden ballots from under a table and ran them multiple times on camera.

randian in reply to Ironclaw. | August 16, 2023 at 3:50 am

Which, amazingly, was not sufficient evidence to get an investigation into those ballots.

Milhouse in reply to Ironclaw. | August 16, 2023 at 6:59 am

Except that none of that happened. They did not run the observers out, the ballots were not hidden, and they were only counted once.

Azathoth in reply to Milhouse. | August 16, 2023 at 8:57 am

      Riiiiight.

Again, you know that this is all on video, right?

We shouldn’t believe our lying eyes, is that it?

We saw them running the observers out. We saw them covering windows.

We saw them pulling ballots from beneath tables.

We saw them sending the same stacks of ballots through the counting machines

And we saw the perpetrators of the coup telling us that this was all normal.

Come, tell us how what Carlson just showed was also some distortion of our treacherous ocular senses.

Maybe you can get Fuzzy and Danny to help.

Milhouse in reply to Azathoth. | August 19, 2023 at 1:27 pm

No, you did not see those things, because they did not happen. The full, unedited video shows that they did not happen. You were lied to by that lunatic Powell and her conspirators and you believed them.

Ellen Sauerbreys loss to Paris Glendening for 1994 MD governor shows that the Dems can steal any election after the polls have closed in any number of ways. And the MSM will be totally complicit -?in this caseWaPo Baltic Sun and the the DC Baltic local news channels.

30 years later it’s DJT Lake and Zeldon if he actually pulled offs miracle.

WashRep in reply to bobinreverse. | August 15, 2023 at 6:55 pm

Yes, Elections can be stolen like JFK’s win in Illinois and the election sometime in the late 40’s or 50’s in KC,MO run by the Pendergast mob where the ballots, secured overnight in a cell in the county Jail mysteriously caught fire.

The existence of just one fabricated tally sheet should be enough to trigger a total redo of all vote tally’s for the county.

Democrats sure are big on the “don’t disenfranchise voters by forcing them to show ID to vote” but very short on coming down on illegal ballots which actually disenfranchise every legally cast vote by diminishing their very existence.

For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward – under oath – and prove anything in a court of law.

I read that 57 out of 60 cases of fraud were dismissed for procedural reasons. Standing was a biggie..

No one could prove election fraud because the courts would not get involved.. They weren’t lost.. they failed to launch.

TheOldZombie in reply to amwick. | August 15, 2023 at 4:42 pm

Yes. This was the major problem faced by everyone who went to court. The courts wanted nothing to do with anything and they looked for any excuse to dismiss before anyone even stepped into the court room with the evidence.

Of course Kemp said the election was fair, can you imagine a governor admitting that his state is corrupt?

DaveGinOly in reply to MarkS. | August 16, 2023 at 2:18 am

Every person who noticed something fishy about voter registrations, ballots, and ballot counting saw things not noticed by the officials tasked with noticing such things. The truth will out very many officials as incompetent wastes of space. So even officials not involved in the steal have an interest burying the truth.

Oh, the election was fair, huh?

OK, fine, jackass, when are you going to be arresting Stacey Abrams.

Could it be that Jack and Fani’s attempt to get Trump will finally offer up proof thet the election was stolen?

Even if this asshat says the election was not stolen so what? His opinion is irrelevant to anyone who does believe the election was stolen. Having a difference of opinion is not a crime. Until Leftists decided to start making the war against America hot, of which this lawfare is indicative of that.

WestRock in reply to chrisboltssr. | August 15, 2023 at 6:08 pm

Right, and he says no one proved there was fraud in a court of law. But what he doesn’t say is no courts ever heard any evidence. It seems like there’s plenty of proof. My guess is that, in addition to Kemp being a RINO, Trump probably pissed him off. And Kemp would rather let the Republic crumble than take the high road. (The same could probably be said for most RINOs.)

retiredcantbefired in reply to WestRock. | August 15, 2023 at 7:27 pm

Kemp has one legitimate complaint against Trump—for being hung out to dry early in the pandemic.

His other complaints, and he seems to have a bunch of them, are illegitimate.

Kemp was OK with letting Democrats interfere with elections in Georgia, until he was running for reelection himself. Then he was happy to sign a number of election reform bills passed by the legislature.

      More than a bit of a slimeball…

WTF? This is how this A-hole responds to the republic threatening lawfare abuses by democrats? If this clown is so concerned about fair elections how about responding to the gross abuses of process in his own frigging state designed to sabotage the leading republican candidate?

I was a Georgia resident from 2005 to the end of 2021. I saw the election of 2020 stolen as I watched TV through the election night. I saw that Trump was ahead by many thousands in many states and then at the same time counting stopped. It started at the same time across the nation and suddenly Biden was ahead but no counting had started. Counting started and it went to Biden over Trump.

In Georgia in 2021 the State Senate ran a committee to find election fraud in the 2020 election and they found it in many ways. They found enough to change the election to Trump. They gave a report to the Senate President and Gov Kemp but neither took it forward.

He’s lying of HS mouth moves

He’s a globalist and was in on the steal clearly

I know why Kemp is saying what he’s saying but I don’t agree with him saying it. If there were no irregularities, and we’ve all seen the ballots pulled out from under tables being counted after election monitors left, then why the rush to enact more stringent voting controls afterwards?

Kemp is not a maverick and, as a Georgia resident I can tell you he’s a bit of a squish hanging back and letting others take fire. For the most part he eventually gets around to doing the right thing and, in this case, he should concentrate on the reforms to voting in Georgia and not what happened prior to them.

    Milhouse in reply to Rufus6540. | August 19, 2023 at 1:29 pm

Nobody forced those monitors to leave. The claim that they were told to leave was a lie. And the ballots were not in suitcases, or in anything but normal ballot boxes. Nor were they counted more than once.

Kemp’s daughter’s fiance was died in a spectactular car accident before the 2020 election…He was working for the re-election campapign of Kelly Loeffler. It is speculated that this was a warning to Kemp to toe the company line. I expect he still remembers this….

Quartermaster | August 28, 2023 at 5:17 pm

Kemp is corrupt and stupid. There has been plenty of evidence brought forward and the courts refuse to hear any of it because they are cowardly and corrupt.
