The Grand Jury has handed in a Sealed Indictment that may be unsealed tonight. Media reports say there are “10 indictments” – I don’t know what that means. Ten people? Ten counts?

To summarize: it's possible there's only one elections-related indictment tonight in Fulton, and it would presumably be a large one with many defendants

Let’s not make anything about the judge cracking a joke. Remember judge Schroeder tossing a book commentary on Wisconsin law into the trash during oral arguments?
I think you may have missed Judge Borowski explaining to jurors the reason that they would have a few days off was because he was interviewing for the job of special teams coach off the Packers. ( The Packers had just been eliminated from the playoff. ) He said he couldn’t do any worse then the present coach.
I know absolutely nothing of this judge. Zero. cNot even his name,
The joke might even be interpreted as a hint of levelheadedness.
The even was simply someone handing the judge a set of papers — and that it is. He commented on how the press was so orgasmatic over this.
I guess some might consider charging the former President and candidate in this gross political farce to be somewhat serious and not a time for jokes. If in fact one was a serious jurist who actually cared about the weaponized abuse of process we’re now experiencing.
Any more serious than trying someone for killing two people and disarming ( literally ) a third person.?

About the most absurd part of the whole fiasco of the presser was how she said that there was nothing political about this indictment and how it was just like all the others … LOL. How many indictments were returned and processed at 11:30pm??
And the guy mentioning that the “fictitious document” that was on the official website and turned out to be the same as the indictment … she was a “dindu nuffin” on that.
These people need to be jailed. FOREVER. Every single person who was on that stage needs to be imprisoned and the keys thrown away.

He read the posted “fake indictment”. Apparently one of the charges is for filing cert at SCOTUS.
Also apparently the usual suspects are freaking out over a “truth”? that Trump posted. They want the judge to jail him. The post — the judge’s own words in a Jan 6 sentencing.
I don’t know anything about grand juries. I’ll leave that to the lawyers. Unfortunately, it appears that the same thing is true of “grand jurors”. They’ve determined that certain acts have occurred. They’ve left if up to the lawyers to determine whether any of those acts were actually in violation of any law, and have taken the word of the lawyers in determining the charges.
If they mean to have a war….
I found it wrong that the DA Willis issued the indictment to the clerk before the Grand Jury had voted on it and then pulled it back. Then after the Grand Jury voted on it Willis issued the exact same indictment to the clerk. This was late at night and went to the Judge, which acted on it immediately even though it was long. The details of the indictment do not look to be legal and is designed to hinder Trump and his people from 2024 running.
