Bandy Lee has been waging a legal war on Yale since at least 2022. It’s important to remember that this was all of her own doing.

The College Fix reports:

Psychiatrist who called Trump supporters mentally ill loses in court against Yale

Former Yale University volunteer and researcher Bandy Lee has lost yet another lawsuit against the school in relation to the non-renewal of her agreement with her.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a prior ruling that found Yale acted lawfully when it decided not to renew an agreement with Lee, who had an unpaid role at the Ivy League university.

Lee (pictured) has not “adequately alleged a promise that Yale would not decline to renew her appointment on account of her public statements,” the three-judge panel ruled. The decision went on to review Lee’s claims and explain why they were being rejected.

“We have considered Lee’s remaining arguments and found them to be without merit,” the judges ruled in conclusion, upholding a district judge’s decision.

Lee’s unpaid opportunity at Yale was not renewed after she made diagnoses of President Donald Trump, his supporters and Harvard Law School’s Alan Dershowitz. She said supporters of Trump suffered from a “spread of ‘shared psychosis,’” as previously reported by The College Fix.

She sued the university in 2021. She also tweeted in October 2020 that Trump “spellbinds his followers ever more deeply” and compared him to Hitler, saying he was worse than the German dictator, before backtracking. She also wrote a book called “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump” which included the opinions of 37 psychiatrists on the former president’s mental health.

She has also multiple times demanded that Trump be put on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.

Lee held a volunteer position at Yale, and the district judge had dismissed her claims of a contract violation. However, Lee argued that the position cost her valuable remuneration she would not receive without the prestige of Yale’s name.

I love happy ending!

Fortunately she’s not getting paid anymore based on the prestige of Yale’s name. She doesn’t deserve it. She shows no appreciation of the meaning of “diagnosis”, a central requirement in her profession.

I usually like Asian girls. This one seems to be greatly removed from civility. She no lub me long time..

She IS an MD. Not good for the world.

Hey, give this lady a break. She can’t help it; she’s been swept up in the shared psychosis of swallowing the authority of the NYT and the WaPo.

Bandy One Note: She has significantly damaged her own career due to her obsessive compulsion to medically destroy Trump for political reasons.

She has common ground with Dr. David Spiegel, another wacko psychiatrist, who testified for Amber heard against Johnny Depp, who destroyed his own career as well,

Maybe both wackos will make a love connection. Two faces only a mother could love.

SHE “should be put on 72 hour psychiatric hold” !!!

Cancel culture hits one of their own

“We have considered Lee’s remaining arguments and found them to be without merit”
So then, exactly like her original arguments.

Bandy Lee – sounds like a stripper’s stage name to me. Without renumeration from Yale, maybe she could collect dollar bills while dancing.

If you get turned on by girls who sneer at you and call you a repressed homosexual as you’re tucking dollar bills under their G-strings, more power to you.

The Goldwater Rule is clear. Psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, etc., may not publicize a diagnosis of anyone, particularly public figures, whom they have not personally not examined and done a full diagnostic work-up. That rule goes back to 60s after a bunch of leftist phrenologists went after Barry Sr., with LBJ’s support. The same general rule applies in all of medicine and health care, and with good reason.
