Former Vice President Mike Pence filed paperwork with the FEC, which means he’s running for president.
Pence will go up against his old boss, Donald Trump.
Pence will supposedly announce his candidacy on Wednesday in Des Moines, Iowa.
Sen. Joni Ernst’s Roast and Ride fundraiser for veterans took place this past weekend.
Pence took part in the motorcycle ride with Ernst, being the only Republican in attendance who has not declared his candidacy.
However, Pence told the audience, “I don’t have anything to announce today, but I can tell you when I got time to announce come this Wednesday, I’m announcing in Iowa.”
