Pro-Life Activist Says FBI Visit to Mother was ‘to Intimidate’ Her

“Yet, to my knowledge, they never attempted to follow up with me or my attorney, so I believe the FBI’s true motive behind their visit to my parents’ home was to intimidate me and my team.”

Elise Ketch, a member of the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, told The Daily Signal the FBI visited her mother as a way to intimidate her:

On April 18, around 2:45 p.m., FBI agents went to the home of Tracy Ketch, Elise Ketch’s mother. Ring camera footage provided to The Daily Signal shows two women standing on the front porch of Ketch’s childhood home in Woodbridge, Virginia. The women identified themselves as Ashley Roberts and Kathleen Brown.

“We are both with the FBI,” Roberts told Ketch’s mother. “We just need to speak with her regarding some information that was sent to us.”

When Tracy Ketch informed the agents that Ketch no longer lives at that residence, Roberts asked for Ketch’s residence or phone number.

“She’s not in any trouble,” Roberts assured Tracy Ketch with a smile, the footage shows. “We just have some information we need to ask her about.”

“We would tell you all the information because, like I said, she’s not in any trouble, but just out of respect for her, we’d like to speak with her first,” Roberts says, adding with a shrug, “and then, if she feels like talking to you, which I’m sure she will because it’s nothing … ”

More Ring camera footage viewed by The Daily Signal shows Ketch’s mother stepping onto the front porch and calling her daughter.

“I have two FBI agents at the front door,” she tells her daughter.

“FBI agents,” Ketch can be heard repeating, as Roberts breaks into a smile. “Mom, don’t tell them anything.”

“Ok, what do you want me to do?” she asks her daughter. As Ketch speaks, her mother waves the agents off the porch and opens the front door, stress written across her face.

Ketch doesn’t know why the FBI went to her mom’s house. PAAU came under fire within the government when officials found five aborted babies at the house of Lauren Handy.

PAAU said a whistleblower told them about the babies. The organization claimed the “ages and their apparent sustained injuries suggested possible violations of the federal Partial Birth Abortion Act and the Born Alive Infants Protection Act.”

Nine pro-life activists face charges under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE). The FBI made the arrests.

Ketch thinks the incident could be a reason why the FBI visited:

Elise Ketch told The Daily Signal that she has “no idea what information the FBI was sent” that would require her to talk to them. But she has a few guesses.

“My colleague at Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, Lauren Handy, is indicted under the FACE Act and is being prosecuted by the federal government,” she said. “It’s plausible that these FBI agents aimed to collect information from me to help build their case against her.”

“While they reassured my mother that I was not in trouble, it’s also possible that they see me as a threat due to my pro-life activism and intended to investigate me,” Ketch speculated. “Yet, to my knowledge, they never attempted to follow up with me or my attorney, so I believe the FBI’s true motive behind their visit to my parents’ home was to intimidate me and my team.”

The visit made her concerned for her family’s safety, Ketch said, adding, “I refuse to back down.”

Pro-life organizations, Catholic churches, and pregnancy centers have been targeted since someone leaked Justice Alito’s opinion overturning Roe v. Wade.

The feds have arrested and charged pro-lifers with FACE violations. Only a few pro-abortionists have been arrested.

American Stasi.

The 2 little, harpy thugs sure didn’t want their pictures taken. It’s probably because they were lying through their teeth about Ketch being in trouble.

Don’t ever talk to the Cheka without a lawyer present.

Let your Attorney do the talking to LEO at all levels. No warrant? Politely tell them to exit the property and close the door.

Are those actual Feeb credentials in that photo?

Can’t Ketch’s attorney call the FBI and verify that those were actual agents?

Intimidate, yes, more importantly memorialize statements that can later turn into a lying to the FBI charge.

Intimidation, absolutely. We all know they’re likely looking to get a statement on which they can base a 18 U.S.C. §1001, lying to federal investigators, charge. Don’t tell them the time of day without your attorney present and at least an audio recorder going. Collect their business cards and tell them your attorney will be in contact with them in due course, when you are ready to answer their written interrogatories.

If asked, I won’t give ANY law enfarcement person the time of day. They can “swear” that my time did not match the time on their Casio G-Shock even though both my watch and phone get settings from cell towers that in turn get it from the cesium clock in Colorado.

The FBI is a fascist organization. Remember the original fascist Benito Mussolini crushed the Italian mafia.

Capri pants and canvas boat shoes without socks. What happened to professional dress requirements at the FBI?

Damn, these Dumb-o-crat, Stasi bastards at the FBI are getting more lawless, corrupt and brazen, by the day.

The only thing to ask/tell federal LEO’s who come to your front door:

“Do you have a search warrant?”
“No.”
“Do you have an arrest warrant?”
“No.”
“Then, get the hell of my property — you’re trespassing.”

I’ve called the FBI the gestapo since my college days.

I had a classmate who got dragged in for “an interview”, and would only speak to them in his fluent German.

The FBI sends the little girl agents there as a ploy to make the parents think this is just like girl scouts or something, so they’ll blab about their daughter and the feds will SWAT her and make her life a living hell … because she is against baby-killing.

Pathetic and evil. And these two chicks are enthusiastic accessories.

For generations the FBI has been an organization devoted to their own and the government’s power. Law and protecting the country has nothing to do with them.

Maybe they weren’t fibbers, but faking it for purposes of intimidation.

What do they do at the FBI? They never claim to Agents. They show ID cards but not badges. Secretaries that are very pro-abortion? Analysts using data that they shouldn’t be?
