Nine Biden Family Members Received Over $10 Million From Foreign Nationals, Hid Money in Shell Companies

The House Oversight Committee revealed the nine Biden family members that received over $10 million from foreign nationals. They tried to hide the money in shell companies.

From Fox News:

The committee said those companies were formed mostly in Delaware and Washington, D.C., with the help of Hunter Biden’s business partners Rob Walker and James Gilliar.

“After assuming the vice presidency in 2009, records reveal Hunter Biden and his business associates formed at least 15 companies,” the memo said. Those companies include Lion Hall Group LLC; Owasco P.C.; Robinson Walker, LLC; Skaneateles, LLC; Seneca Global Advisors, LLC; Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC; Rosemont Seneca Principal Investments LLC; Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC; Hudson West III, LLC; Hudson West V, LLC; CEFC Infrastructure Investment (US) and others.

“Bank records show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ companies,” the memo said, adding that the committee identified payments to Biden family members from foreign companies “while Joe Biden served as Vice President and after he left public office.”

“[T]he Biden family used business associates’ companies to receive millions of dollars from foreign companies,” the memo said, adding that the Biden family “received incremental payments over time to different bank accounts.”

You make shell companies to launder money and/or conceal money. It’s that simple:

A shell corporation is a business that is formed that has no actual business operations. They are mostly created for money laundering or sometimes for parking early startup funds. They do not employ anyone or provide any services.

Shell corporations are created in tax havens to avoid paying taxes and to hide the identity of the owner. If an individual is involved in an illegal activity, a shell corporation can be a platform to hide money. A shell corporation can be opened by opening a bank account and buying real estate in a tax haven.

One of the most common tax havens? DELAWARE and Nevada.

We also learned “that Hunter Biden, through his associate Rob Walker, received more than $1 million from a foreign company reportedly controlled by Gabriel Popoviciu, the subject of a criminal probe and prosecution for corruption in Romania.”

Then-Vice President Joe Biden lectured Romanian leaders about corruption in 2014 and 2015.

China is probably the biggest name. We all know about Hunter’s connections to the Chinese.

Comer mentioned Ye Jianming and Gongwen Dong, both of whom had connections with Hunter’s deals with the Chinese Energy company CEFC:

The memo said Ye had “close ties to the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party and was reportedly deputy secretary-general for an international outreach arm of the People’s Liberation Army.” Ye was later detained by the CCP in 2018.

“The Bidens received millions of dollars from their Chinese partnership,” the memo said. “When Ye was detained by the Chinese, Hunter Biden then attempted to distance himself from the relationship by claiming he had never been paid by CEFC. This was false.”

The memo said Hunter’s company, Hudson West V, received a $24 million wire from Ye. CEFC later wired $100,000 to Hunter’s Owasco, P.C.

It is time for a special prosecutor to be appointed. This is a RICO crime family that sold influence for the CCP in a massive way

Biden is an asset of China and that’s why he’s destroying America

    Can’t wait for tomorrow

This is on McCarthy now. (I’d say McConnell and Rona Romney, but they’re on the enemy side.)

      The_Mew_Cat in reply to | May 10, 2023 at 5:26 pm

Comer still has to dig deeper and subpoena more bank records, but at some point soon this must become an official impeachment investigation. Maybe by June or July.

        Ghostrider in reply to The_Mew_Cat. | May 10, 2023 at 5:54 pm

Comer specifically said that they have reviewed the banking records of four institutions and they still have eight more banks to subpoena. An influence-peddling scheme that laundered money through 12 different banks!

If I didn’t know better I would guess that the best place for the 87,000 IRS to start their new career is on the Joe and Hunter house of cards

Merrick Garland said he would look into it to make sure no hush money to Stormy Daniels was involved. Otherwise, everything appears to be on the up and up.

The_Mew_Cat in reply to Steven Brizel. | May 10, 2023 at 5:28 pm

No, Biden will never be prosecuted. This must become an official impeachment inquiry at some point. Comer needs to get more financial records first, bring the Bidens in to testify as the final act, and then McCarthy has to impanel an impeachment committee.

RICO? These are DEATH PENALTY crimes!

    18 U.S.C. § 794 Espionage.

18 U.S.C. § 2251 Conduct during the course of child sexual trafficking, child pornography, or the sexual exploitation of children that results in death.

    18 U.S.C. § 2381 Treason.

Biden has been a cheater at least since he was a student. Most are unaware of his long pattern of dishonesty, but no one should be surprised at how this “public servant” monetized his office.

The grandchild must be precocious to be able to offer astute financial insights in return for that money…

Or just an attempt to spread things out a bit so they might be harder to see.

jpwcpa in reply to stevewhitemd. | May 10, 2023 at 4:53 pm

I suppose there is also a possibility that the payments to the grandchild were not for financial consulting services or anything like that. Maybe the grandchild loaned many millions of dollars to these various entities to help them get started, and the payments to the grandchild were simply partial repayments of the loans. Hey, it could happen.

And our federal government is so corrupt I doubt anything will happen.

I predict zero consequences because a (D) after your name is a get out of jail free (or never go there in the first place) card.

This is sadly true. Dotard-marionette, Biden, has held elected office for over fifty years and it’s clear that the FBI has been protecting his rear end the entire time. No way the agency didn’t know about any of this chicanery, given how long these rackets have been going on and how brazen dim-witted Biden has been about some aspects of it (e.g., publicly boasting about getting the Ukrainian prosecutor fired).

RICO, conspiracy, and money laundering even without bribery with the FARA violation.

Peabody in reply to ghost dog. | May 10, 2023 at 2:32 pm

“Many of the payments were routed from foreign companies to the Biden family’s business associates’ companies—which then doled out payments to the Bidens in incremental payments to different bank accounts in an alleged attempt to hide the source of the funds.”

How old is the grandchild? ( Just saying because it sounds like a 5 year old and they could be 30. You don’t want to be deceptive. It just undermines your argument when found out. )

The Biden crime family, as successful at racketeering as any organized crime family in American history.

A magician makes you watch one thing so you…

…won’t notice when millions of illegal aliens invade the country when Title 42 expires tomorrow.

Just checked websites of CNN, NY Times, LA Times, USA Today and MSNBC. Only coverage I could find (as of about 1:45 Eastern) was on the “Politics” page of CCN, not on the Home Page. That said, the CNN article was long. I didn’t see the story covered yet on any of the other sites.

CommoChief in reply to Stuytown. | May 10, 2023 at 2:16 pm

I typed in ‘Biden corruption allegations’ and got a whole page of stories. Some heavy on carrying water for Biden like Axios, some much harsher, Fox. Some just checking the box to say they did do a story, USA Today.

The info is out there but the Biden media allies won’t give it nearly as much coverage as they should if the name was Trump. I suspect that social media primarily Twitter is gonna be how folks interact with the story. The legacy media ain’t gonna push it unless it becomes so juicy or inevitable that they are pressured into it, if then.

gonzotx in reply to Stuytown. | May 10, 2023 at 2:43 pm

    And you won’t

But President Trump being sued, in NY of course, found guilty with no evidence by an insane crazy byt?h

    Now that news

An usurper who sold out America to its enemies and is destroying her in 2 freaking years

Hey Bill Barr out there playing his bag, if he can get it over his belly and telling us Trump is evil, now that’s news

    Americas destruction, no so much

Benedict Arnold is turning in his grave

“There’s a cancer on the presidency.”

Watching Biden spout, the only thing that gets him going is to blame. A great presdent that hates half of his fellow citizens. Good we have such a fine leader.

Why would anybody be surprised at this? The pedophile has been in Swampington for damn near 50 years. His crackhead had DOZENS of suspicious activity reports on his bank accounts, most people get their account closed for just a couple because the bank doesn’t want to deal with the headache of dealing with the feds. I’m not at all surprised, in fact I think the feds like it this way because they have plenty of leverage to use on the pedophile.

Hmm, not just China, not just Ukraine, but also ROMANIA. Seems I remember a certain Mr. Giuliani mentioning Romania a couple of times when he was over in eastern Europe trying to chase down leads that the corrupt government promptly ignored.

    J. Edgar Hoover, extortionist of elected officials, gone woke.

The progs are playing the ‘whataboutism’ game. They’re saying that Jared Kushner received BILLIONS from the Saudis so it’s all no big deal.

I would not be surprised if Biden’s dog received payments.

smalltownoklahoman | May 10, 2023 at 2:36 pm

Plenty of Dems don’t want Biden to run again in 2024, this could be part of a pressure campaign to get him to just be a 1 term president.

    The_Mew_Cat in reply to smalltownoklahoman. | May 10, 2023 at 5:21 pm

Good luck with that. You couldn’t get Biden to resign if he was getting measured for his casket.

Still, Kamala Harris needs to be warmed up in the bullpen. She could be up at bat sooner than we think.

Everybody already knows he’s trading favors for money. It’s not thought to be a big deal, the everybody does it thing.

You could maybe sell it as Biden sells out US interests for money, but it’s the selling out US interests that works, not the money.

Its russian disinformation!

I have it from the same good authority – from the 51 intelligence agents

E Howard Hunt | May 10, 2023 at 3:30 pm

Just part of Hunter’s “high” finance.

Redistributive change.

Obamacares in Iraq. Bidencares in Afghanistan. Harris at the border, takes a knee.

Illegal aliens are not welcome in Martha’s Vineyard.

What’s funny is Musk tweeting out that a list of Bidens who HAVEN’T received any money and let’s be honest, that list would only consist of grandchild number 3 that Biden had no idea exists 😂😂

Does anyone have criminal liability?
Who?, what are the charges?

    CommoChief in reply to zillow24. | May 10, 2023 at 7:48 pm

Maybe the failure to register under FARA? That’s down the road a fair piece and more evidence needed and not likely under Garland. Though if there are enough d/prog movers and shakers who are willing to change horses due to concerns about Biden and/or Harris ….there is an very remote outside shot. Not likely enough to put on a political bingo card though.

Tonight should be a CNN ratings bonanza.
Fresh off his failed court case in NYC, President Trump has to face a rabid CNN attack dog in a Town Hall meeting.

May the force be with hin

Aarradin in reply to Ghostrider. | May 10, 2023 at 10:27 pm

    He did great.

CNN looked like the partisan h3llhole that it is.

“moderator” posed gotcha questions all night, entirely on topics unfavorable to Trump, and he completely owned her and made her look like the partisan hack that she is.

Could you imagine a Mitt Romney or a John McCain being able to turn the tables in a rigged event like this, and make it work in their favor? Of course not – you have to respond to every question by destroying its premise first, then getting your message out to the audience directly. Very few R’s can handle themselves well like this, they accept the bogus premise, and this puts them on the defense before they’ve even started.

DeSantis has the skill for this also. Much more precise, and concise, but not nearly as entertaining.

henrybowman in reply to Aarradin. | May 11, 2023 at 2:00 am

BTW, did you see Kari Lake disassemble Piers Morgan by insisting that Fox News was globalist-controlled opposition?

DaveGinOly in reply to Aarradin. | May 11, 2023 at 1:05 pm

Why is Trump successful at this? Because he’s not afraid of seeming impolite, or behaving in a borderline civil fashion – the very things for which he is reviled. These are not character flaws, these are highly-developed defense mechanisms that serve him well.

Forget it, Jake, it’s DC

Joe Biden gets paid >$900,000 per year for his “work” at the UPenn Biden Center. Which is funded largely by donations. The Chinese govt “donates” >1 million per year.

So, right there, out in the open, violating no laws, Biden is directly on the Chinese govt’s payroll.

I guess Brandon won’t be having anymore press conferences.

    Aarradin in reply to allenb611. | May 11, 2023 at 4:23 am

The “journalists” in the national correspondents association are such D lap dogs that they submit their questions in advance, and when called on repeat the question they submitted verbatim – acting like they are spontaneously asking a random question – and Biden reads the response his staff wrote out for him from a cue card.

So, why wouldn’t he do more press conferences. Its not like any “reporters” are going to ask him a real question.

Worse, they’ve banned the New York Post from the press room, and no longer take any questions from Simon Ateba. Sad that the only honest reporter in the room has been a foreign journalist.
