Mayorkas Blames Congress for Border Crisis as 10,000 Migrants Crossed on Monday, Tuesday

Title 42 ends tomorrow.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has a lot of nerve, even though he is somewhat correct.

Title 42, which allowed the U.S. the expel migrants quickly, ends tomorrow. The border crisis will worsen despite the administration following Title 8.

Mayorkas blamed Congress for the border crisis instead of taking any blame for the chaos:

MAYORKAS: “I cannot overemphasize that our current situation is the outcome of Congress leaving a broken, outdated immigration system in place for over two decades, despite unanimous agreement that we desperately need legislative reform.”

When Democrats had the House, Senate, and White House, they did nothing to repair our crap immigration system.

What about now? Mayorkas has not done anything even though he claims the administration has done so much. This is nothing to brag about, considering the gotaways and apprehensions are way higher than this:

MAYORKAS: “We have seen the effectiveness of our approach. More than 100,000 people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela have arrived lawfully through the pathway we have made available to them.”

The guy won’t even acknowledge we have a border crisis.

Mayorkas says we don’t have a border crisis but feels it necessary to tell migrants the border is not open after Title 42 expires on May 11:

MAYORKAS: “We are making it very clear that our border is not open, that crossing irregularly is against the law, and that those who are not eligible for relief will be quickly returned.”

We have no crisis but remember. The border is not open:

MAYORKAS: “Let me be clear, the lifting of the Title 42 public health order does not mean our border is open. In fact, it is the contrary.”

Mayorkas admits the U.S. will “see large numbers of encounters” after Title 42. Hundreds of people are waiting on the border to cross after Title 42 expires. We’ve seen 10,000 people cross the border on Monday and Tuesday.

Comments

In an administration filled with despicable people, Mayorkas may take the cake at this point, though there are many right on his tail. He epitomizes the empathy that Biden ran on to hoodwink Americans.

Critical Empathy Theory (CET) advises human rites, diversity, two men and a womb, underage “benefits”, transgender conversion trials, witch hunts, perennial climate change, social justice, rape culture, cargo cult mandates, redistributive/retributive change, labor and environmental arbitrage, CAIR, ethnic Springs, shared responsibility/progressive prices, etc.

Mayoraks should be impeached, along with Biden. Why isn’t this happening?

It wasn’t broken prior to this time. Especially before his prior Dems in 1965 opened Pandora’s Box. Enforcing laws on the books was all that was needed. Oh… and I thought the border was closed.

I am asking devout Dems to make a personal commitment. Sponsor one of these immigrants. Give up your US citizenship and leave the country permanently so that they can replace you. This will be a carbon neutral exchange.

    Stink of desperation.
He’s been in charge of the border for three years, and suddenly, the day before Title 42 expires, he informs us it’s all “Congress’s fault.”

If only there was some kind of “law” the government could enforce with regard to this immigration thing. You know, a “system” for applying for official or what some would call “legal” entry. Too bad nobody thought about that.

Maybe it’s time for Kamala to chime in. After all she has a voluminous knowledge of sex trafficking.

[catastrophic] [anthropogenic] immigration reform (CAIR)

That said, build the wall to protect people from both sides of the border, save the domestic babies… butterflies for our Posterity, and engage foreign stake holders to process domestic reform. No one should feel compelled to emigrate. We should not rely on labor and environmental arbitrage to sustain our domestic politics.

Perhaps the best way to stop this INVASION would be to end the benefits the invaders might receive, including:

-Free medical care
-Use of our public schools
-Food subsidies of ANY sort
-Any version of a legal status

Mayorkas has always struck me as being mentally retarded.

Goes to prove that a wall *and* enforced policy of removal to country of origin for illegal entry is needed. The time between illegally crossing into the US and being asked “Would you like the chicken or the vegetarian” option for your in-flight meal back home should be about six hours, maximum.

Proper question is, “You can either paint the scuppers or wipe down the diesels.” And you’ll notice it doesn’t come with a question mark.

I hope we humans get a chance to put Mayorkas in prison before God puts him in Hell.

Another unqualified box ticker heard from.

To call this guy worthless would be a grave insult to worthless people everywhere.

The reason Biden is sending the US Military to the Border is to process paperwork so that migrants can be brought into the county faster—don’t stop, keep the line moving:

Keep on rollin’
Though the streams are swollen
Keep them doggies rolling
Rawhide

This Mayorkas guy is special. ‘The border is secure’, ‘DHS has operational control of the border’ ….yet it is Congress at fault for not writing more permissive laws? How about y’all enforce the laws on the books, the ones that Biden and Mayorkas ignore daily?

This is gonna be absolute chaos. The results of this is gonna push the policy pendulum demanded by an outraged public past strict, beyond harsh towards no mercy.

Try the bastard for his treason hang him.

Shut. IT. DOWN

FWIW I was driving into town today and Fox News (SIRUS) Bill Melugin reported that they saw TX DPS, supported by TXNG in riot gear and pushing these illegals back into the water. Refused them entry into TX, said it was the first time he had seen that done. Added that Gov Abbott Tweeted a response to reports about the incident as ‘Well done’.

There’s lots of Chinese in those groups , maybe their going to enlist in the Chinese police academy’s right next to the Chinese police stations in every major city with any poor of Chinese…

Or maybe they are farmers, and going to ALL the USA farmland the Chinese have bought.

There’s nothing broken about our immigration system. What is broken is the judiciary’s abuse of America in its many rulings siding with illegal aliens over America but we have laws that regulate those who are allowed in our country and they need to be enforced.

I am sick and tired of hearing people talk about Biden’s “failed immigration policy”. THere’s nothing “failed” about it. It’s TREASONOUS. The policy is exactly what we are seeing. That is the intention and it is orchestrating an invasion of America by aliens. This is clear and everyone knows about it.

What ticks me off is that no one in Biden’s treasonous junta have even been impeached, yet. Not a one of these traitors – and that is exactly what they are.

I don’t understand, a week ago KJP said illegal immigration is down 90%.

¡No dispara un chícharo!

Alejandro Mayorkas does his job about as well as Haitians speak Spanish

Blaming Congress?
What part of “executive branch” does he not understand?

To be fair to the fetid excrescence that is Mayorkas, Congress’ failure to enact agenda to put up a wall, increase the number of border guards and to force a mandatory use of e-verify for all employment, as well as additional things like re-patriation and a narrower definition of refugee status and the elimination of conferring citizenship upon children born to aliens is indeed half the problem. But Mayorkas and his boss, Idiot Joey the Fascist Traitor, are the other half of the problem, because they’re not enforcing the existing laws.

10,000 migrants crossed in one day! No big deal! We can build schools and hospitals faster than that. Plus unlimited funds available from the government and enough Bud Light stored up to last for many years..
