Kremlin Claims Ukraine Tried to Assassinate Putin With Drones

“The Russian side reserves the right to take retaliatory measures where and when it sees fit.”

Okay, bro.

The Kremlin claimed Ukraine tried to kill Dictator President Vladimir Putin. It just happened to happen a few days before Victory Day in Moscow (May 9 is the day Russia celebrates victory over Germany in WWII):

Russia accused Ukraine on Wednesday of attacking the Kremlin with drones overnight in a failed attempt to kill President Vladimir Putin.

A senior Ukrainian presidential official denied the accusation – the most serious that Moscow has levelled at Kyiv in more than 14 months of war – and said it indicated Moscow was preparing a major “terrorist provocation”.

The Kremlin said Russia reserved the right to retaliate, and hardliners demanded swift retribution against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

“Two unmanned aerial vehicles were aimed at the Kremlin. As a result of timely actions taken by the military and special services with the use of radar warfare systems, the devices were put out of action,” the Kremlin said in a statement.

“We regard these actions as a planned terrorist act and an attempt on the president’s life, carried out on the eve of Victory Day, the May 9 Parade, at which the presence of foreign guests is also planned …

“The Russian side reserves the right to take retaliatory measures where and when it sees fit.”

It looks staged. Look closely. You can see an office in the reflection. I didn’t realize they put CCTV cameras in offices.

Comments

I would comment, but I’m afraid of being labeled a Putin stooge.

I believe the Kremlin is wrong

Pretty sure Biden was behind this…

Too obvious.

Way easier to kill leaders with the clot-shot. Highly likely that a good number of them got injected with saline in their public appearances.

False flag? Who does Russia think it will justify further actions to that didn’t already believe further action is justified? Answer. They know none will find it so. There is 0 reason for a false flag attack.

What is more I just heard on MSNBC that the footage was made by a pedestrian with a phone. ( Looking for news on the front which seems to be heating up today. )

Even Ben Shapiro had a better take saying that it was either a false flag, or the worst assination attemp ever.

The later would suggest US intelligence or British intelligence. I’m tempted to say it was an attempt to goad Russia into using nukes, but even Baronesse Vicky Nuland Harkonen isn’t that stupid. Most like someone is scared that Ukraine imight go to the negotiating table, and put that iff by pissing Russians.

Never underestimate the stupidity of leftist, they’ll prove you wrong every time

In the video, what screams “False Flag” two me is that there are two guys climbing the roof of the Kremlin dome at the time – you can see them clearly if you play the video full screen. WTF? Are there usually men running around the roof of the Kremlin at night? Not to mention that the camera was centered on the exact spot the explosion was going to happen.

How do you attack such a monstrous fortress as the Kremlin with bombs on drones? We’re not talking Predator drones, but quadcopter sorts of things that might get a 100lb payload? And they have a limited range when loaded that heavy. And a limited range for direct control (though they could be programmed).

I smell a false flag.

(Or it could just be Ukrainian supporters who have insufficient skills and knowledge to pull off something like this.)

If Zelensky was really competent, he would have used balloons. As Brandon assures us, those things are damn near impossible to stop.

The Kremlin is not a single building, unlike the White House. And the complex has been reinforced due to the Cold War. A couple of drones carrying 500 lb bombs is not going to get Putin. The Ukrainian government knows this, they were part of the USSR. Not sure they’d waste assets on this, unless it’s designed to make Putin play defense in some manner.

Maybe a rogue operation by whomever, ok.

If ever there was a false flag or an overstatement this is it. That firecracker going off over the gold dome looked about as dangerous as a handheld sparkler. How, in any manner, could that joke of a guided weapon assassinate anything? This is obviously done to build local support for a war gone wrong. Grabbing men off of the street and sending them to the front with no training or proper weapons is causing massive resentment for Putin and this war.

The USA needs a leader like Zelensky. How about Michael J. Fox? He’s a midget, situation comedy star.

When you are already at war, what the heck difference does a serious allegation make? This play is getting tiresome.

So…two countries are at war. One side tries to kill the leader of the other side. What’s the problem there? I guess I just don’t understand polite warfare. Should it not be the case that each side is doing its best to kill the leadership of the other side? Is this somehow against “the rules” that we put on warfare these days?

According to an Israeli ambasador, Z was scared that Putin would try to kill him. The ambassador relayed that Putin told him that he had no such intentions.

why would anyone believe what Putin says?

Evil Otto in reply to thad_the_man. | May 5, 2023 at 5:38 am

Well, I’m sure Putin would tell the ambassador the truth, right? After all, if you have plans to kill a foreign leader the first person you tell is the ambassador whose country is allied to a rival power.

Very much frowned upon to specifically target the other side’s civilian leadership, among Nation States anyway. Far too much potential for a tit for tat response and civilian leaders are not in favor of that. Most civilian leaders these days have avoided opportunities to serve in uniform or volunteer to serve in war zones in another capacity. Of the 17 POTUS in the last hundred years only Bush 41, Ford, Nixon, Kennedy and Truman were in actual combat operations. Of those only Bush 41, Kennedy and Truman were under fire and returning fire on the enemy.

Take anther listen to War Pigs by Black Sabbath.

    Politicians hide themselves away
    They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight
They leave that role to the poor

The more I see, the more I understand the idea that we just shouldn’t be involved in this crap at all.

Wouldn’t a Cessna 172 be able to pack more explosives, anyway?

Just some idle thought here: What if it was not Ukraine or the US? The Kremlin has been having some terrible public affairs problems (mostly due to caskets coming back from the front) so what if one of those super-secret spies put the GPS coordinates of the gold dome into a random drone or two headed off to some Ukrainian target?

Could they try to make their false flags look even less real?

The drones didn’t come from the south in the video. Putin doesn’t sleep in the Senate building. This was eithe false flag or Russian partisans.

The video was made from inside a building. You can clearly see the reflection of a cork board with papers posted.

Some say the vantage point was the GUM department store. Some say the video was recorded off a cctv monitor by security guys, and the reflections are the security office. That would explain why they were awake at 2:30 am. Or, since it’s Russia, maybe not.

Anyway, the camera was hand held, so it’s not an original security camera file. But amazingly high resolution.

Ohhhhhhhh, can anybody play?

Me and my tinfoil hat speculate the following becuase even thinking stirs the pot. This was a brush-back pitch, to encourage people around La Putin to find a way to step off. Or somebody is gonna help them step back, differently.

— Not the Ukrainians –why would they?

— Not in earnest. The targeting already demonstrated is too good.

— Meant to be seen, otherwise wouldn’t have been.

— Communication op in place; went too far, too fast to be organic.

The message is to power brokers in Russia, something like: “You can be appreciated posthumously. We can; we will; and we’re getting tired of this.” Plud “Find a way to step back, and you can be part of the solution. (We’re Ok if you are around to be our pals, while that other guy is appreciated posthumously.)”

I think the way out is an internal change in Russia, that scapegoats people they push out, followed by a glorious reconstruction. Russian acting more like Sweden is way more valuable, netting ahead internally even after paying a rake off for “development” and reparations.

Sergej Sumlenny – “Keep minds clear, question the messages you are been served with.”

That works both way, you know. We’ve been told many things by the Biden Administration and Ukraine that are transparently false.

We know, for example, that contrary to the Biden regime’s narrative, the US effort against Russia began many, many years ago. First, the UNIPARTY under Bush began supporting the idea that the Ukraine be made part of NATO. There was not real reason for this other than to provoke Russia.

The Russians quite reasonably objected to that provocation and the legitimately elected Ukraine government said it didn’t want to be part of NATO. So in 2014, the Obama administration fomented a color revolution (a coup) in the Ukraine and toppled that government..

Then the Obama regime started building up weapons in the Ukraine, pushing the idea that NATO accepted the Ukraine. At the same timeUkrainian Nazis began threatening and attacking Ukrainians of Russian decent in the eastern part of the country. The Russian’s voiced concerns about this which were basically ignored.

At least one US official has admitted that the US was already “at war” with Russia back in 2014. This was all planned by the UNIPARTY. They provoked the Russians into responding, then portrayed the response as an unprovoked Russian war against Ukraine. And meanwhile all sorts of nefarious stuff (often involving US officials … like Biden) began to happen in the Ukraine. Like all his and Hunter’s oil deals. Like the operation of numerous biological labs in the Ukraine, one of which apparently Hunter was funding. After 2016, there were also efforts to topple Trump using lies from Ukraine officials. Ukraine based servers may also have played a role in the US election steal in 2020.

Since the war began, the Biden administration has lied repeatedly. It lied about not having US troops actively involved in the war against Russia. That by the way is a clear violation of the War Powers Act. The Biden administration also tried to claim the Russians destroyed their own Nordstream pipeline although why Putin would do that isn’t clear. We know the Biden administration threatened to destroy the pipeline before it happened so I’ll put my money on the CIA or US Navy Seals doing it. . I don’t trust anything coming out of the White House or Ukraine these days.

By the way, the video you showed was the second drone that attacked. The first one, about 15 minutes earlier (according to this: https://news.yahoo.com/two-drones-flew-above-kremlin-174836810.html) caused a fire on the dome of the Kremlin. Here: https://twitter.com/parrot_soldier/status/1653730974893580288 . Why the Kremlin would need the second drone or actually go so far as to create a fire on the building doesn’t quite fit in with this being a false flag operation. Just saying …

My money is on this being a CIA operation.

The day to kill Putin would have been May 9th.

The CCTV isn’t the only giveaway. Looking at the ‘explosion. It is low-power, more like a firework.

Further, if you’re a professional attempting to kill a public figure, you should know the target’s location in a building. If not, you’d have to take down the entire building.
