Illegal Immigrant Suspected of Killing 5 in Texas has Been Deported 5 Times

The victims are: Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25; Daniel Enrique Laso Guzman, 8; Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31; and Jose Jonathan Casarez, 18.

Fox News revealed that Francisco Oropesa, 38, the man suspected of murdering five execution-style in Texas, is in the country illegally. He’s also been deported from America five times:

Oropesa was in the country illegally at the time of the shooting and had previously reentered the country illegally “multiple” times following his deportations, another ICE source told Fox News Digital.

The source added that Oropesa was last encountered by ICE in 2016.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told Chuck Todd on “Meet the Press” on Sunday that he wouldn’t “comment” on Oropesa’s immigration status after Todd said there was a question about him having a “consulate card, meaning he was here legally, but perhaps he had overstayed?”

Mayorkas replied, “I won’t comment on it because it is an active case. The tragedy that occurred is … just absolutely horrific.”

Unfortunately, authorities do not have any leads. They have a reward for information on Oropesa:

The FBI said Sunday afternoon authorities have “no leads” in the search for Francisco Oropesa, 38, a Mexican national who is accused of the quintuple murder in Cleveland, Texas, outside Houston.

The Texas governor’s office, state agencies and the FBI are offering a combined $80,000 reward for tips leading to his capture.

“We do not know where he is, that’s why we’ve come up with this reward,” FBI Houston Special Agent in Charge James Smith told reporters on Sunday, adding that he’s sure Oropesa has contacted friends since becoming a fugitive, but they need to know who.

On Friday, Oropesa allegedly killed five people after one of them asked him to stop firing his gun outside of his home.

The victims are: Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25; Daniel Enrique Laso Guzman, 8; Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31; and Jose Jonathan Casarez, 18.

The house had ten people. Three children were not hurt.

Killed 5 people. Deported 5 times. Time to execute this person and end his ability to enter the country and commit heinous crimes.

Perhaps if we execute these violent illegal aliens then the rest of them might think twice before crossing the border to commit violent crimes.

Thank you Mr. 10%

Enhanced background checks for firearm purchases, none for those entering the country. You get more of what you tolerate.

In the spirit of those idiotic “If only my uterus had the same protection as buying a gun” chants…

How about “If only it were as hard to get across the border as it is to buy a gun”?

Though if the woman had to endure a three day cooling off period and the men had to pass a basic records check before hooking up ….that would do wonders for fixing our culture.

Off topic: There’s a series on Amazon called “Upload” – mildly interesting. One scene of pre-sex – each one hurriedly asks the other if they brought protection, both say yes, then they both pull out a blue glowing thing shaped like a condom, and stick them on their chests. They lean into the other’s blue glowing thing and say, “I consent to this.” (i.e. it wasn’t pregnancy protection, it was legal protection.) Pretty funny, but a neat idea.

I know this article went up at 9am. But the information about him being an illegal alien was known last evening. And yet, early this morning (posted after midnight) AP posted a new article on the subject where the headline called him a Texan.

Can anyone see why I might hate the Associated with terrorists Press?

    The AP has an agenda.

AP redefined ‘insurrection’ to include J6 protests, then redefined it again to exclude TN and MT protests that disrupted legislatures

Maybe AP should adopt a policy identifying Nationality in cases of immigrants of all types who aren’t Naturalized instead of the State of residence. That would require them to care about truth v a narrative which means they won’t.

Such as the victims, who were reportedly Honduran illegals (speaking of narratives they might want to avoid).

Which laws did he break first? Four or five times he broke our immigration laws and then he illegally bought a gun. Then he illegally killed five people. How about we start with the first law he broke five times and then work on the others? If that law had been enforced, the others would have never happened, Joe.

Can we safely conclude that “deportation” is an illusory remedy?

All of the victims were here illegally as well. The police were called 5 times and never showed up.

“All a result of white supremacy”…. there… solved it for the AP.

Selective editing, selective amnesia and willful blindness by the media to retain the narrative.

Prosecutorial, legal discretion.

The UK Guardian has the sads about mean words.

Soroscide applied by Biden.

Never fear, the Keystone Kops FBI will bring him to justice!

Here’s my shocked face.

The blood of every single innocent person murdered by an illegal alien in the U.S., is on the vile Dumb-o-crats’ hands.

This can’t be true. I’ve been told that the poor illegals in this country are too scared to even step on a bug less Darth ICE come down on them.

I wish his victims were those progressive assholes that spout off this nonsense.

Remind me again about how compassion of the open borders policy is. And about how changing it would be unfair to people of Spanish heritage.

    One more time(*)…

It’s “compassionate” to the people Teh Authoritah care about, at the expense of those — meaning “we” — they don’t.

(*) All of this from me is /Sarc. I know you get this. Written this way for the lurkers, bots, n trolls.
As this event and their resoonse to it demonstrate. Again.

Isn’t deportation a court order? It should I include a court order to never return to the USA and backed up by years in prison if they violate the order.

We should end deportation and go with Common Law Banishment instead.
a. A time lime to get yourself out of the country.
b. If you return you have death sentence that immediately becomes unsuspended.
c. Anyone who executes you can be reimbursed the cost of an arrow or one bullet.
