Judge Orders Two Teachers to Pay $313,000 to School District for Challenging Anti-Racism Training

“meant to scare off future lawsuits by parents and teachers”

This is so clearly meant to be a warning to anyone who might complain in the future.

Just the News reports:

Judge threatens parents with massive penalties for challenging school antiracism dogma: lawyers

Two teachers challenging the constitutionality of compelled antiracism training have been ordered to pay nearly $313,000 in their Missouri school district’s legal fees, under a ruling their lawyers called “overtly hostile” and “meant to scare off future lawsuits by parents and teachers.”

The Southeastern Legal Foundation is appealing U.S. District Judge Douglas Harpool’s summary judgment in favor of Springfield Public Schools and the six-figure award against their clients Brooke Henderson and Jennifer Lumley, according to an 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals notice Friday.

The public interest litigation firm “has never faced attorney fees sanctions for challenging unconstitutional government action at any level” in nearly 50 years of so-called Section 1983 civil rights lawsuits against public officials, SLF Litigation Director Braden Boucek said in a press release.

General Counsel Kimberly Hermann called Harpool, a longtime Democratic elected official in Missouri appointed to the bench by President Barack Obama, “a lone agenda-driven federal judge” determined to “deny concerned teachers and parents the right to seek redress in court.”

Henderson and Lumley filed the First Amendment compelled- and chilled-speech suit against the district in summer 2021, alleging the “equity training” forces employees to discuss their place on an “oppression matrix,” advocate for “changes in political, economic, and social life,” and disclose “personal details that they wish to keep private.”

They will force their religion down your throat. Only a few steps to legally beheading people for their blasphemy.

Is it too much to hope for sanctions for this idiot judge?

Yet another clear sign that normal Americans are in the middle of war

The problem with thinking “normal Americans” is that it lets one imagine there’s a normality to return to. When in a battle one goes for the win not the tie. One has to vanquish the opponent. Otherwise one is playing to lose, and the opponent has no fear.

They introduced fear, so it must exist on both sides. For 50 or 100 years they’ve been animated by various flavors of “by any means necessary”.

I remember a TV conversation about abortion. The Liberal was going on about how conservatives wouldn’t compromise.

The Conservative said “Ok. Let’s meet in the middle. Only allow half as many abortions as last year.”

The Liberal looked like a fish 🐟 for a minute. Mouth wide open.

The Liberal had been pushing for less restrictions so there would be more abortions.

Liberals only want YOU to compromise this year.
And then they will demand it again next year.

So you remember “they only want to get married, what’s wrong with that?”

Now liberals demand you allow lap dances with 8 year olds.

Is it too much to hope for criminal penalties against this judge? At least the House should impeach him and toss it to the Senate.

This judge thinks the civil rights laws are for use only by the left, and the right should be punished for presuming to use them. And that’s clearly an equal protection violation.

Patriots across the land must ensure that all patriots are well-versed in jury/juror nullification and that patriots use it when appropriate. Lots of good information on the Web about this method of fighting tyrants and tyranny and the New World Order and George Soros and Woke idiots and the rest of the anti-USA anti-Western civilization mob.

This is but one of many useful sites:

There is no such thing as jury nullification, the jury has to enforce the law ask any lawyer.

We donated the senate to the Democrats twice at this point, and I hope this is a wakeup call to STOP.

If you are tempted to vote someone you know won’t win the general (i.e. Blake Masters) JUST STOP.

If we had won the senate in 2010 would this judge be a judge? Two available senate seats in 2010 got sacrificed to frankly bad candidates.

    Candidates matter.

As do ordinary Republicans who could try to put on a good example.

If an independent had read your post would he/she be more or less likely to vote Republican?

And casually throwing away the senate twice means there are a lot more judges like this because Biden has the senate.

If we had focused on winning Georgia Jan 5th 2021 instead of larping that the election was ongoing, and then focused on winning the senate instead of deluding ourselves that we could raid proverbial homeless shelters for the worst candidates we could find on grounds Trump recommended them there wouldn’t be Biden judges.

This is why elections matter. This is why you don’t hurt your chances to win the senate with bad candidates at the top of the ticked like Doug Mastriano, or bad senate candidates like Blake Masters.

Prepare for utter disasters in court because we will be facing more and more Democrat judges and this time we really and truly have to look in the mirror for why.
