Somehow Democrats seem to be unhindered by the Administrative Procedure Act that tied Trump into knots. Likewise no one ever seems to have standing when a Democrat rules by decree. Everyone, including non-citizens seem to have standing against a Republican President. Trump was told he violated the act when he attempted to insert a question regarding citizenship that Obama took out. The question has been in some form of the census since 1810.
