1) Fox confirms that group of persons associated with The Late Show Stephen Colbert were arrested last night and charged with illegal entry to House office buildings after hours.

2) Fox is told the people were arrested in the Longworth House Office Building. The group was in the Cannon House Office Building earlier in the day trying to get interviews around the time of the 1/6 committee hearing.

4) However, the group surfaced later that night after the Capitol complex was closed to the public Fox is told they took pictures and video around the offices of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Lauren Boebert (R-CO).

5) They were unescorted and arrested and charged with illegal entry. They were arrested near Boebert’s office. They were released overnight.

Presumably, Colbert and Schiff knew ahead of time these dangerous insurrectionists were going to be staging an assault on the House offices. Seems to me they all must be arrested and charged with conspiracy in connection to the crimes of their co-conspirators, held in solitary confinement in the DC Gulag without trial for at least 18 months, and then, a lopsided show-trial.
Sounds pretty insurrectiony to me. Lock them up with no bail.
This aside, Colbert should be prosecuted – for impersonating a comedian.

It’s now confirmed that it was Schiff himself who let some of them in the building.
Man, if the squishy Republicans don’t jump all over that immediately, we will have irrefutable evidence that they plan to lose this battle. They should be pounding the table for Schiff’s arrest right now!
Going rate for capital grounds violation is year in jail awaiting trial, 6 months incarnation, $9,500 fine and 12 moths supervision after release.
I’ll look to see if they get any punishment in the coming 2 months as it will be swept away after that and forgotten.
