Ghislaine Maxwell Found Guilty on Five of the Six Charges in Sex Trafficking Case

Ghislaine Maxwell Found Guilty on Five of the Six Charges in Sex Trafficking Case

She faces 65 years in prison.

The jury found Ghislaine Maxwell guilty of five of the six charges of sex-trafficking young girls for Jeffrey Epstein. The jury deliberated for six days.

Maxwell faces 65 years in prison.

Four women testified, accusing Maxwell of recruiting and grooming them to massage and perform sex acts on Epstein.

Maxwell has been in prison since her arrest in July 2020, a year after Epstein was found dead in his cell waiting for trial.

Annie Farmer is the only victim who provided evidence under her real name:

The only accuser to give evidence under her real name, Annie Farmer, described how she was lured to Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico at the age of 16 with the promise there would be dozens of other bright students that he wanted to help.

Instead it was just her and Maxwell proceeded to massage her breasts before Epstein got into bed with her.

Summing up her experience, Farmer said: ‘I think this was all a pattern of them working on confusing my boundaries and malign me, question myself about what was right and what was not right with the ultimate goal of sexually abusing me’.

‘Kate’ and ‘Jane are pseudonyms. Carolyn used her first name, but not her last name:

GUILTY Count One: Conspiracy to entice individuals under the age of 17 to travel with intent to engage in illegal sexual activity

Maximum sentence: Five years

Accusers: Jane, Carolyn and Annie

NOT GUILTY Count Two: Enticing an individual under the age of 17 to travel to with intent to engage in illegal sex acts

GUILTY Count Five: Conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of individuals under the age of 18

I am betting she has a deal where she keeps her silence and serves her sentence in a comfortable jail cell and thus avoids committing “suicide”.

Oh no. I am betting she gets a deal where the video feed of access to her cell is malfunctioning, and the guards are asleep or playing a game on their computers and she totally commits suicide. Just one doctor will examine her remains before she is cremated and the ashes scattered, according to her wishes. The examining physician will unfortunately have a fatal, single car accident on the way home that day.

Think she will get a reduced sentence for spilling the beans on famous people? Do you also think, every time you watch a Gilligan’s Island re-run, that this time they’ll get rescued?

Maybe it will be like the Omen, where she is being transported in a prison elevator to the 55th floor in a major US City, the cable breaks, the brakes stop the elevator car, but the cable on the counterweight cuts through the car and slices her in half.

Nobody spills the beans on The Mossad.

I recently heard a rumor that she would be willing to name names if doing so would reduce the amount of her prison time.

Isn’t turning states evidence is something usually done before your trial, not after?

That rumor makes no sense at all.
I heard a rumor that she promised to make her entire Farley File public if they didn’t acquit her.
Now THAT rumor makes a lot more sense.
The LAST thing her persecutors want is for those names to come out.

Under current BOP guidelines, she won’t be eligible for minimum security if her sentence is longer than 10-years. I guess it’s possible she cooperates in some way (meaning testimony against others) for a reduced sentence and that may open the door to her for a ClubFed location. Absent that, she’s going to be in a real prison with real, violent offenders.

As a non-violent offender in the Federal system, I bet she gets sent to a prison camp-type penitentiary.

I’ve visited the one for non-violent female offenders in Danbury, CT, and it’s really quite pleasant.

Absent some sentencing consideration as a cooperating witness, the best she can hope for is what’s known as a a Federal Correctional Institution, which is a low security prison, opposed to a minimum security prison like Martha Stewart was sen to.

The Danbury CT Fed Prison once had a major fire than killed dozens of prisoners. Maybe there will be a recurrence.

Jonathan Turley said that she could make a post conviction proffer and name names. I hope that she not only does that but that she will reveal the identity of the foreign intelligence agency that she and Epstein were working for to collect kompromat on powerful American politicians and business leader. I suspect it was the same foreign government that her dad was working for when he mysteriously fell off of his yacht – i.e. ” America’s Greatest Ally™ “

Thinking this case was taken over by the Fed’s to protect the miserable scumbag elite John’s. She’ll be dead before she can name names…or…the Fed’s will get all the info on those not named Clinton (etc.) then put her in witness protection.

Incidentally, where’s all the logs and video evidence they took off the island?

    As seen on Instapundit
“Srsly tho, it’s all academic. What’s the point of being in the witness protection program when it’s the feds who want you dead?”

Instapundit They link to the NY Post

they scanned it for images of Trump

came up empty and thus destroyed

@Mil & Red…the hubris of the elites has them convinced we are stupid and can’t see what’s really going on among their rank ranks. Assume Maxwell will be dead soon. And like Epstein’s murder, their paid for mouthpieces will spin a tall tale of suicide. Well, half of America will believe the lie because they’ve been rebreathing their own exhale for 2 years which has fogged their brains.

Suicide by nail gun, 8 times to the back of the head.

I have little, if any, doubt as to her guilt. To my mind, she is as wretched as the Whore of Babylon and she did shoulder rolls of blissful delight in her passion for depravity.

I am sure she is guilty, but also highly suspect her secrets will die with her. They don’t want out what she knows.

Heigh ho, heigh ho,
It’s off to jail I go

wonder if Ms. Maxwell has a “blue dress” ??

Hmmm. It seems to me sex trafficking involves “Johns” as well as traffickers and victims. So it will be very interesting when the Feds indict the “Johns”.

HAHAHA!! Just kidding! All adults know that Ghislaine Maxwell was indicted, convicted, and will soon be killed to make an embarrassing problem for our self-anointed moral and intellectual betters go away.

Court records of the people that actually screwed the underage girls are sealed. Totally unpunished. Court records of everybody that wasn’t charged sealed. Totally unpunished.

This was a JOKE of an ‘investigation’ and trial.

Well, yes. But the dead silence from the Joseph Goebbels media on this coverup tell us who was doing the raping and molesting. Unless we are willing to believe this was the first sex trafficking ring in history where there were no “Johns”.

(HINT: the “Johns” had a “D” after their names, or funded those with a “D” after their names, or made movies and wrote books to help those with a “D” after their names, or wrote articles and did TV specials to help those with a “D” after their names)

No clients were mentioned in this trial, it was all for personal use of Ghislaine and Epstein who didn’t kill himself.

TargaGTS in reply to Skip. | December 30, 2021 at 8:40 am

Which is remarkable, when you think about it. The prosecution must have put in an incredible amount of effort to ensure that no one who’s powerful – and still alive – was implicated in a public trial.

So, the Feds got a conviction. Maxwell will get 65 years in the big house.

Who has Epstein’s stuff, namely four mansions (NY, FL, NM, Caribbean), private jets, cash accounts, and investment accounts to start with?

Where did it all go?

How is it the media is this uninterested in the trial?

Secondly apart from snide irrelevant twitter comments along the lines of “but Trump” the very fact the media hasn’t wanked on endleaslt about Trump being involved with the Epsteins is a pretty good indication he had absolutely nothing to do with them (and we already know he banned the guy who didn’t kill himself from his properties once issues with his behaviour were brought to his attention).

Thirdly, how is it the Feds themselves are utterly uninterested in who these girls were having sex with?

Fourthly, where’s the fucking “me too” bitches? One would think this lot would be all over this because vulnerable girls were exploited for sex! But no. These fucking fucks are no where to be seen!

Lots of things don’t add up with this one.

Also, Ghislaine didn’t kill herself!

“Picture in your mind…” as Rod Sterling was heard to say, Jizzlaine and Hillary, sharing the blue dress during one of Bill’s conjugal visits?

Maxwell faces 65 years in prison.

No, she doesn’t. I predict she won’t even make it to the sentencing hearing alive. Especially with all this media attention on the fact that if Maxwell starts naming names she might cop a shorter sentence. A prison cell didn’t protect Epstein what is there to protect Maxwell at this point, really.

Love is…
Finishing each others sentences….
