OSHA Suspending COVID Vaccine Mandate Pending Litigation
It doesn’t take a constitutional scholar to know that Biden’s order to force a vaccine mandate on companies is unconstitutional.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA) announced it has suspended implementation and enforcement of the COVID vaccine mandate after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a stay.
The OHSA said it “remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies.”
Take the loss. It doesn’t take a constitutional scholar to know that Biden’s order to force a vaccine mandate on companies is unconstitutional.
You should get your vaccines. All of them, not just COVID. But it’s your choice. The government at any level should not tell you how to run your business or to jab yourself with a vaccine.
Alex Berenson reminded everyone that companies needed to have an implementation plan by December 4th. The vaccine deadline is January 4, 2022.

After the President voiced his displeasure with the country’s vaccination rate in September, the Administration pored over the U.S. Code in search of authority, or a “work-around,” for imposing a national vaccine mandate.
You should get all the ones that work. You should SERIOUSLY consider the implications of the Chinese virus vaccine BEFORE you take it.

Excellent point. The vaxxes protect only the vaccinated (because they do not prevent the vaxxed from transmitting the virus to others, they merely give the vaxxed limited protection from the effects of COVID). This means that vaccination is a matter of private, personal healthcare, and not a matter of public health. The entire basis for implementing the use of the vaccines for the purposes of public health is destroyed by the fact the vaxxes are not sterilizing.
It has already had the desired effect, though. Most major corporations have already gone all-in on the mandates.
It really bothers me how they can act as unrestrained arms of the state, and I don’t know what it is going to take to stop this.
Just a heads up. The Medical Board of the State of Alaska will be hearing testimony this Friday by Zoom over a complaint filed by over 100 physicians within the Providence health care system in Anchorage against two local physicians treating outpatients “off label” with such drugs as Ivermectin. The complaint requests reprimand and revocation of licenses for Drs. Nolte and Farr. Both are outspoken about the issue. In part, a recent symposium in Anchorage by nationally known critics of present protocol policy May have also sparked this complkaint. As far as I can tell this is the most significant move made in any state. While they legal profession has seen similar complaints concerning representation of “undesirable” clients….This now has seriously boiled over.
Considering the forced mandates with billions of dollars of profit muddying the “science”…and “expertimental” drugs pushed solely due to potential exclusions of cheap and effective treatments….this has really tossed a match into the powder magazine .
Providence “health care” system is Alaska’s and the Left Coasts worst for grasping the donkey’s tail firmly. They have had a couple well publicized cases where their physicians have refused to prescribe Ivermectin and allowed patients to die, knowing full well that the deaths were preventable.
Tender mercies? None will be found there and this whole Wuhan Flu debacle has opened my eyes to what some would say is a stunning loss of ethics on the part of the medical profession.
Do companies get liability protection from mandating their employees get the vax? Many companies still require proof of vax as a condition of employment. If they force you, and you have adverse reactions causing disability or death, can you or your family sue the company?
Strictly speaking the employers are not forcing anyone. They are using threat of firing as coercion. The issue then becomes:
1. With OSHA suspension being the mandate pending outcome of litigation, which they will almost certainly lose
2. Key employees and/or a critical mass of reliable and very productive employees among those not vaxed
Will employers continue the bluf/con of ‘the vax is inevitable so stop waiting and take the jab’ on their own hook without the fig leaf of the Fed mandate? If so how many unvax employees will allow themselves to be coerced v walking out to a company that values them and/or going freelance or retiring early?
Labor market is tight. Reliable and productive normal, non-superstar employees hold leverage here. The superstar key employees hold more, especially those in fields that lend themselves to independent work/freelance or self employment.
Companies do not get liability protection.
Plus some states are making being fired for not getting the shot illegal.

Why? To avoid a disease with an IFR of about 0.15%, that preys largely on those with one or more comorbidities or other serious health problems? That has several times more adverse effects reported in VAERS than all other effects reported over time for all other vaccines? Children should get the vaccines too? We used to douse children with DDT, and thought that was good for them. Where are the long-term safety studies for the vaccines’ effect on children? On anybody?
You need to take a look at the state of knowledge about, for instance, the Pfizer trials. Higher number of deaths (all-cause mortality) among the vaccinated subjects, with a statistically insignificant difference between the COVID outcomes of subjects in the two groups (vaccinated and control). There seems to be no proof the vaccines actually do anything. (Most people getting vaccinated are healthy, and the vaccinated group is growing larger with younger people daily. These are people who aren’t at particular threat in the first place. The vaccines aren’t protecting them! But statistically, they contribute to an apparent protective effect.)
I could go on. But anyone who suggests that people other than those in a group at particular risk from COVID should get a vaccine really doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
BTW, the unvaccinated group encompasses people who have medical problems that do not permit them to become vaccinated. These people are doubly at threat from SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, because they can’t be protected from the virus and they are at greater risk of death from the disease. As the number of healthy people who get vaccinated increases (making that group appear healthier), the number of healthy people in the unvaccinated group gets smaller (they are leaving the latter group and entering the former). This affects the appearance of the latter group’s overall health, because the effect of the very unhealthy (who can’t be vaccinated and can never leave the group) becomes proportionally greater.
The vaccine doesn’t even work.
Good arguments! The thing with DDT though might surprise most people. I read an article on the “problem” with DDT and it stated that people in the lab were EATING it with no adverse effects! I can speak from personal experience that DDT didn’t seem to bother any of us when we were kids and riding our bikes in the “fog” created by the mosquito truck! The Mill Maintenance crew would drive through our mill village spraying DDT to kill mosquitos and other pests. We’d hop on our bikes and ride in that fog. We NEVER got sick! Banning DDT has resulted in the deaths of MILLIONS of people worldwide. It should be brought back into use – who knows, it MIGHT cure covid!!
How big of them. If they hadn’t the only authority they have is toxic substances in the workplace. That would have made you a toxic substance. Never did that with AIDS.

Put something they KNOW is unconstitutional in place. When they get sued, ‘suspend’ the rule, then claim to the court the lawsuit should be dismissed because its now irrelevant, then slightly reword the same crap and put it back in place.
The cowards on the SC should have ruled on vaccine mandates MONTHS ago one way or another.
Very “JV” of them to think that our system of constitutional review permits “end runs” around the Constitution (as they stupidly admitted).
It’s not a ‘vaccine’. The CDC changing their definition, well after the fact because even they realized the jab did not fit the 100+ year old definition, doesn’t make it so.
Further, in another lawsuit where the judge struck down a corporate imposed worker mandate the judge listed a half dozen issues with the ‘vaccine’.

Please don’t forget when the mandates were announced: September. They did this to change the news cycle from the tragedy in Afghanistan at the end of August.
