China Promises to Retaliate Against Any Nation Blaming COVID19 on Wuhan Laboratory

China Promises to Retaliate Against Any Nation Blaming COVID19 on Wuhan Laboratory

China also bullies EU after official joins call for cooperation on pandemic origins probe.

I just reported the official 90-day review period Biden ordered on the origin of the coronavirus pandemic ended. There will be a briefing as early as Tuesday on the results.

Or, instead, the briefing will cover the lack of results. It appears the report will not reach any definitive conclusions, nor will there be any meaningful action taken to have the Chinese be more transparent, open, and honest about their coronavirus research and laboratories.

Notwithstanding, histrionic Chinese officials are threatening to retaliate against any nation that names the Wuhan Institute of Virology bat lab as the point source of the pathogen.

China is threatening to retaliate against any country that claims the coronavirus originated from a Wuhan lab leak — a warning that comes as a US intelligence community report was “inconclusive” about the origins of the pandemic.

“We will continue to cooperate with international organizations like the WHO in their research and in their search for the origins,” said Fu Cong, director-general of the Foreign Ministry’s Arms Control Department, according to Bloomberg News.

“But we do not accept baseless and unfounded accusations that are politically motivated. And if they want to baselessly accuse China, so they better be prepared to accept the counterattack from China,” he said on Wednesday.

Chinese officials are also accusing the US of “scapegoating” the nation over the pandemic.

China on Wednesday criticized the U.S. “politicization” of efforts to trace the origin of the coronavirus, demanding without any evidence that American labs be investigated, ahead of the release of a U.S. intelligence report on the virus.

The U.S. report is intended to resolve disputes among intelligence agencies considering different theories about how the coronavirus emerged, including a once-dismissed theory about a Chinese laboratory accident.

“Scapegoating China cannot whitewash the U.S.,” Fu Cong, director-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ arms control department, told a briefing.

China has also been busy bullying the European Union over the issue.

In a veiled warning to Brussels, Chinese officials urged Wednesday an end to “politicizing the issue of origins tracing” amid growing pressure on Beijing to allow for a more thorough investigation into the origins of the coronavirus pandemic.

The statement, made by China’s mission to the EU, comes after Research and Innovation Commissioner Mariya Gabriel added her name on Tuesday to a group of scientific experts and government representatives from the U.S., Australia and Japan. In a statement, they called on the “Chinese government to reconsider its decision to not engage in the World Health Organization’s proposal for the next phase of the COVID-19 origins study.”

Earlier in the month, WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus asked China to be “open and to cooperate” with its ongoing mission to pinpoint the origins of the virus, first detected in Wuhan. In particular, the WHO has asked China to provide raw data from early days of pandemic, which so far it has refused to do.

Chinese officials recently took time out from their antics over COVID to recall the Lithuanian ambassador for allowing Taiwan to open up an office in the Baltic nation.

China on Tuesday recalled its ambassador to Lithuania and expelled the Baltic nation’s top representative to Beijing over the country’s decision to allow self-governing Taiwan to open an office in Lithuania under its own name.

Beijing claims Taiwan as its territory without the right to diplomatic recognition, although the island maintains informal ties with all major nations through trade offices that act as de facto embassies, including in the United States and Japan. Chinese pressure has reduced Taiwan’s formal diplomatic allies to just 15.

It is being reported that the European Union’s executive and diplomatic arms are preparing a report reviewing its relationship with China. It will be interesting to see if it takes an approach similar to Biden’s: Surrender under the guise of diplomacy.

We can do at least SOME retaliation of our own.

Demand country of origin labeling for EVERYTHING. That includes “built in America “ stuff that is nothing more than assembled Chinese parts, like Whirlpool appliances.

If it’s made in China put it back it back on the shelf and tell merchants why.

Which tells me… they did it.

“Notwithstanding, histrionic Chinese officials are threatening to retaliate against any nation that names the Wuhan Institute of Virology bat lab as the point source of the pathogen”

Comes from the Truth Is To Be Ignored file drawer when uncomfortable facts (the truth) are revealed. Other examples abound. A common one is crying “racism” over the “achievement gap” when the cause of that gap is identified as the making of lots of bad choices in the effort to adhere to “black culture.”

Chinese – “Look Squirrel!” Xiden, Where!?

What is Shakespeare’s line? “”The lady doth protest too much, methinks.”

Look at our despicable “intelligence” agencies, acting out of partisan loyalty to the Dhimmi-crats, and/or, rank stupidity, and professing that it’s allegedly “inconclusive” whether the Wuhan virus was a Chinese communist-created bioweapon that was intentionally deployed, as is obvious to any rational and sane person, now. A total dereliction of duty.

The Dhimmi-crats’ Trump-hatred is so pronounced and total, they’d deny and suppress the reality of an intentional biological attack upon the U.S., merely because it constituted a political gift (to them).

….and we now get to witness a prolonged battle with Eastasia.

“Prolonged” implies a beginning and an end…we have ALWAYS been at war with Eastasia.

To the re-education camp with you…

We have a weak president, or a Chinese-owned president, so China feels comfortable throwing its weight around. The next Chapter of WW3 is about to unfold.

They want to retaliate for sending us the virus? That’s like somebody punching you in the nose and then when you open your mouth to say something, they punch you again. Maybe it’s time for us to retaliate.

It would be a shame if something happened to their artificial island base, where they could not determine who did it. China will keep pushing until their nose is bloodied.

But with this Administration it will NEVER happen

UserP in reply to gonzotx. | August 27, 2021 at 2:07 pm

Of course not. It will be “So sorry to offend you Mr Chinaman, can we have some more chop suey before you retaliate.”

“the largest real-world analysis comparing natural immunity – gained from an earlier infection – to the protection provided by one of the most potent vaccines currently in use.” has found ” the vaccinated were ultimately 13x as likely to be infected as those who were infected previously, and 27x more likely to be symptomatic.”

I have know idea whether I was infected at some point but the “experts” don’t care and don’t test for that. More than ever, I maintain that the vaccine is much more dangerous to me than the WuFlu and I am more than willing to take my chances. Especially since the Delta variant sounds exactly like the common cold.

There is (finally) a large scale antibody study gearing up out of UT Health Care system, so my wife and I signed up to get three blood draws and free tests.

Sure enough, both of us have antibodies. Neither of us have been vaccinated nor have we noticed any symptoms.

I know the disease can be devastating for some people, but the fact that we’re a year and a half into this and we still don’t really know how many people are getting this asymptomatically, and we’re just now learning that yes, natural immunity is better than these vaccines, and yet our “elites” are ramming these experimental medicines down our throats is obscene.

I went to a Minute-clinic and had a blood draw amd no antibodies

      I was very disappointed
      You are very lucky

F. U., Fu Cong!

Chinese Commies kill 4+ million around the world and threaten retaliation against any nation that dares to point that out.

Meanwhile, American Democrats are trying to turn the USA into Communist China 2.0.

Do the math.

Lemme guess: If anyone connects the Wuhan lab to Covid, they’ll retaliate by releasing another virus from the Wuhan lab.

If the virus escaped by accident, evolved through natural processes in the interim, we will work to improve processes together. If the virus escape was Planned, we, the global community, the target of your Choice, a coalition of survivors, will work to abort the “burden”, cannibalize your profitable parts, and sequester your carbon pollutants.

FortesFortunaJuvat | August 27, 2021 at 2:42 pm

The Wuhan Flu was created by the chicoms and intentionally released on the world.

Now. Retaliate against me.

It’s much easier to threaten billions of people into silence than it is to keep them happy with the actions of the government. Sadly, rather than acting as a bulwark against tyranny from other countries, our government is becoming more like the other tyrannical governments of the world.

An old vaccine they made from the original disarmed virus and injected it in people. That worked well (like small pocks and the like).

If Trump had ordered not only that experimental vaccine, but also a conventional virus developed in record time, we would be better off.

This seems like a admission of guilt on China’s part..
