VIDEO: Author Argues That White Guilt is Good for Children

“We shouldn’t worry too much about making white kids feel bad”

This appears to be a public event of some kind in Denver. The speaker is a writer named Jennifer Harvey and she is talking about critical race theory in education.

She is clearly an advocate and describes how ‘white guilt’ is good and necessary for children. Watch:

She’s wrong. I’m white, and I’m probably more than twice as old as she is, and I still haven’t hit “white guilt”. Not even a trace of it.

It is possible for white kids to avoid white guilt altogether! Let’s insist on it and protect them (as well as other children) from free-floating guilt. This used to be considered basic mental health.

She does not appear to feel white guilt. Perhaps she should purchase a mirror. And anyone with a PhD who cannot use grammatically correct English while speaking does not need to be referred to as an educator.

Any white guilt I may ever have felt completely evaporated over the past 24 months.
Thanks for the free therapy, BLM.

White guilt for what? My ancestors didn’t even get to the U.S. until the late 1880s. I owe nothing to no one, end of discussion.

My family didn’t move to Texas until the early 20th century. I agree—we owe nothing to anybody. We were fleeing the Perons—a truly fascist regime.
