Raytheon CRT Training: White Employees “must work on ‘recognizing [their] privilege’ and ‘step aside’ for minorities”

We have previously reported on Coca-Cola forcing its employees to learn how to be “less white” and on Disney forcing its employees to learn and parrot racist, anti-American lies and woke gibberish.

We can now add Raytheon, a major U.S. government defense contractor, to the growing list of racist, anti-American woke corporations.  Christopher Rufo broke the story.

For context, Gregory Hayes, the CEO of Raytheon, reportedly raked in a salary of $13.4 million back in ’16 before taking the helm at Raytheon, where he earned $21 million last year, is a white male.

The Raytheon racist training gets even worse.

Step aside for minorities?  Okay, Hayes.  You first.  Before forcing your employees to engage in this racist lunacy, take the lead, lead by example.  Step down from your $21 million/year job and let a minority have it.

Of course that won’t happen.

And the racist “anti-racism” training gets even worse.  Raytheon employees are encouraged to avoid prayer because it’s an example of white privilege.  Or something.

Here’s a real humdinger twofer:

I really like the cartoon demonstrating equality vs. equity. It’s the perfect illustration of all that is evil and unjust with this wrong-headed racist “anti-racist” nuttery.

Notice how both characters start standing on an equal number of crates—those afforded by being fortunate enough to live in the United States of America?—and then how the first person’s crate is stolen from them and simply given to the second person. Because equity.

The second person is now “better” (i.e. taller in the cartoon) than the racist oppressor.  She did nothing, just stood there, being a minority, yet she gets to take from him his career and livelihood without doing a thing to earn it beside being born black/brown and female.

This is CRT in a nutshell: forcibly take from one person (or all white people) based solely on the color of their skin (or their religion/gender/sexuality/class) and give to the other person on the sole basis of race/intersectionality.

You didn’t build that box you’re standing on, so we’re taking it and redistributing it to others who deserve it more . . . because.  Erm, well, just because we said so.  So there, Racist.

If the people running these corporations were sincere, they would voluntarily “step aside” and let a minority take their job, salaries, homes, property, and wealth.  If they don’t pony up what they demand from us, they are liars and phonies and hypocrites.  And ultimately, they are still, somewhat ironically, counting on their “white privilege” and empty virtue-signaling fakery to protect them from such demands from the very people they are exploiting.
