Report: Chinese People’s Liberation Army 2015 Dossier On Bio-Warfare Plans Included Coronaviruses

Reports are now surfacing a 2015 dossier prepared by China’s Peoples Liberation Army in 2015 included plans for a Third World War fought with biological and genetic weapons including coronavirus. The UK Daily Mail reports on the document first reported on by The Australian:

The bombshell paper, accessed by the US State Department, insists they will be ‘the core weapon for victory’ in such a conflict, even outlining the perfect conditions to release a bioweapon, and documenting the impact it would have on ‘the enemy’s medical system’.This latest evidence that Beijing considered the military potential of SARS coronaviruses from as early as 2015 has also raised fresh fears over the cause of Covid-19, with some officials still believing the virus could have escaped from a Chinese lab.The dossier by People’s Liberation Army scientists and health officials, details of which were reported in The Australian, examined the manipulation of diseases to make weapons ‘in a way never seen before’.Senior government figures say it ‘raises major concerns’ over the intentions of those close to Chinese President Xi Jinping amid growing fears about the country’s lack of regulation over its activity in laboratories.

The details of the dossier are disturbing, indeed.

Titled The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons, the paper predicted that World War Three would be fought with biological weapons.Released five years before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it describes SARS coronaviruses as a “new era of genetic weapons” that can be “artificially manipulated into an emerging human disease virus, then weaponised and unleashed in a way never seen before”.Peter Jennings, the executive director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), told news.com.au that the document is as close to a “smoking gun” as we’ve got.“I think this is significant because it clearly shows that Chinese scientists were thinking about military application for different strains of the coronavirus and thinking about how it could be deployed,” said Mr Jennings.“It begins to firm up the possibility that what we have here is the accidental release of a pathogen for military use,” added Mr Jennings.

Perhaps this news is related to Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro’s recent claims that COVID-19 was created as part of “biological warfare.”

Bolsonaro has taken controversial stances throughout the pandemic, at times warring with his own governors over restrictions or speaking out and being critical of China. His latest comments are likely to cause significant strain between the two countries, as Bolsonaro floated the theory that the virus was made in a lab, the AFP reported.”It’s a new virus,” Bolsonaro said during a speech at Planalto Palace Wednesday in Brasilia. “Nobody knows whether it was born in a laboratory or because a human ate some animal they shouldn’t have.””But the military knows all about chemical, biological and radiological warfare,” he continued. “Could we be fighting a new war? I wonder. Which country’s GDP has grown the most?”

Given that China’s Sinovac vaccine was shown to be less that 50% effective in Brazilian trials, it is little wonder that Bolsonaro is skeptical of China and that Brazilians are not showing up for their second shot is massive numbers.
