Report: Chinese People’s Liberation Army 2015 Dossier On Bio-Warfare Plans Included Coronaviruses

A document obtained by The Australian, titled “The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons,” predicted that World War III would be fought with biological weapons.

Reports are now surfacing a 2015 dossier prepared by China’s Peoples Liberation Army in 2015 included plans for a Third World War fought with biological and genetic weapons including coronavirus. The UK Daily Mail reports on the document first reported on by The Australian:

The bombshell paper, accessed by the US State Department, insists they will be ‘the core weapon for victory’ in such a conflict, even outlining the perfect conditions to release a bioweapon, and documenting the impact it would have on ‘the enemy’s medical system’.

This latest evidence that Beijing considered the military potential of SARS coronaviruses from as early as 2015 has also raised fresh fears over the cause of Covid-19, with some officials still believing the virus could have escaped from a Chinese lab.

The dossier by People’s Liberation Army scientists and health officials, details of which were reported in The Australian, examined the manipulation of diseases to make weapons ‘in a way never seen before’.

Senior government figures say it ‘raises major concerns’ over the intentions of those close to Chinese President Xi Jinping amid growing fears about the country’s lack of regulation over its activity in laboratories.

The details of the dossier are disturbing, indeed.

Titled The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons, the paper predicted that World War Three would be fought with biological weapons.

Released five years before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it describes SARS coronaviruses as a “new era of genetic weapons” that can be “artificially manipulated into an emerging human disease virus, then weaponised and unleashed in a way never seen before”.

Peter Jennings, the executive director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), told news.com.au that the document is as close to a “smoking gun” as we’ve got.

“I think this is significant because it clearly shows that Chinese scientists were thinking about military application for different strains of the coronavirus and thinking about how it could be deployed,” said Mr Jennings.

“It begins to firm up the possibility that what we have here is the accidental release of a pathogen for military use,” added Mr Jennings.

Perhaps this news is related to Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro’s recent claims that COVID-19 was created as part of “biological warfare.”

Bolsonaro has taken controversial stances throughout the pandemic, at times warring with his own governors over restrictions or speaking out and being critical of China.

His latest comments are likely to cause significant strain between the two countries, as Bolsonaro floated the theory that the virus was made in a lab, the AFP reported.

“It’s a new virus,” Bolsonaro said during a speech at Planalto Palace Wednesday in Brasilia. “Nobody knows whether it was born in a laboratory or because a human ate some animal they shouldn’t have.”

“But the military knows all about chemical, biological and radiological warfare,” he continued. “Could we be fighting a new war? I wonder. Which country’s GDP has grown the most?”

Given that China’s Sinovac vaccine was shown to be less that 50% effective in Brazilian trials, it is little wonder that Bolsonaro is skeptical of China and that Brazilians are not showing up for their second shot is massive numbers.

But don’t dare call it ChinaVirus, or anything similar…

Yet some people are surprised!?!

Yet some people are stupid enough to believe these so called leaked classified reports by unknowns
Haven’t you been lied to enough ?

accidental release….

Exactly.. wait till China virus 20

ConradCA in reply to gonzotx. | May 11, 2021 at 1:46 pm

The proof is that when China closed the borders to Wuhan in order to protect the rest of China they kept jet airliners fly to ensure that coronavirus wold spread to the USA and the rest of the world.

Inconceivable!

The Friendly Grizzly | May 9, 2021 at 6:23 pm

I’m shocked. STRZOKED!

healthguyfsu | May 9, 2021 at 6:48 pm

I actually think it was accidentally released from a Chinese lab. However, that doesn’t negate the possibility that the CCP would be supporting such research to eventually develop a bioweapon.

Naw, no accidental release here. The timing was too perfect to undermine President Trump. More worrying is what scourge they have on hand that is actually a concern worthy of the term “pandemic.” What we have in WuFlu is a “plandemic,” not the same thing at all.

Absolutely agreed. Funny how China’s economy was the only economy to grow DURING the WuFlu.

Most sinister is Fauci’s involvement – wait till his deeper involvment is proven.

We all know Fauci is a corrupt sack of . . . poo. There is literally no revelation about him that would shock me.

I do wonder, though, why Trump didn’t fire his lying azz. Trump let too much detritus survive for too long, and that’s on him. He has really really bad instincts about picking people for key positions and then about letting them fester long after they should have been fired. You noticed that, and so did I.

          Fuzzy,

I think you’re giving Trump short shrift on who he hired in DC. The man is brilliant, not even he saw the corruption around him. And neither did we!

Trump is a learning machine. If he gains the White House in 2024, you’re going to see a man completely in control of everything and everyone around him.

Fine, don’t get me wrong, I am a huge Trump supporter, but I’m not blind or stupid. He raved about “the generals” and then Mattis (and other generals, and their equivalents in whatever military branch) turned on him publicly.

He chose Sessions and then Barr, neither helped him and both often hindered him. He didn’t fire Comey when he should have, on day one, and he just kept putting up with Fauci, who clearly hated him from the get-go.

You rail against Sessions constantly, but the AG could have been replaced on any day for no reason by the President (in this case Trump). He didn’t replace him, though. He bitched about him, belittled and embarrassed him, but he didn’t replace him. That’s kind of weird, right? Then, based on some brown-nosing editorials from Bill Barr, Trump installs him as AG. Another bad choice that kept stinking up the place long after you and I knew it was a problem (which means Trump knew first, right?).

We can support Trump and still see where he messed up; most importantly, he better see where he messed up! If he didn’t learn from his time in office, what’s the point of a ’24 bid (which I don’t think he’ll even make)?

I have to disagree. While a deliberate release by the Chicoms cannot be 100% ruled out, I think it is unlikely for the following reasons:

      1. If the virus came from the Wuhan labs (as I think it most likely did), then why would the Chicoms release it in Wuhan first? What if the virus did not survive long enough to travel the globe? Why wouldn’t the Chicoms instead transport it to (say) Atlanta and then use their influence in the American media to claim it was a Trump/Putin plot to kill the black/brown people? From the Chicoms’ point of view releasing it in their own backyard makes no sense since it would call a lot of unwanted attention to themselves, and could have backfired.

      2. Depending on which metric is used, the Wuflu was either slightly more deadly than the seasonal flow, or slightly less deadly. Only by counting “dying with Covid 19” instead of only dying from Covid 19 did the CDC come up with their astronomical numbers. Leaving aside the economic devastation (caused by the unnecessary shutdowns), then the Wuflu as a bio superweapon is quite the dud. The Wuflu disproportionately killed the elderly and those with pre-existing health conditions – exactly the same people killed during flu epidemic.

      3. Outside of the secret police, propaganda efforts, and certain aspects of the military, all Communist countries are comically inefficient in scientific and technological matters (Chernobyl and the ill-fated Soviet N-1 rocket come to mind). The fact that the Wuflu first appeared near a Chinese lab known for bioweapons research smacks of the usual Communist incompetence instead of calculated scheming.

      4. The greatest devastation caused by the Wuflu was not the virus itself, but the insane over-the-top reaction by American Communists and GOP NeverTrump blowhards in putting the entire country in a “15-days to flatten the curve” lockdown that lasted over a year. Chicom propaganda efforts are good, but not THAT good. Give “credit” to our very own homegrown lefty lunatics who saw an opportunity and ran with it.

Releasing it in China was part of the plan. Because everyone would say “oh, they would not release it among their own people” and when it was disovered that the virus could be tracked back to China, they could defend with “But it just escaped, and we would not kill our own people, it was an accident”. Of course they would kill their own people
But you are just totally wrong about the Covid deaths. No, they are not counting everyone “with Covid”. There are a series of protocols in place that basically keep them from doing that. In fact, I would not be surprised if the Chinese were planting stories on websites claiming that. Because part of their style of warfare is information warfare, and they want you to become extremely distrustful of your own country. That way, they can stoke divisions among US citizens, and get us to attack ourselves. Be very careful here, because the Chinese are using the internet and both conservative and liberal websites to sow division among Americans.

It’s a win, win, win, win, win, win for the Chinese Commies. With no down side at all.

      – They took out Trump and replaced him with their comrades. At least temporarily.
      – They got to run a test on how the West responds to a bioweapons attack.
      – They got valuable feedback that can help them avoid blame the next time they decide to do it.
      – They boosted their economy while torpedoing the economies of the US and Europe.
      – They took Hong Kong without a scintilla of criticism from the West.
      – Taiwan is now in the most vulnerable position it has been in since 1949.
      – The South China Sea is now for all intents and purposes their private lake.
      – Their North Korean catspaw is back in play.

Meanwhile the NeverTrump chickenhawks are worried about Afghanistan.

Bolsonaro‘s got balls.

Shame more don’t.

And people wonder why some of us fear the vaccine more than the virus.

    TY…

I never got (and never will get) the flu shot before this plandemic, and I most certainly will never take this WuFlu vaccine. I’ve already had WuFlu (I’m pretty sure), and I don’t take any unnecessary medication or just get vaccines for the fun of it. WuFlu didn’t kill me the first time, and if it somehow manages to do so on a second run, then it’s just my time because the odds of me even getting it again, much less a fatal case, are infinitesimally small. This is an I got struck by lightening, sucked into a sink hole never to be seen again, crushed by a falling piece of useless Chinese space program material small risk. I like my chances without the vaccine.

” crushed by a falling piece of useless Chinese space program material…”

Watch: when the next Chinese space rocket falls to Earth, an unused Covid19 vaccine aboard will fall to Earth and stab someone.

Same here. I’ll risk it. I truly don’t believe that this flu is much worse than the regular flu and I’ve never had any flu in my adult life. I can’t remember the last time I’ve even had a cold.

I’ve been mocking these UN annual flu declarations for 20 or more years. It seems we’re always at the early stages of a major pandemic that never materializes. This time, they seem to have coordinated a roll-out with the governments of the world and were ready with their marketing campaign. It’s all about collapsing the economy into the arms of socialism. So far, they have failed on all fronts but suddenly they have hit us from many directions all at once. And we can’t even talk about it unless we use the new world lexicon of “unity and justice”. It’s no accident.

But we outnumber them and it will all end when we stop listening to them. Personally, I think that time is near. I climbed Mt Wilson yesterday and met lots of like-minded people. We are moving on. I don’t think anyone will report though. These utopians are completely disconnected to what is really going on. They will be the last to know,

Great post, Phil. One thing that strikes me about this WuFlu vaccine is that it, unlike any other, provides no benefit. You still have to mask (or double-mask), still retain social distance guidelines, and still cannot go to church, a restaurant, or even the beach. So why even bother? Getting the vaccine means you get to keep being locked down and required to mask up. You still can’t have a wedding or a funeral, you still can’t hug your grandchildren (if you are so freaking stupid that you haven’t been hugging them all along). Hmph. I won’t take the vaccine, ever. It makes no sense for me, who’s already had it, to take a vaccine against it (designed to develop the antibodies I already have).

At the PGA tournament today in Charlotte, NC very few of the many thousands of spectators were wearing masks. And the players and caddies were giving each other high-five handshakes after their rounds. No more fist bumping.

Last time I had a flu shot was Y2K; I was sick over new year’s eve, so sick that I’d neither have known nor cared if the world ended. I’ve had neither the flu nor the flu shot since then; I also think I had the Wu-Flu last year in early March. I was working on Friday afternoon and suddenly was so exhausted I could barely sign out work and go to bed; I had the chills, despite the down comforter and had a sore throat. I was too sick to get out of bed and go to the store to buy juice or anything that may have helped so lived on water and tylenol the next 36 hrs and was fine on Sunday morning.

What I find interesting is there’s no attempt to determine whether people have antibodies before giving them the vaccine; I read an article that said the people with antibodies get sick from the vaccine. I don’t want it.

Where’s Mark311, who assured me in the most undeservedly certain terms that the Wuhan Flu wasn’t a bioweapon. The evidence keeps mounting and he remains silent.

Gee, what a coincidence.

The bombshell paper, accessed by the US State Department ?
How stupid do you have to be to believe anything from the US government
