VIDEO: Parents at Arizona Elementary School Call Out School Board Members Over Critical Race Training

“I’m deeply concerned for my kids who are in this district.”

This amazing video comes via the Young America’s Foundation.

As you watch, you’ll hear multiple parents expressing concern and anger over the decision to take the school in this direction.

Some comments even get applause, including one at the end where a parent suggests replacing the people responsible.

Sounds like BOE leftists jumped the shark here and will not dare to do this, and it will empower the examination of what’s going on in classrooms to prevent CRT cropping up there even from teachers who might have secretly wanted it. Here’s hoping.

What does BOE stand for? I’ve been saying the same thing “that the left has jumped the shark.” When I look at where we are now…. CRT seeping into various levels of government and corporations, people can be cancelled, fired, and shamed as racists if they don’t follow the narrative, the media and the left is using North Korea style propaganda to discredit and demonize Trump and conservatives. We’ve been going in a particular direction for awhile, but last fall I realized that what they’re doing is basically what I would expect from a totalitarian government.

Arizona has a good school choice option and is working on expanding it. Parents are much more likely to avoid CRT by taking their children out of government schools than by fighting with leftist administrators and parents.

But what Arizona doesn’t have (and neither does anyone else, really) is a healthy infrastructure of private schools convenient to all the families who would jump on them like Anthony Weiner on a Brownie Scout. Nor will they, as long as government taxation structures set the user cost of a public school education at $0.

Two comments:
The school board present at this meeting seem uniform in color.
I would press them on them submitting to this diversity standard by forcing them to resign so a person of color can take their place. Make them live up to their proposed standards

Two, I am not aware of any movement by conservative scholars to submit an alternate body of work to teach on anti discrimination and anti racism.
We should have a K through 12 curriculum to move people on the continuum to foster growth in this area that is not radical and binary
