Student Falsely Accused of Sending Racist Messages Feels Threatened on Campus

This case was a hoax, but the student accused of sending the messages is still dealing with the fallout. An interesting thing mentioned in this report is that the person who sent the messages has not been named.

Adults were even posting the screenshots’ of the racist messages she was blamed for, Avery said.Avery explained that for about a year, she had been attempting to organize a campus chapter of Turning Point USA, the conservative youth group.
