Legal Insurrection launches ‘Critical Race Training In Higher Education’ website

“The website is a resource for parents and students who no longer can assume they will be left alone … the entire ideology of CRT and ‘anti-racist’ training is that ‘silence is violence.'”

https://criticalrace.org/

Critical Race Theory and the corollary Critical Race Training have been a major focus at Legal Insurrection.

The impact on education has been enormous, and destructive. What started on college campuses has moved to primary and secondary education, and into the broader culture. Government agencies and private corporations now are some of the worst offenders of the obsessive focus on race.

Legal Insurrection Foundation, a tax-exempt research and investigative entity, spent six months researching and documenting CRT in higher education. We created the most comprehensive database, currently over 200 colleges and universities and growing, with an interactive map by state. Each school page contains not only a listing of ongoing activities, but also a custom search function to obtain the most up-to-date information.

Fox News covered the launch, Website launched to track critical race theory teaching in higher education:

https://www.foxnews.com/us/critical-race-website-tracking-higher-education

A newly-launched website features a free database with information on critical race theory (CRT) curricula and training in higher education – adding to the already-growing effort to track how the controversial ideology is permeating U.S. institutions.

William Jacobson, the Cornell law professor who founded the conservative-leaning site “Legal Insurrection,” created the database as a comprehensive resource to “empower” American parents and students as the ideology makes its way into classrooms across the country.

Jacobson told Fox News on Tuesday: “The website is a resource for parents and students who no longer can assume they will be left alone … the entire ideology of CRT and ‘anti-racist’ training is that ‘silence is violence.'”

He added: “As we head into college application and selection season, we need to get parents, in particular, to focus on CRT that will be forced on their kids.”

Launched over the weekend, CriticalRace.org is the product of a six-month effort at Legal Insurrection and currently includes information on 200 colleges and universities, Jacobson said. In addition to cataloging CRT efforts, the website lists a series of resources purportedly “exposing the falsity and harm” caused by CRT. The homepage currently features a map that allows visitors to search for CRT incidents by state.

“People need to understand that Higher Ed is the source of the problem,” Jacobson told Fox News. “It provides the ideological mothers’ milk for activists, and trains the people who then go onto jobs in government and primary/secondary education, and the ‘journalists’ who push this coverage.”

More details from the CriticalRace.org “About” page:

CriticalRace.org is a resource for parents and students concerned about how Critical Race Theory, and implementation of Critical Race Training, impacts education. We have compiled the most comprehensive database to empower parents and students.

We have researched and documented Critical Race Training in over 200 colleges and universities in the United States. The website explains Critical Race Theory itself and provides resources to learn more. Additionally, it allows users to look up the steps their school has taken to mandate Critical Race Training in different parts of the college experience, from changing academic codes of conduct to funding “equity” projects.

CriticalRace.org is an ongoing project of the Legal Insurrection Foundation, a Rhode Island tax-exempt corporation established exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code to educate and inform the public on various issues, including but not limited to, free speech, academic freedom, and non-discrimination. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent provided by law. DONATE HERE.

[See what I did there?]

We hope that CriticalRace.org will be a resource that will make a difference.

As we settle down, expect us to roll out listicles such as “10 Worst” and so on. Knowledge is power. Power to the people.

A stellar idea! Good work, Professor!

It’s not just schools. This crap is gaining footholds in major corporations, like defense contractors. The engineering staff is not amused at the craze shite coming form the clowns in “Business Management.”

That needs to be documented in a companion database as well. A list if companies and what they are imposing on their staff.

JusticeDelivered in reply to broomhandle. | February 3, 2021 at 3:30 pm

It does not need to be a different database, data records can be coded by type, allowing quires to target specific subsets of data.

It’s getting dumped into the Civil Service as well (as if we don’t have enough of that already). It’s so flaky in its wording that it really opens the door for nutjobs to wreak havoc. And they will.

The Dems/Marxists are not going to like this. Not at all. Not one bit. It will trigger the hell out of them.

And that makes my day.

JusticeDelivered in reply to JHogan. | February 3, 2021 at 3:40 pm

Any sort of appeasement only serves to encourage them. I encourage constantly triggering them, some will no doubt end up blowing gaskets, hospitalized or dead, that is a feature. Others will become violent, and need to be dealt with in a fair, lawful manner.

The problem with critical X theory is not the denial of absolute truth that the practicioners at the moment hate the systems that they analyze. So instead of insights you get complaints.

It’s much different if you like the system you’re analyzing. Erving Goffman, in sociology, for instance; or Derrida directly in postmodernist theory.

How do you see the lawfare attack coming against you? Frontal SJW Berserker Banzai charge, or something more subtle and sneaky?

World’s Richest Man, Top Oligarch and Cartel Princeling Jeff Bezos to Step Down as CEO of Amazon
—Ace

The company made over $100 billion in sales in Q4.

The lockdowns have been very good for the oligarchs. Coincidentally, all of the oligarchs and all of their paid, undisclosed agents (especially in “conservative” media) have likewise been gonzo supporters of Lockdowns Forever.

Do not question that this is purest coincidence. Or you’ll be targeted by the Oligarchy’s enforcement arm, the FBI.

Amazon on Tuesday said founder Jeff Bezos would step down as CEO and become executive chairman, as the company reported its third consecutive record profit and quarterly sales above $100 billion for the first time.
The transition, slated for the third quarter, will make current cloud computing chief Andy Jassy Amazon’s next chief executive officer.

Oh, was this guy who targeted Parler for destruction?

Don’t think Bezos will be taking a vacation. He’s merely giving up his business job. He’ll spend all of his time chasing his leftwing political priorities:

Bezos, who started the company 27 years ago as an internet bookseller, said in a note to employees posted on Amazons website, “As Exec Chair I will stay engaged in important Amazon initiatives but also have the time and energy I need to focus on the Day 1 Fund, the Bezos Earth Fund, Blue Origin, The Washington Post, and my other passions.”
Does he mean adultery?

We should be so lucky that he spends his time fucking another side-piece instead of us.

Hey remember when this sleazy anti-American thug claimed to be a “libertarian”? Back when we thought libertarianism was about liberty, rather than corporate authoritarianism?

Bezos got bored of controlling Amazon. Now he’s going to devote himself full-time to controlling you. And what you think. And who you are allowed to vote for.

Update: Amazon’s new temple to the New American Oligarchy. Just a stone’s throw from their employees in the US government.

Amazons plans for its new Virginia headquarters feature a 350-foot structure dubbed the Helix with two spiraling outdoor walkways with trees and plants from Virginia that twist to the buildings top. https://t.co/VGWTclnW1x via @WSJ pic.twitter.com/EfySgbXWvA

Fantastic idea. In my opinion there is no one thing that is hurting this country more than CRT.

Our youngest daughter attends supposedly somewhat conservative USC, and just this semester has encountered two professors who used the first day of class to talk politics the entire class, bashing Republicans and conservatives. Twice she’s had to change her schedule.

It’s good to see LI going on offense against this evil scourge.

I am required to take two hours of indoctrination class every three years dealing with the recognition and elimination of bias in the legal profession and society. I have always objected to this requirement [it used to be one hour every three years], but I have not been willing to challenge it. I just go and try to sit in the back and to nap through the presentation, do Suduko and crosswords and otherwise try to improve my mind.

I hate this re-education camp even more than the Substance Abuse class.

This indoctrination is not just being force fed to our schoolchildren, it is being rammed down the throats of government workers at all levels, spilling over into the government contractor world and even the Fortune 500 companies. Teaching that racial victimhood is the excuse for personal failings is just revolting and unAmerican.

Yes I have a three hour class every two years online, but the program always freezes just before the end making me start over again. Coincidence?

JusticeDelivered in reply to Ghost Rider. | February 3, 2021 at 8:32 pm

While all CRT is offensive, feeding to children and grandchildren is cause for very aggressive backlash.

I’d love to have a woktopian explain how this doesn’t run counter to the 1964 civil rights act.

This database is a great idea. What did it cost to create? What does it cost to maintain?

Please don’t overlook Kansas if you can scrutizize university practices. Cancel culture alive and well there too.

KU might make your upcoming Top 10

In NYC they are forcing teachers to instill this shit in every grade and every class from first grade on-up.

Teachers have had hours of re-education (they call “training”) to force feed the “implicit-bias” theory. In sum, the theory is that even the most anti-racist WOK person is STILL RACIST, because they have subconsciously assimilated racism over the years. How is this corrected? It is unclear – sort of like Scientology where you never truly become “clear”.

Worse – the teachers are taught to focus on needs of black kids over White or Asian – because of the ANTICIPATED racism that blacks may suffer from as they live their future lives.

Does the above may sound ludicrous to you? Impossible in America? Unbelievable – or exaggerated. Nope. It is documented in News reports in 2019 and 2020.

Progressive goal is to “fight racism with … more racism” Compensate for perceived racism against Blacks with actual racism against Whites and Asians.

This will not end well.

For 50 years I have heard that the goal is a color-blind society. One that provides equal opportunity to all. In the last few years, Progressives have been actively working to undermine that goal. They now want an anti-White / anti-Asian agenda to be the mainstream orthodoxy. Why? Mainly because they can use race to achieve political goals. Most people have not been paying attention and/or are blinded by the branding “Equity” and other BS. It’s been creeping up on us like a thief in the night. As a result, Americans are at least 3 years behind in responding to this serious threat to our society and our Liberty. Now it will be hard to stop the momentum. The only way is to forcefully pushed back against and rejected it. Every parent should sue. Every PTA member should scream it down.

Critical Race Theory (CRT) is RACIST. CRT says it’s okay to be racist against Whites and Asians. Fighting CRT is not racist. Stand UP and fight real racism. Push back against CRT.

So we found out a little more about the BLM content being pushed into the K-12. There is a org called BLM in education that has been pushing this to be taught in black history month, it is virtually high jacking the MLK message to teach systemic racism to k-12 students.

I’m curious HOW they got injected into all these schools so fast, because there is NO FREAKING WAY all these schools organically decided to buy this clap-trap and include it in their curriculum. I don’t know if money is changing hands or if our tax dollars are being used to buy their crap or whether this indoctrination is free.

They have a map of where it’s offered and its very thick on the west coast shit holes. We are pissed as hell and trying to find a way to fight it, but to be honest we are outnumbered in our community.

Great. Consider it linked.

Cornell Professor Invents Critical Race Theory Watchdog Site:

The Friendly Grizzly | February 3, 2021 at 10:09 pm

So, how many white and Asian parents are willing to stand up to the principles, and the boards of education in their various communities? I would be willing to bet very few. More is the pity.

Dom Giordano on 1210am Philadelphia Friday brought up the Professor and this thread so knew some of the colleges here that were on the list. Surprised only a little Lancaster Bible College, I know most every higher learning has gone Leftist Seminary just sad how real Seminaries of Christian and Jewish are leaving their original mission and moving to Leftist theology.
