Who’s In Control? Harris, Not Biden, Calling Foreign Heads of State

According to the White House, Vice President Harris, has been calling foreign heads of state.

Vice President Kamala Harris has recently called multiple heads of state, a task that is normally done by the president.
Harris spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday, the White House said.
Harris “expressed her commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and France and to revitalizing the transatlantic alliance,” a readout said. She and Macron “agreed on the need for close bilateral and multilateral cooperation to address COVID-19, climate change, and support democracy at home and around the world.”
“They also discussed numerous regional challenges, including those in the Middle East and Africa, and the need to confront them together,” according to the readout.
There was no mention of President Joe Biden.
“We discussed COVID-19, climate change, supporting democracy at home and around the world, and regional challenges. @POTUS and I look forward to working with President Macron to build a better future for our two countries,” Harris wrote in a tweet.
Biden spoke to Macron on Jan. 24.
Harris shared a call with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau earlier this month. The White House said it was her first call to a foreign leader as vice president.
“The Prime Minister congratulated the Vice President on her historic election, and she recalled fondly her years spent in Montréal,” a readout from Trudeau’s office said, adding that they discussed other matters, including fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We discussed our commitment to work closely on several issues, including combating COVID-19, addressing climate change, and expanding our economic partnership in ways that advance the recovery and create jobs in both countries,” Harris said in a statement after the call.
Biden and Trudeau spoke on Jan. 22. It was the first call Biden made after being sworn into office two days prior.
Vice presidents rarely call heads of state. The last vice president, Mike Pence, did not share calls with Trudeau or Macron, though he visited in person with heads of state on a number of occasions.
The White House didn’t respond to requests for comment.
How many heads of state have ventured to the White House to visit with Biden? Isn’t it common for the White House to host a parade of foreign dignitaries in the first weeks? Hasn’t Biden received the COVID vaxx? Strange, all of this.

Head of State talks to Head of State, unless it is for specific issues where they are speaking with a specific official authorized to give information on a very narrow subject matter.

Repub candidates for president in 2024 need to be saving bits like this for campaign material. Use it for “hey, ain’t that supposed to be the president’s job?” jabs at this administration.
And yes stuff like this is exactly like many of us predicted: Joe would be president in name only and many others would be doing the actual work. I was just thinking it would stay more behind the scenes than this.
Democrats enjoy power and their hatred too much to pass up any opportunity to shove these things in our faces.

Look, every single President, since Ronald Reagan and many before, were elected to be the front man for Establishment special interests; with the exception of DJ Trump. This is the main reason why he was so hated by Establishment. He was uncontrollable. He answered to the people, not the Establishment.
Determined that this would never happen again, the Establishment arranged for the election of two willing figureheads, one of whom would not be around very long. So, The dynamic duo is elected, under exceptionally suspicious circumstances, and their handlers immediately begin paving the way for the removal of the Presidential figurehead and his replacement with the VP figurehead.
Now the question is why this is being done, largely in the open. The answer is because the Establishment thinks that it can get away with it. It controls the press, most of the governments of the nation and now the election system. It no longer needs to hide, because it no longer needs the proletariat. It has even turned to the military, in the form of the National Guard, for protection. However, they do not really understand who comprises the Guard. Hence the vetting done after January 06, when they found out. And, to maintain their positions, they are actively embarking on a program to destroy the economy and society of this country.
This is just the beginning.
