(There is an energy czar with Kerry, of ‘Let Them Build Solar Panels’ – as in ‘No bread? Let them eat cake!’ Why not call her the Race Czar?) Grinnell opines Rice is really the one in power as she adds domestic matters to foreign affairs ones – rather than Harris, who will be kept busy with being a tie-breaker in Senate votes.
