Elizabeth Warren has moved straight past the ‘measuring the Oval Office for new drapes’ stage, and directly into the ‘here’s the job I want when we take over’ phase of the election.
We’re four days from the election, but Warren is already positioning herself for Treasury Secretary in the Biden Administration. Doesn’t that sound like fun?

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., was once competing against Joe Biden for the 2020 Democratic nomination, but now she reportedly wants to join his administration if he wins the election.
Warren is eyeing the Treasury Secretary position in a potential Biden administration, according to an exclusive report from Politico on Thursday, which cited three Democratic officials who have spoken with her inner circle.
Warren plans to make her case for the position depending on the outcome of next week’s election, the publication said.
Neither the Biden campaign nor Warren’s office responded to Fox News’ request for comment.

Warren’s moves could set up the marquee fight between the party’s left and its center over what will be one of the most consequential Cabinet roles in the next administration. The Treasury Department will be tasked with steering the U.S. economy out of a deep recession, even as the country continues to struggle with the coronavirus pandemic…
Tapping Warren would rally progressives who have been pushing — some quietly, others loudly — for her to get the role. But it would also likely draw strong opposition from Wall Street and some moderate Democrats.

Pretty sure none of the large wall st contributors will be ok with that. She would be a disaster trying to use her position and powers like the CFPB.

GMTA. My first thought was that in the upcoming Trump administration, the Congressional cigar store is going to need a door guard.
So under Biden…a Sec of Labor that doesn’t really believe Americans should work or are necessarily entitled to American jobs instead of foreign nationals and a Treasury Sec. Who doesn’t think non elite Americans should have any money other than what the government deems sufficient….
A few thoughts.
– The Trump campaign should be running ads on this in every swing state. I think most people are good judges of character and see right through the fraud that is Elizabeth Warren.
– The Governor of MA is a Republican (in name only), I assume he would get to appoint her replacement should this appointment take place which could shift the balance of power in the Senate.
– Finally, what qualifications does she have to be Treasury Secretary? Her life’s work seems to be churning out farcical research on personal bankruptcy. That’s it. How could this possibly qualify one for Treasury Secretary.
The Gov. does name a replacement, serving until a special election is held, 145-160 days after vacancy occurs in that particular state.
She’s not pushing for the head of the Bureau of Indian Affairs?
In other words, it would be the fox guarding the henhouse.
I predict that if Biden wins but the democrats don’t take the senate there’s no way she’ll be confirmed.
