Black Student Organizations at Hofstra Want Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech
“Students in violation of the policy would face anything from a fine to expulsion”
This is just one item on a list of 13 demands the organizations are making.

Hofstra U. black student organizations want zero tolerance for ‘hate speech’
Black student groups at Hofstra University are demanding the school adopt a zero tolerance stance against “hate speech,” one of 13 total demands sent to campus officials earlier this month.
According to The Hofstra Chronicle, the organizations — which include the Black Student Union, the Hofstra NAACP and a group called “Strictly Steppin’” among others — want “students, faculty and administrators equally accountable for any form of hate speech.”
Hate speech is defined by the coalition as “speech that is intended to cause harm, offends/insults or encourages violence toward an individual or group on the basis of race, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, social or economic class, disability or other protected traits.”
Students in violation of the policy would face anything from a fine to expulsion, whereas faculty would be subject to an “investigation in accordance with Title IX.”
This demand also notes students want space at the end of semester evaluations to “speak freely about racism in classrooms.”
Further, the coalition wants Hofstra Public Safety to be held accountable “for the racist encounters that students have been recounting” on platforms such as the (anonymous) @blackathofstra Instagram page.

The definition of hate speech is quite broad, isn’t it? With no less than 4 categories related to sex!
Plus they threw in “other protected traits” just to make sure they could punish anything anyone says. Impressive!
Gonna guess that “FTP”, just about every rap song ever written, and use of the “n word” by certain skin tones will be just fine. So let me fix their statement… want “White students, faculty and administrators equally accountable for any form of hate speech.”

Let me guess. This means that the “hate speech” thing doesn’t apply to members of these thirteen organizations, who can mouth off all they want about Whitey. Charming.
I wonder if I can configure a function button on my laptop to where Dave Chapelle says the “N-word” when it is pressed. Or will their broad definition also cover the types of media that whitey can watch. My guess is that having run out of physical items to loot, they are now looting our civil rights. The thing is, though, I am not done using mine.
Will a PONC (person of no color) be able to claim reverse bias against a POC (person that is not white-white)?

BLM is a racist term. The organization behind it is focused on making the police stop bothering black criminals while their working. Working at robbing, assaulting, raping, dealing, pimping, murdering and rioting.

“Hate speech” is any speech, writing, or actions that the people in power “hate.” Banning “hate speech” allows the people in power to control everyone’s speaking, writing, and thinking to eliminate any ideas that might threaten their power.
Fine, if any use of N*gga by a black person results in that person’s expulsion.
As long as there are no Double Standards, zero tolerance is fine.
Once sub-Saharans quit attacking the founding demographic with their baseless hate speech, I might be willing to listen.
