Arrogant and self-righteous Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell thought he could take down Grenell, who calmly reminded the pretentious congressman that transparency is key and important to America.

Yeah, he has an appealing character, not the least of which is standing his ground, and speaking facts to truth (in contraposition to the “truth to facts” memes that have been particularly popular for several trimesters). From his Twitter bios:

We’ll see if the truth coming out even matters. Both Rush and Mark “Slash” Levin are saying that there is no political will to follow up on any crimes committed in these scandals. All of these people will skate scot-free if that is true. So far, I believe it is true. We are all buying into the most egregious stage of the grand kabuki.
Barr just appointed another special prosecutor to investigate “unmasking”. I do not see that concluding before November. In fact, I will be surprised if anything concludes before then, by design. Then if the Dems win, it will all be dropped or we might have some report from Barr between November and when the new President is sworn in.
Barr sold us out with his ‘too little too late’ slow walk strategy. Either that or he is incompent. Odd: He seems very competent.
This means the treason will continue on day-one of a democrat in the White House. Be afraid for your safety when that happens.
Grenell is the only person I trust to release these documents. Everyone else always has an excuse. It’s unfortunate he didn’t get the job permanently.
