Deserted Campus at University of Pittsburgh Taken Over by Herd of Deer
“group didn’t seem to mind that the school wasn’t currently in use”

This is like one of those ‘Life After People’ shows on Discovery where they look at how nature would reclaim buildings if human beings suddenly vanished.
CBS News in Pittsburgh reports:
Herd Of Deer Take Over University Of Pittsburgh, As School Isn’t Currently In Use Due To Coronavirus
With most of Pittsburgh social distancing, and working from home, a herd of deer was spotted on the University of Pittsburgh campus.
Now, deer are spotted in Pittsburgh all the time, but this particular group didn’t seem to mind that the school wasn’t currently in use.
When the humans are away… the deer will play. https://t.co/2Q49Bhi6ua

Oh, deer! (Waiting for the first ecology freak to demand the campus not reopen.)
Those are not deer. They are professors from the Department of Vegan Studies.
Thanks.
I was wondering how in the world they could tell the difference between deer and the regular creatures that inhabit such depraved environs.
Snark.
It should be easy to tell the difference. Most deer aren’t depraved.
Mayhap the Grounskeepers hired the deer in lieu of people pushing lawn mowers.
Are the deer unionized?
Sheep do a better job of law mowing.
We usually use goats for that but maybe their owners are quarantined now. https://www.pittwire.pitt.edu/news/goats-vs-slopes
I know, I overlooked the “d” in grounDskeepers.
It’s OK, we all know about the lack of an edit capability.
Or of canceling your up/down vote.
.
The entire IQ of the campus just skyrocketed.
Psst. Don’t tell the admin or they’ll want to raise tuition!
