Kinda explains the hearings, lots of banging of the gavel, but no hits.

By early afternoon, the Democrats, MSM and other mentally afflicted types began celebrating their long awaited “smoking gun”. They celebrated at the bottom of the fourth inning. The entire day lasts Nine innings. The look on Schiff’s face when his glory moment evaporated was priceless! Also, the cross shot of Amb. Sondland to the face of his shyster Democrat lawyer/handler was a sight to behold! That shyster had a look of shock and anger that spoke the final truth.

The headline from the WSJ today:
    “Envoy Says Trump Directed Effort”
It isn’t until the inside page, part way though it, that they write Sonderland said no QPQ.
Watching some of the clips, he was emphatic about that.

***IF*** Articles of Impeachment are sent to the Senate, could the Senate first conduct fact finding hearings? Bring in witnesses the House refused to call? Fully cross examine witnesses that were shielded by the democrats? Based on the one-sided House sham impeachment, can the Senate investigate the House’s “investigation?” Is the Senate allowed to confirm or debunk the actual Articles of Impeachment? I believe the Senate owes it to the American people to vet the House “investigation” and Article/s of Impeachment. If the Article/s is/are found to be improper, dismiss with prejudice. If not, call the usual suspect/witness list: brennan, clapper, comey, mccabe, bidens, ohrs, yates, etc. When you have senators like liz warren flat out saying “Yes, I will vote to remove President Donald J. Trump” without a single piece of “evidence” having been introduced to the Senate, it is already a discredited and illegitimate process.

The Senate can conduct the trial as it pleases and call whom they wish. There would be two tracks here: the Senate fact finding (discovery) and the Barr/Durham investigations. The Senate can also take its time if it wants, or, call the House effort a sham which it is.

I “kinda” feel that evidence just doesn’t matter…The Congress will put up a vote for impeachment and it will pass b/c the Dem’s control the House and conviction will fail in the Senate…

The Dems will use the line that this is like the UK’s “no confidence” vote.

However they spin it, it stinks to high heaven and they are mired in it up to their necks.

If you read the headlines in the MSM, you would think that PDT will be packing up and leaving the White House today!

Very depressing. I know the MSM is partisan, but their reporting on this is criminal!

What I love is the (continuing) use of the word “bombshell.”

We heard that word daily—or at least it seems that way—during the mueller (lower case deliberate, he’s not worth capitalizing) investigation, and of course, there were no bombshells.

There are no bombshells here either. Trump might have been sloppy (that’s Trump), but he didn’t do anything bad to hurt our country.

When will they ever learn? When will they ever learn.

The propaganda wing is trying to use “Shock and Awe” but it’s hard when the bombshells keep blowing up in their faces. The only Shock and Awe they are doing is to themselves and swing voters see it for the sham it is.

Seattle Times headline of an AP coverage reads like he said there was quid pro quo. Then you read the story, they take the part where he “believes” it happened as evidence over the part where he has no first hand knowledge of quid pro quo being demanded by Trump.

. . . and Schiff & Co. collective hair’s on fire because DJT tweeted about useless Masha?

Is that Before and After, or the Two Screens?

LOL! Great work, AFB!

Q: Is that a hollow-point?
