Make an Impact — Help Support Our Investigations and Research

This has been an exciting year for Legal Insurrection. In March, we launched the Legal Insurrection Foundation and we haven’t slowed down since. In the few months since creating LIF, we have been busy putting together a team to research, investigate and expose anti-capitalist, anti-American, and anti-Zionist activists, groups, and movements, with a focus on the ‘intersectional’ left and red-green alliance.

We were the only national news outlet covering the trial in Gibson’s Bakery v. Oberlin College, the social justice warfare trial of the century. Thanks to our reporter in the courtroom every trial day for almost 6 weeks, we documented the truth about the case so that when the media tried to spin the outcome of the trial, we were here correcting the record.

Our coverage received national attention and acclaim, including two appearances by Professor Jacobson on Tucker Carlson Tonight, an Op-Ed in The Wall Street Journal, and hundreds of links and mentions of our groundbreaking work.

But wait, there’s more!

We researched and documented the coalition of far-left anti-Zionist Jews who banned a “Jewish Pride” flag, and how that fit in with the agenda of anti-Zionist groups like Jewish Voice for Peace. Our research exposed the people involved and their backgrounds.

But wait, there’s even more!

We placed a source inside the meeting when several of the most vicious anti-Israel groups planned their disruption of the pro-Israel Christians United for Israel Summit. We were the only news outlet to expose these plans, and we followed up by sending Samantha Mandeles, our Senior Researcher, to additional events — but the anti-Israel groups were so furious with our coverage that they barred her, and in one instance surrounded and tried to intimidate her. Our video of that confrontation received widespread attention.

All this, and we just got started. We are not waiting for things to happen, we are making them happen.

We already are working on our next investigations and research projects. But they don’t come cheap. It’s expensive to have a reporter spend six weeks in a courtroom, to send reporters and investigators into the field, and to do the time-consuming research.

We need additional resources to make even more of a difference moving forward.

We need your help to fund future investigations and research.

Every little bit makes a big difference in our ability to bring you top-notch investigative work, research, and analysis. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
