The listing does not include an asking price.The listing says the property includes 12 buildings on 371 acres of land. Of the total land, 226 acres of in a conservation easement.The buildings, constructed between 1911 and 2008, include six residence halls, an administration building and dining and athletic centers.The school, which held its final commencement last weekend, announced it would be closing in March after falling enrollment and financial troubles.
